Went for a special event with about 50 people in a private dining room. The food and service were excellent. We had the calamari, filet mignon prepared perfectly with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes, topped off with crème brûlée for dessert.

Great fancy restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We went for a end of school year celebration and had a great time. It is in a great location at Brickell. They have valet service, but it us a little confusing cause of the lack of signs (it looks like a construction area which causes the confusion). You must enter the garage to get to valet area. Great atmosphere for the entire family.

This location superbly upholds the standards of the Capital Grille brand. Andrea took amazing care of us, she was attentive, timely, friendly, and helped us with any questions we had about the menu. The interior is very classy, lots of cozy booths, interesting artwork, makes you feel pretty fancy. We had the burrata, the Neuske bacon with KBBQ rub, the lobster tail, and the gorgonzola encrusted NY strip. Everything was delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection, and my friend devoured his lobster. The bacon was addicting. Come hungry! I liked that we never felt rushed, we could take time in between courses. We were too full for dessert but I bet they are all good. Ask your server for the dessert drinks menu too! Cognac, whiskies, cordials are available. Wine by the glass for as low as $11, as someone coming from NY this is an amazing value for such a wonderful steak house. Thanks again to Andrea for making our night feel so special!

What an incredible experience we’ve had here for our 33rd anniversary! We’ve been here countless times before, and it’s always so consistent—the staff, the food, everything. Getting here can be a little challenging due to the construction, but it’s a total 10. Don’t give up—come here if you want the best food, the best service, and to feel truly valued. This was an iconic restaurant filled with vintage decor and pictures, but dont miss the moose head overhead. The wine was spectacular and my meal, chicken breasr with risotto, was spectacular.

Amazing atmosphere, felt like I was back in my own living room! Great wait staff, drinks stayed full, very attentive! The food was over the top in preparation as well as presentation!

The best burger in Miami is not just a label: is a fact! Yes, it has tons of options, but the burger is just delicious. It is open until late hours and service is well done by trained personnel. Great drinks, a special selection of wine and an environment that can both take usual dinners and business meetings. A must place to go in the Brickell area - with free parking by the way!

Where do I begin. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was great and welcoming. (Robert) had great recommendations and made the experience at Capital Grille worth it. My fiance and I were a bit undecisive on what wine to order so I started with the "In fashion". Our appetizers where the lobster & crab crab cakes and tuna tar tar (complimented the mango sauce with the Sriracha is A1 amazing). I ordered the NY strip and my fiance the filet mignon both paired with African lobster. Our sides where the lobster mac and cheese, brussel sprouts, and truffle fries. Our dessert was the cheesecake. After eating everything we definitely over ordered but everything was so good it was hard to pass up.

I took my husband to Capital Grille for his birthday. When we got there I was pleasantly surprised to see a birthday card. That was such a beautiful touch. The ambience is awesome and of course the food is spectacular. We had double cut lamb chops and Dry age NY strip steak with courvoisier cream. So good.

The food here is exceptional but the service is even better. Gus was absolutely amazing he took care of everything and made sure we had a great dinner. I will definitely be back here for dinner next time I’m in Miami.

Incredible service by Andreas. His recommended wine hit the sweet spot. We dined as a couple, oysters, steak and lobsters were delicious!!! Be ready to drop some cash but absolutely worth every penny!

I dined here right after my engagement and it was the perfect dinner. Valet took care of our vehicle and it was easy to pay and retrieve the car. Hostess who sat us was delightful. Our server Musa was knowledgeable about the food and wine menu. Kept our table perfectly manicured and the restaurant left a nice “congratulations “ card which was followed by nice dessert. I will def come back.

I went to the capital grille in Miami to celebrate my girlfriends birthday a special occasion. We had made a reservation and were seated upon arrival. While the waiter was very nice and responsive we placed our order and stressed that the steaks come out butterflied and cooked well done and medium well. The two side orders mash potatoes. We ordered some drinks and the food came out shortly there after. Not only were the steaks not cut butterflied they were not cooked right. I had to send back my girlfriend’s steak half way thru and we were brought the wrong side orders. Spinach instead of potatoes. Eventually the potatoes came out after we started eating. I’ve come here many times before to celebrate special occasions but this was a disappointment. Not the quality expected from the Capital Grille,

Great experience. I ordered the NY dry aged strip and it was perfect, flavorful and tender. At $52 it's pricey but in line with other comparable fine dining steakhouses in Miami. It's a large, classic looking steakhouse with a lot of dark woods (mohagony maybe) and friendly white tablecloth service. Towards the back they have a big open terrace overlooking the Miami River where you can look at the nice yachts cruising by. Highly recommended if you're looking for a high quality steak dinner.

The food was good. At first, the meat came overcooked but the waiter was pleasant enough to quickly change the plate. When they finally brought it back, the experience was good.

Some friends invited us to dinner at capital Grille. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and I was extremely pleased with my experience. For starters we had the lobster bisque which was absolutely amazing and the oysters that were excellent! I had the fillet mignon in bone and we also had a side of the lobster mac & cheese, spinach in cream and What looked to be a potato casserole. As dessert we had a crème brûlée and it was one of the best Crème brûlée I've ever had. Our server Michael was very attentive and always making sure that we had a great time I truly enjoyed my experience and I would definitely go back again.

Margarete Selva was our server, and her warmth and attentiveness made the night that much better. She perfectly balanced professional knowledge, recommendations of dishes, and pleasant demeanor! Oh my god. Dinner here was absolutely amazing. WARNING: it’s a lot of food. The salad is probably a light meal on its own. The ribeye was…I’m lost for words. Staff was so great and attentive. Would absolutely want to come back next time I’m in town.

Celebrated Valentine's a week late today. Our server, Milton, was fantastic. We ordered the lobster and crab cakes which were amazing. Ended up sharing an entree and brussel sprouts since the food was very filling. Thank you Capital Grille for making our 10th Valentine's together a special meal.

Attended a private event with a group of about 50 people for lunch with a choice of filet mignon, salmon or chicken for the main course; soup or salad to start, and mashed potatoes and creamed spinach as sides, and a flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

We were exhausted after a long day of traveling and just wanted a great healthy meal. We had superb service and delicious food. Definitely will come back next time we're in town.

Great dinner here last night. Best service of all the Cap Grille’s. Awesome food and great valet. Cheesecake is best of any restaurant. Just wish they would add shoestring fries 😞. Ruth’s Chris got rid of them with Covid so no one has them. Cap Grille add them and corner the steakhouse market!

This is one of my favorite restaurant. The service was amazing, and most importantly the food was delicious. This sets a started to what great food taste like. I was celebrating my anniversary and they decorated our table for my special night. I like my steak medium rare and they did prefect on the first try. They have a variety selections of wines to choose from. The dessert we had was the crème brûlée cheesecake it makes me want to come back for more. Highly recommend and worth every penny!

Consistently superb!!! We have been loyal diners at Capital Grille Miami for the past 20 years and it is yet to disappoin us. In an effort to support our local restaurants we have visited quite frequently in recent months. From the first point of contact in making our reservation with Roxana which is always accommodating to the experience of dining at such an exquisite restaurant, our expectations are always surpassed. Special mention to the amazing staff includes General Manager (Mike) as well as Support management Ryan and Oliver to our server Gus who always goes above and beyond in making our experience top notch. You can’t go wrong with any dish. Some of Our favorites include the French onion soup (which is yet to be match in flavor or consistency in any other restaurant we have tried!), oysters, all the steaks are uniquely prepared, fresh and flavorful. We can’t leave out the amazing lobster Mac and cheese as well as the truffle fries. Hands down the best value for your money in fine dining. Thank you Capital Grille Miami for being consistently superb!

I have known this restaurant sincev 1999 and the quality of the food still 5 stars, classy, charming and great service. The food is one the best I had in a long time, the veal and onion soup is to dye for, absolutely delicious. This restaurant is one of the legend restaurants in Miami. I love eating ay the wooden old style bar but the tables are a great option, there is nothing wrong at this restaurant except that soon will be close and will reopen on the Baccarat Luxery Building on the same location, I hope they recreate the same beauty as now.

This is one of the best restaurants in Miami. Time and again one of the best dining experiences you will have. It never disappoints and I’ve been dining here for years. The service is always exceptional from the valet, the hostess, and the server. The ambiance is elegant and the food is excellent. Most recently I treated my sister to lunch for her birthday and they had confetti on the table, a card, and complimentary dessert. I’ve ordered almost everything on the menu but this last time we had the French onion soup, calamari appetizer, burger with truffle fries and lobster salad. Everything was incredible! It always is.

I had dinner at The Capital Grille on Brickell and really enjoyed the whole experience. The steak was tender and flavorful, the sides were well-prepared, and the service was attentive without being overwhelming. The elegant setting made it a comfortable place for a nice evening out.

Great experience in an old school steak house setting. We had a great experience dining on New Years Eve. 3 hrs of garage parking is included if you validate your ticket. Seated immediately upon arrival. The prefix menu was varied and well priced at $100 per person. I had the crab cocktail, easily the most generous portion of lump crap I've ever had. My boyfriend had the prociutto wrapped mozzarella served warm, so tasty. We had the fillet mignon & sirloin, both cooked perfectly to our order. The mash potato side was a perfect compliment. In addition was orders a jumbo stone crab. After a cocktail each & tipping, we dropped $328 for dinner - expensive but worth it for a special occasion. All in all it was a great experience & I can't wait to return.

This place provides the old school luxury charm of a steak house. Absolutely beautiful decor if you enjoy the heavy quite feel of the classic NY steakhouses. I had the sea bass and it was well cooked and a healthy service. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were filling sides. The lamb was great but could have used a sauce. The rib eye was well done but could have used a bit more seasoning. Overall be ready to drop some funds but the food, atmosphere, and service makes it worth it.

A marvelous, high class restaurant with truly outstanding food! I have been to the Capital Grille in Washington, D.c. and remember it being pretty good, but coming again to this Miami location really blew my expectations out of the water! First, you park in the parking garage and get a parking ticket, and when you show that to the hostess you get a discount on parking so that’s good, but it seemed like they promised we would pay less for it than we did... as far as service goes, our Waiter David was just fantastic, so attentive and happy to answer any questions we had, and he was really a genuinely kind man, we really liked him. And the food, oh the food! This is one of the best meals overall that I can remember having, ever. I tried the Sea Bass for something different. I don’t normally choose to have fish for a dish, if anything I get shrimp, scallops or a different seafood, but wow was I stunned by how good the sea bass was! It was melt in your mouth, eyes roll into your head and body shivers good!! No joking, one of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. Everything else I tried was just so stellar as well, the macaroni appetizer was scrumptious, and the special ribeye dish that my dad ordered was so incredible I made him share it with me. I had the creme brûlée for dessert, and it came with fresh fruit on the top, it really couldn’t have been more perfect. Capital Grilled is no place to go if you aren’t ready to spend about 3x the money on food that you would at most restaurants, but trust me when I say you are paying for the highest quality.

What an incredible restaurant! We came for my dad’s birthday and he left saying “this is my new favorite restaurant”. We all loved it, the food, the service and the atmosphere. Jesus Martinez, was very professional every step of the way. We will definitely be coming back. Totally recommend!!!!

Been to this location a number of times, and it never misses the mark. Quality service, quality food, acceptance wait times, great decor. Eduardo was our server, did great. Details like the blade used to scrape bread rumbs from the table are not missed.

My wife and I made reservations for the Capital Grille. We arrived a few minutes early and were given a nice table immediately. Joe was our waiter and greeted us with a big smile. He was extremely knowledgeable and suggested their signature drink a “Stoli Doli” which is my new favorite drink. Joe also suggested the shrimp cocktail; I was amazed at the size of the shrimp and how fresh it tasted. The cocktail sauce had the perfect amount of horseradish for a nice kick. We also ordered the burrata and heirloom tomatoes. I ordered the Filet Mignon and my wife ordered the Sea Bass. We also requested the potatoes au gratin. My steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare and the sea bass was also perfect. The potatoes were hot and creamy: excellent! I’m a dessert guy so I asked for the Capital Grille cheesecake, and it was scrumptious! Joe was “nonpareil”- “outstanding” ! He came back to check on us regularly and was so friendly. I left Joe a GREAT tip and he earned every penny of it. When you get great food and great service, make sure you leave an outstanding tip!

I went for my birthday and it was wonderful. They made a girl feel special. John was with us that evening and he was great. He was full of knowledge and made some delicious recommendations. The food was ribeye was cooked perfectly and the Brussel sprouts surprised me.

I visited recently to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing experience! The front of house staff was extremely helpful and my server- Leo was first class. This was my first time at Capital Grille and he guided me through the menu - and constantly checked in on me to ensure that I was having a great time. I will 100% be back.

Miami isn't the best spot for great steakhouses, most of them are over crowded and over priced "place to be / place to appear" and their quality isn't what a meat lover expect. However, Capital Grille bring the needed touch of authentic American steakhouse. The classic decor , the elegant setting, the old school uniform of the waiters .. give you that Manhattan feeling . I requested a boot in my reservation and I got it without the need to remind the staff. Lovely. Excellent menu and excellent wine selection . If I can critic, it's for the hostesses at the entrance, they clearly didn't want to be there. The one that walked us to the table yawned 3 times in 3 minutes . However how waiter David was very knowledgeable and professional.

Capital Grille never disappoints. My husband and I went to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. We had the Tuna Tartare with mango, avocado and Sriracha appetizer which was delicious. And, of course, I opened with a dirty martini with three blue cheese stuffed olives. My husband had the Gorgonzola crusted dry aged New York strip encrusted with cabernet reduction. I had the regular dry aged New York strip steak. Delish! They were both cooked to Perfection. And, we ordered the brussel sprouts and mac and cheese as our sides which are also delicious.

A restaurant that should be in your list!! What a great experience!! My boyfriend made a reservation for us and they prepare the table and leave a card with a cute note that make you feel special! The service it’s a 5 stars. Then the food was exquisite , worth it every dollar. I got the salmon with Spartacus and mash potatoes and my boyfriend got the fillet mignon , we order salmon tartar as an entree too , everything was perfect cooked and the flavor a 5 stars. At the end our server bring me a celebration appetizer plate with two delicious mini cakes , perfection. And finally the decoration it’s very classy and elegant, all the wood in the walls, the light, the clocks, just amazing.

We recently visited The Capital Grille in Brickell and had a great experience overall. Our server, Giancarlo, was very attentive and provided excellent service. We ordered the bone-in ribeye, bone-in filet mignon, and pan-seared scallops — all delicious. The food took a bit longer than expected, likely because it was Valentine’s Day and very busy. Manager Diego Adrianzen stepped in, took care of our table, and made sure everything came out promptly. The Capital Grille is a bit pricier than some places, but you definitely get what you pay for in quality and service.

Si le gusta el Bloddy Mary acá le van a dar el mejor. El Clam Chowder es de campeonato. La verdad, todo es muy bueno. Y sigue teniendo precios normales. No es barato pero no es algo exagerado. OJO, pidan reserva y no se tienen que ir de corbata pero no es de pantalón corto y camiseta.

I loved everything about my experience at The Capital Grille—the food, the ambiance, and the service (for the most part). However, the hostess who sat us (didn’t get her name) was passive-aggressive, which was disappointing. Thankfully, our server more than made up for it. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. He even took pictures for us, which was a nice touch! Overall, a great spot with excellent food and service, but the first impression from the door to our seat could have been better.

Good steakhouse, no haute cuisine. Lovely interior. Bread amazing! Starters: clam chowder perfect. Schrimp cocktail gets served on ice, too bad, temperature too low: no taste. NY strip not best quality meat. The wagyu beef was excellent. Mushrooms too well done, spinach good. We did not take desert. Wine list good.

The service and food was basically ok. There was nothing that really stood out and it just felt like any other chain restaurant but with double the price. We ordered the Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella for our appetizer and it tasted horrible. The waitress kept pushing us to order drinks even though we told her we were going to drink water. Our waitress failed to inform us that the sides with the main course were extra and were sharable. I'm guessing this is her way to get a bigger tip. The filet mignon we ordered was very tasty along with the Mac and cheese. Based on our experience this restaurant is over rated.

The service was superb! I loved our waiter, however I am not impressed with the food. My review on the food: Porterhouse steak ☆☆☆ It was good, but compared to what I've had before, it was not so great. Caesar salad has changed along with other items for the worst. I understand regional management is responsible. I hear Burger King is hiring. You may be better suited for that job. You took an elevated experience and ruined it with below average food.

The service in general was ok although they messed up with cutting the steak!!!!, the signature steak was cooked to perfection. However, one ribeye steak we ordered medium was served well-done. Although they replaced it, the new one was closer to medium-well. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat didn’t justify the $85 price tag—it tasted more like something you’d buy at a grocery store. My experience at The Capital Grille in Boston was exceptional and high-quality, so this visit in Miami was a bit disappointing given the premium pricing. The quality service is not just refilling the glass of water every 20 seconds and miscommunication of the order to the kitchen and disrupting the potential pleasant Christmas Eve. Simply a quality steakhouse is about caring about these details: the quality of meat, how to cook, cutting or not!!!! Please do not reply with a standard marketing answer to this message.

Kitchen and host/reservation team didn't help out the great 2 servers we had tonight. I reserved a room for 10-12 and was called 3 hours prior that they had double booked my private room. Turns out they double booked it with myself. After sitting us, they discovered their mistake and had us get up and move to the private room. My guests enjoyed their dinners, but my first steak was overcooked and the second too salty to eat. I enjoy the Capitol Grill in Houston often and have never had a problem. Brickell location needs to step up it's game. I doubt I will come back here again with all the other local choices.

Voy con bastante frecuencia a ese lugar, pero hoy me pasó algo que me llamó la atención. Hoy al Mediodía, Pido un lugar tranquilo porque una de las personas es hipoacústica y estando más de las 3/4 partes del restaurante vacío me llevan a un lugar con todas mesas ocupadas. El aire estaba muy frío, y pedimos una pashmina para cubrirnos y tenían 1 SOLA, hace pocos días fuimos con una amiga y nos dieron 3. De repente se acerca a la mesa un señor secándose las manos con una servilleta, cuando termina de secarse, se cuelga la servilleta en el hombro, le pregunto si es frecuente que un restaurante TAN CARO, un camarero venga secándose las manos a atender la mesa, y como respuesta se pegó media vuelta y se fue, NO NOS ATENDIÓ, llamé a la manager y en vez de disculparse, justificó lo que hizo el camarero. Pedimos carne con guarnición y pedimos que nos trajeran primero la guarnición, y trajeron primero la carne. Mi ensalada la trajeron condimentada, sin preguntarme con que condimento la quería, y toda marchita por venir ya con el condimento. Un lamentable almuerzo.

Food (meat and fish) was excellent, also the salads where perfect. Service a disaster! Sadly for such a restaurant in such a prize class. To start with dirty glasses. Dirty cutlery. After we mentioned they started cleaning throughout the restaurant during dinner time....really ? If I order cream spinach i expect so not mixed with other cheap vegetables. Sorry guys for that prize not acceptable.

I have been coming here for dinner and special occasions to Capital Grill for 20 years. On tonight’s dinner. The waiter upsold a 96 year old who can’t hear lump crab that he didn’t order or hear what the waiter was selling him, the waiter totally forgot the wife of the birthday persons entire dinner then both the waiter and manager, Carlos sat and argued both issues, which was even more ridiculous. No wonder the place is emptying out. Disappointed as this was one of my favorite restaurants.

I will first start off my review by saying that I am a huge fan of the capital Grille, I try to hit up a capital Grille in every city that I go to, as I really love the food. However, tonight‘s visit at the Miami location was terrible I sat at the bar, and my bartender, gave me a menu when I said that in the first words out of his mouth was, do you want bread?? Not hello, not how are you, not ask me if I’ve ever been there before, or any term to welcome me to the restaurant. I replied yes, at which point I was then given a menu, fork, and knife, and napkin. After the water was given to me, my bread arrived. I was then asked if I wanted a drink, in which I ordered a Coke. I was never explained any drink specials, I was never explained anything about the cocktail menu, nothing. I was never even asked about if I wanted a wine list, at this point I felt like I wasn’t even wanted there. After receiving my Coke, the next question that I got was, do you want food? Again, never asked me about if it was my first visit, never asked me if I wanted to know about the menu, never explained to meaning about their steaks, so I ordered three appetizers, I ordered the shrimp cocktail, crabcake, and the Nuski‘s bacon. After my empty Coke glass sat empty for about nine minutes, I was finally asked if I wanted a refill. The international code, for I want another drink, is an empty bar glass pushed to the edge of the bar, on their rail. Not only did I want another Coke, it sat empty for nine minutes before I even got questioned on if I wanted another drink. This was the only time I was offered a refill, Even though the drink class got emptied a short time, waiter. After receiving my food, I was never asked how the food was, I was never asked if I needed anything else, but at the very end when everything was gone, the male bartender asked me if I wanted any more food, or if I wanted to close out because the kitchen was closing. I was going to order a main menu item, as well as possibly a dessert, but it was very clear that both the male and female bartender this evening could care less about me, my business, or me spending any money. I truly felt like I wasn’t wanted there, and I truly felt like they can give two crud’s about me being there as I was all by myself. When the female bartender was taking my food order (her name on the receipt is Beverly, I purposely spoke a little bit on the quiet side in hopes that maybe she would talk to me or strike up a conversation. Not even a smile or anything. I’m truly upset at how my visit was this evening, I’m out in Florida on a business trip, I was excited to see that there was a capital Grille in town, as it’s one of my favorite restaurants, but these two employees need some serious training, And need to learn to pay attention to their customers. Typically, I will tip any between 40 and 70%, and this is the first time in a very long time that I did not even tip 20%. If you can’t even give me the time of day, a simple smile, a refill, and just wanna push me out the door, I don’t even wanna give you a dollar. Grille, please invest in your employees at this location, as they need some training.

It is inappropriate behavior in such a restaurant. I invited 11 people and we ordered the best and most expensive items. My daughter, a 3-year-old girl, played a little between the tables. We were surprised when the hall manager arrived and asked us for the little girl to stop playing immediately, as this is a restaurant and not a game hall. It is terrible and inappropriate for this official to behave with us, and therefore I recommend that the restaurant owners hold accountable those who behaved with us. This behavior, thank you, happened today at 7:30 pm

We visited The Capital Grille, Brickell last Wednesday at noon, expecting a premium restaurant experience, at least matching their prices. Unfortunately, the service was far from that. Our waiter approached the table cleaning his hands with a napkin, then threw it over his shoulder before offering assistance. We asked politely if he always greeted guests that way. He reacted angrily, turned around, and told the manager he wouldn’t serve our table. Instead of an apology or replacement, the manager came to tell us that “it’s common for waiters to clean their hands in front of customers and put the napkin on their shoulder.” An unacceptable response for a restaurant that claims to offer fine service. There are plenty of great grills in Brickell where you’ll feel valued and respected as a guest; this, unfortunately, isn’t one of them.

"To the Management Team at The Capital Grille, As frequent guests of Capital Grille, we have always held your establishments in high regard. However, our recent visit to the Miami location for a party of eight was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standards we expect from your brand. Out of eight entrées, six were served incorrectly. The issues ranged from two fish dinners and multiple side dishes arriving cold, to steaks being served overcooked or raw/purple. The most egregious failure involved my daughter’s filet mignon: after being sent back because it was raw, the manager returned the exact same piece of cut meat to the table without ensuring it was cooked properly. The steak required a third attempt to be cooked to the ordered medium temperature. Furthermore, all side dishes and another steak were served on cold plates. The service was equally lacking. Despite having two bottles of wine at the table, we were forced to refill our own glasses throughout the night. While the manager on duty assured us the situation would be rectified, the execution of the replacement dishes was consistently poor. Given our long-standing history with Capital Grille, this experience was shocking. At this time, we do not have plans to return to the Miami location

Terrible expereince 2/1/2026 we took are friend for dinner and it turned out to be a disaster. The server was attending too many tables and we suffered beacuse of it , he took for ever to take our order, serve water and drinks but the worst part was our friend order a filet mignon medium wi salt on the side and when the brought his steak it had salt already on it and I am mean a ton of SALT ! he returned the steak and a few minutes later the brought back the same steak and asked him to CUT the top and button of the steak and try it. That was a first for all of Us. The server took it back and brought another steak to him but by this time what was supposed to be a nice Dinning experience it was spoil . Never again .

I dined here on Valentine’s Day and was extremely disappointed with the service from the start. When we arrived at the valet parking lot, the two attendants were very rude and told us we couldn’t park there because the restaurant was closed. We explained that we had reservations, and they reluctantly let us in but not before sighing, complaining, and saying to each other that it was “fine as long as we leave a tip.” That was incredibly unprofessional. I brushed it off, assuming it was just valet and that the experience inside would be better. Unfortunately, it only got worse. After being seated, our waiter greeted us by sighing and immediately telling us how long his night had been and how tired he was. He then rushed us to order entrees before we had even had a chance to properly look at the menu or order drinks. Then we overheard him telling the table next to us that he was supposed to go home but had been “stuck” with our table. Having experience in the service industry myself, it was clear he was trying to rush us so we would finish around the same time as his other tables, which were already wrapping up, so he wouldn’t have to wait on us as his last table. Before we received our food, he informed us that another server would be finishing our dining experience. Shortly after the new server introduced himself, our food arrived. The original waiter then returned and attempted to close out our tab even though we hadn’t taken a single bite yet. Thankfully, Stanley, our new server, was excellent and handled the remainder of our evening very professionally. He was attentive and made the best of an unfortunate situation. We had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, but after starting our experience the way we did, we won’t be returning. I felt rushed and anxious the whole night. The prices simply do not match the level of service we received.
