The B100M (The Bloom) Miami Reviews
Stopped in here while in the area and am glad we did! It’s a beautiful space, tons of seating, stunning decor. We started with a Coco Matcha from Almatcha; it was so refreshing and hydrating 10/10. We ordered food and got the pastrami sandwich and polenta fries! This is definitely a shareable. They were both so rich and felt like a special treat. We got to meet the owner of Almatcha and the chef for the kitchen! Both were very nice and made great recommendations. We sat at the bar on the kitchen side it was so fun. It’s an open kitchen concept so you can see the food made right in front of you. A must visit
I really enjoyed eating here. The aesthetic and ambience are great, the seating is comfortable, staff was attentive and pleasant. The Nigiri selection was tasty, fresh, and priced well. I had a fish and potato soup that had rich flavor and came out at the perfect temperature. Took a latte to go. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more of what they have to offer. There are a lot of seemingly great choices.
Not your typical food hall. Definitely has an elevated vibe and top notch menu of options. I ordered food from the Ecuadorian fusion restaurant and omakase from the Japanese restaurant- both were phenomenal! I also loved the coffee/bar area. Cool place to camp out and work do some work during the day. I'll be back! P.S. our waiter, Matt, was the best!
Incredible concept with amazing service and delicious food. The sushi is the best I’ve had in Miami and the banana bread for dessert is swoon worthy. Our server Matt was great and super attentive and knowledgeable. A must go!
Came for Yasu but coming back to try everything!!! If you don’t already know, Yasu Tanaka provides quality fish that is unmatched (especially for the price point). Cannot wait to come back and try the other concepts dishes, especially the goat ragu, ceviche, oysters, mushroom angnolotti, Japanese risotto, and sweet plantain tortellini!! Matt was a fantastic server. Attentive, polite, and friendly. Cannot wait to come back!
what an amazing new place! First of all, Sebastian was an amazing server. All his recommendation were on point! We ate everything from Cotoa, by an ecuatorian female chef Alejandra Espinoza! You got to try The Pan de Yuca was one of the best I ever had! The Chivo empanada and the Chicken empanadas are out of this word. The chicken empanada is beautiful. The Cornbread is to die for. For main courses we got the Maito Fish cooked in Plantain leaf, with coconut and ginger rice and tostones. We also had the Tortellini stuffed with sweet plantain and chicken and crispy cheese!!! the Chivo Ragu was one the stars of the night. The chocolate souffle, amazing. The place was beautiful!
We’re neighbors so we popped in for lunch today. Matt greeted us and was our server. Awesome service from start to finish. I had the b100m chicken sandwich which was incredible and the wife had some delicious ceviche. Matt recommend a molten lava desert which was killer. Ty for that. The place is very very nice. Beautiful looking spot. Love the vibe. Definitely will be popping in more often.
Cute new restaurant with lots of international options! Pros: - Gorgeous interior design, great lighting - Fantastic fresh fish options - Really interesting Japanese, American, Italian, and Latin American fusion dishes - Servers are all super attentive and make great rapport! (Shoutout to Matt!) Cons: - Music is occasionally a little loud (not super) - Table space is a little small, if you order a lot of food - Kitchen closes early, so order early!
Everything we got from the Bloom restaurant was delicious ESPECIALLY the white ponzu milk cake dessert. I’ll be coming back just for that alone. Lorenzo was our server and he was amazing loved him!
We were very impressed! You can tell they put a lot of love into their food here — from the handmade pasta to the amazing sushi rolls and plantain pita — everything was great. Matthew was our server and he was awesome!
I recently came to B100m to visit Sushi Yasu Tanaka, and it is absolutely stunning, from the service to the atmosphere, this place is a 10/10. I cannot wait to revisit and try out the rest of the restaurants and bar area as well! Don’t go without trying the Sushi, it’s an absolute delicacy!
We wanted to go to Mia Market because we wanted to Yasu Tanaka's sushi, but it was close to closing time, so we tried this place for the first time, which serves Yasu Tanaka's sushi. Our server, gentleman Pablo, was very professional. Not intrusive, relaxed, but whenever we needed him, he would come to our table to make sure everything was ok. And he was knowledgeable about the menu and explained to us all the details of the food, including sauces. Also, the manager (I think it was John or Josh) was always on the floor, looking out for customers, helping his employees, and pouring water into our glasses as he walked by. The restaurant is small but well decorated and the music was soothing and comfortable. As for the food, as always Yasu Tanaka's sushi was excellent and although I don't usually like wine, they don't serve hard liquor so I tried a cocktail made with wine and it was very good. The price range is about $100-150 per person. High quality food and service, would definitely visit again for a little fancy dinner. Over all, l have no complain at all.
Awesome restaurant- elevated dining but low key. Matt was an awesome server! Got their flamingo cocktail that came in a flamingo and omakase. No wait, attentive service, and chill atmosphere.
Love this new spot!!! Under architecture from Urban Robot, the bar is BEAUTIFUL. Go up & sit at the bar & chat with the bartenders who are super friendly and helpful. I ordered one of the Ecuadorian pizzas made from cassava sourdough called "Guagua". They smoke the cheese in Palo Santo(?!) With just the right amount of salted bacon. 10/10 highly recommend as a lunch spot or grab a happy hour cocktail 3-7pm & pizza or come for dinner.
Beautiful place, beautiful food, beautiful people. My husband and I visited place. I'm Japanese. I have lived in Europe, traveled few place in the world but I've never found perfect place like B100M. First, you will be amazed by every single arts and decoration and design including restroom which make you wanna put your phone away, and make you wanna enjoy the moment in real. Sushi from Yasu was extraordinary. That made me proud being Japanese. We didn't know what to order but all the chefs and bartenders took perfect care of us. Pastry was super cute that warmed my hart. Ceviche was best Ceviche I've ever had. Oyster will take you to another dimension. They even picked perfect drink that match the food. We don't wanna go out to eat at another restaurant anymore. We couldn't believe we can have all those amazing experiences in those price. It's like they just picked all top 5 star Michelin chef in the world and put everything together in one place. This place and food is made with love and passion by people who truly knows what caring and unconditional is. We can't wait to go back there. Thank you so much for brightening our day with your love. See you soon♡
Great restaurant with an amazing food and very fair prices. No expensive at all and servers are also great, especially Dúnia who took care of us. Already came here more than 5 times and for sure I’m gonna keep coming!

I went on a Wed or Thu night and I was the only guest, the chef and waitress made me feel like a king. The sushi is great and comes out fast and it was such a magical experience!
So happy that there is a second location to get Sushi Yasu Tanaka now, it is by far the best sushi deal in town when it comes to quality and price. This place is also beautiful inside and has a nice bar as well. More people need to know about Sushi Yasu Tanaka inside the B100M!
Brand new place in Downtown Miami, came for a quick bite; didn't get to try much but the things we did were excellent quality and flavor. Decor and ambiance is excellent, would appreciate maybe a more dim setting and some hangers on the tables. There's a few things to oil up service-wise but that's normal for a new spot like this. Some more clarity on the concept would also be appreciated, none of the employees seems to fully understand it just yet. Again, normal for a new place. Great, great potential for both lunch/brunch and dinner. Will be back.
The restaurant has a beautiful design, fantastic location, and the food was 5-star—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. We were not properly attended to throughout the meal, and at the end, we were asked to go to the front to pay instead of being offered table service. The posture of the staff at the register (as shown in the photo) also came off as unprofessional, which detracted from the overall experience. Amazing food, but service needs improvement.

Don't waste your time or money here. I went there few minutes ago and they have nothing ready for breakfast, only pastries. The woman behind the bar was beyond rude. I sat down and asked about the menu, ready to order a coffee and she totally ignore me??? Way to go for a new place trying to make an impression on their neighbors!! 30+ positive reviews for place that just has opened :] make your own conclusions. Another Miami pricey place lacking service or making any sense of what they are trying to accomplish. Chicken & sushi on the menu combined with huge prices and bad service. Thank you for not inviting me back. Your neighbor upstairs.
