I stopped at a Chesters chicken in midland at the loves truck stop and ordered a #1 combo and didn't give me a drink they said the drink was extra and the menu said with drink. I questioned the worker and she wanted to argue with me. Worst experience ever. Not going back

You know how sometimes you go to a chicken place and get a tender meal and they hook you up by throwing in a couple extra tenders? Don't expect that here.

The chicken they serve is not fully cooked and can be a health issue. Some staff is friendly the other part is really bad. It seems that neither the owner or the franchise take care on this restaurant. Bad!

If I could rate this -1 I would. Not only did I wait 20 mins just for them to get my order because they had nothing in the front ready. Food was very cold. I got Mac n cheese and Mash potatoes with no gravy. Mash potatoes look like grits or oatmeal. It was clumpy and disgusting. Mac and Cheese was okay but it was cold. Chicken was dry and cold. When I was checking out the employee who must of been new because he didn’t ring me up correctly rang me up first at $10 and I swiped my card. They cancelled it because the manager said it was rung up wrong... the price then went up to $18. Jokingly, I joked with the manager....”I liked the other price better! Lol” and she looks at me and says... “I don’t... There goes my bonus right there” I am in customer service and sales where I make commission and bonus as well and the last thing anyone ever wants to feel like is a pay check or dollar signs. This was my first and LAST time I will ever come to Chester’s.

I went in at 5pm to eat. Chesters was put up and closed. I asked girl (that had a chesters t shirt on) she said I'M CLOSED! I pointed to sign open 10-9 she said I DON'T CARE ABOUT NO SIGN I'M CLOSED. I don't like when people yell at me.. i used to love loves, maybe I need to rethink my priorities.. the woman at subway was very overworked but still nice. We had a nice talk while she fixed my sandwich.. And to think i "chose to spend weekend here. Probably won't be back..

Menu says 12.79 for a 4 piece combo. So I got mashed potatoes and green beans. The total came to over $16. Will never set foot in another one

The guy seemed like he hated his job and wasn't friendly. They gave us 3 puny wedges. My okra wasn't fresh at all. Went back inside and he rudely asked if there was a problem. Won't be going there again. McD's is fresher than this place :/ Get friendlier people!!!

Chesters chicken isn’t that bad but this location is garbage. The chicken was flavorless . And they want to charge 7$ for a 3 piece of chicken that tastes like water . I highly recommend not eating here it will make you sick.

Chicken order was wrong..mashed potatoes runny online showed brown gravy, i got white. Green beans not very good and the breast i ate i couldn't finish because closer to the bone it wasn't done all the way. I called and complained the manager did what she could to make it right but I will NOT go back!!

Bought gizzards at new Chester’s on Billie Hext. They were horrible . Hard as a rock. Threw them away.

The ABSOLUTE worst chicken Ive ever eaten. 20 bucks for a Bucket of over cooked grease. Ordered the family meal hopped in truck driving down road and no damn Tator Wedges..... NEVER AGAIN IT GOT ONE STAR CAUSE THEY MAKE ME

They are always out of something. They never have gizzards or livers ready, if you want them its a 45 minute wait

No flavor to the chicken strips, and the wedges might as well be whole potatoes.
