Place is very nice, place was a little messy, janitor looked like she didn’t want to be there but game room was very fun and very enjoying, food was amazing overall great place!

This place has really raised their goods in general here lately, their salad has more options, soup is good, dessert is good, love their cheese bread, baked potato and pasta, even their pizza I feel has a better flavor. If you have not been here in a while, I think is time you revisit. We like it

Was there for my grand babies birthday. We always have a good time when we go.

We live out of the midland area, but this one was so much nicer. The game area smelled clean and everything was working properly. The staff was nice and always busy working of cleaning the tables and surrounding areas.

Great for Birthday Parties! We had an amazing time and the kids loved the buffet and games! We had Daniel help us throughout the whole party and it was a huge hit with our guests. Definitely recommend!

I'm a little bias. I haven't been to Mr Gatti's Pizza in 30ish years. It was nostalgia all the way. That said, I like the pizza better than some of the other all you can eat pizza places. It didn't taste like cardboard. The restaurant was a large and open space, the employees helped us find the right places to eat. With Covid-19 going on they provided gloves and hand sanitizer throughout.

This is a pizza buffet bar. Complete with video games. Very fun for kids. I saw a lot of birthday parties going on there. The buffet was pretty good. It had four different types of pizza, a salad bar with lots of fixings, another section with things like jello, pudding, marshmallows cookies.Et cetera, and finally, a dessert bar where they have dessert pizza. There was a chocolate pizza, a vanilla coconut pizza, a cinnamon sugar pizza, a cherry pizza and an apple pie filling pizza. I like this place, and I highly recommend it for families.

Tables were dirty when we got there but I didn't mind wiping it down. Food was fresh and they were keeping everything coming. I went a couple years back and a lot of the games weren't working. This time just about every one they had was up to par. Thank you for making it worth the hour and a half drive <3

We haven't been to Mr.Gattis in quite some time. But we went today for lunch and had a great time. For the price of the buffet and games, it's so worth it. The have a Deal or No Deal game that my family had a blast playing today. Salad bar was my favorite!

We took our 2nd graders on a field trip to Mr Gattis to learn about fractions and Heather did an amazing job. She was so easy to coordinate with and made the field trip educational and fun. She has a great fractions class that kept the kids engaged and learning. I was very impressed. One of the best field trips in Midland!

This is a value packed great place for kids and family. The pizza was good. The dessert was GREAT. They keep the restaurant and kids area cleaner than I expected. The price of the games is not expensive like some reviewers said. Their kids were probably swiping the crane games which are two dollars a try. The regular video games varied 45-65 cents. Great experience. I will take the lil ones back. This place is great

The pizza is amazing. I had a take out order so I can't comment on the buffet side. Missed one star because I waited standing about 10 minutes for someone to greet me (the place was not busy). I would recommend.

It's simple pizza. Plenty of side dishes. Decent dessert. We all know we come for the games and arcade. Overall my 3 kids enjoyed it which is the most important.

The food is always meh. The place as a whole is more of the same. The former "Red dining area" where they play cartoons for kids has changed drastically in it looks. It looks quite fancy and is really clean. The "Blue dining area" still looks boring with the same look, old furniture and old and broken projector. The room on the far left from the entrance always says party only or private ( something like that) . but yet NO one like literally NO one steps foot in there. I'd sometimes see employees go in there and sit around or even clean it. When it looks clean.. The.. Umm "white dining area" looks pretty special has a large wall mirror and some windows so it's feel fancy to sit and eat. Wooo hoo the arcade area. It's pretty meh. Sometimes I'd see a few broken machines and they will have em plugged in. If you swipe that card to play that broken game you just wasted money. The environment in the arcade area does look amazing and they move everything like everytime I go there but they keep the same broken down games there. Welp yeah. This review is change I had 1 star and it was very critical. After I went there a year later. It was alright. +2 stars. Now imma at another +1 star.

Pizza is the same as always, it's good for buffet pizza, but from what I saw, everything in the dining areas and the buffet areas were VERY clean, and that means a lot to me. Wife did say that the restrooms were sub-par, but she has high standards, so I can't verify her claims.

Mr. Gatti's is lit! While the pizza doesn't have the best taste, it's still pretty good. There is a wide selection of pizzas, pasta, and desserts. The establishment is kept clean and the cleaning people will constantly be checking on you so that your table doesn't get cluttered with dirty plates. The game section has been improved over the years and while the the prices for the prizes are still ridiculous, one can still have fun with friends and family here

I haven't been to this Mr. Gattis in probably 5 years, because it was just looking very run down. I only went because I was invited and I was pleasantly surprised. They had excellent Covid-19 precautions in place, plenty of staff were available and diligently cleaning, and the food was actually pretty good. I'll definitely come again. Kudos to whomever the manager is and the staff. Well done!

The party hostess was good,but the ppl running the game room had horrible attitude. They were acting as if they were bored and being bothered when my children (my birthday girl) would ask for assistance or wanting to ride the bumper cars, ect. So I gave it a 4 out of 5 cuz other than the rude ppl in the game rooms every 1 else was nice and polite. The prices were good too.

Rated highly mostly for the price. A buffet that roughly costed $40 for 4 adults and 2 children. *Good* customer service *Good* pizza Good variety of games quiet ambience atmosphere. I recommend it to family's on a budget!

Our kids always have fun. We went early on a saturday and it was great! The food was fresh and not as crowded. I am not a fan of the pizzas but our kids like it.

Great place to take the family! The pizza is pretty good it’s obviously not the top notch ingredients but I mean it is a buffet can’t really be picky there. They have a sale bar and desserts, fountain drinks sweet te unsweet tea even coffee. The tea and water are from tap not to good. The games are under par they need an update to some better games. Taking the indoor playground was a big mistake in my opinion. The little kid games are quite lame. In all it’s a great place for family eats and fun.

The food is decent. The lady that was cleaning off the tables was very good and attentive. The guy that I believe is the manager was a little creepy leaning against the counter watching people. It just, was weird. The games are fun and inexpensive.

Do it! Staff was pretty friendly, good pizza of course since they have a drive-thru for it! Fun games for 3 & up. Only negatives, Games seem to be out of order a lot, everything besides the pizza and potatoes wasn't worth eating. Still a pretty fun place for the family since there is barely anything else to do out here. 🤷‍♀️

Their Pizza is 100% unique and as much as I want to give this place 5 stars for being my childhood goto, I cannot be insincere. Food is great, every pasta dish should definitely be seasoned beforehand. The game room looks a little messy, needs a little more p’zas! Games are also a little on the expensive side but the cheap entry cost to this emporium makes up for it. Screen rooms need their volume turned a little more up, upgrade their projectors, and maybe a different backdrop? Also their birthday packages definitely need more of packaged deals and cater to more guests. 8/10 Hopefully I’m not too biased.

I wish they would make the pizzas you request 1st time around instead of waiting for you to ask 4 times. Most the games said not available or would take money off without starting the games. TOTALLY NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE.

I've been coming to this place ever since elementary school. It's about what you expect for all you can eat pizza with an arcade attached. I am a bit sad they no longer have the Xmen vs Street Fighter cabinet.

Fun for taking the kids to eat and playing some arcade games and for birthday parties. It might have just been the time we went but the pizza wasn't nothing to brag about. Only had the basic pizza toppings style out

Great experience in the food area!! Customer service was awesome...we had our end of season soccer party and our team enjoyed the food, dessert and overall experience. Would of given a 5 star but the customer service on the GAME. room area needs more training on being courteous and helpful!

Not much has changed since the last time I visited. Food is good but just not great. There are plenty of options other than pizza so that is a plus. Overall the entire establishment appears dingy as if it’s stuck in the late 90’s but it is what it is and the people were friendly and the games were fun.

Continously putting out fresh pizzas, desserts, clean plates, cups, salad bar and soup area is fresh, and staff is constantly cleaning up tables. The bathrooms could use more attention but there are a lot of kids in and out there. The game room area is great for kids of all ages!

Classic gattis. Kids are running around unattended, pizza is a mix of fresh hot pizza and slices from 3 pizzas ago that keep getting mixed with new pizzas to keep the display looking full. It's a free for all for tables and chairs, we got up to get drinks and our table was takenm. The trick is to slip the bus boys some some money and ask them to clean and combine some tables if you want more space. I saw this first hand and definitely should have done that. Prices have gone way up but what do you expect in this economy.

The pizza was OK. Never saw a chocolate or apple desert pizza before coming to this place, interesting for sure. It's self-serve buffet style with pizza, salads, a couple of soups along with alfredo noodles, and some dessert custards. It only took the kids 30 minutes to blow through the $20 we gave them.

I took my family here for lunch. The cashier didn't seem thrilled about having to work. Everyone else does their best to avoid eye contact with customers. The pizza is a cheaply made mass produced concoction. But they do offer soup and my wife's favorite baked potato. The salad bar has an abundance of toppings. You get your own refill so you don't have to wait for anyone. And of course the games. I miss the quarter days. But they operate with the card system. Plenty of games to keep kids happy and bumper cars.

It's fine for what it is, a place for the kids to play. Pizza is as expected. Walls need to be cleaned. Employees were helpful. Will likely return for another child's birthday.

We arrived at 11:15a & it was great. We beat the first rush & got dibs on everything. The salad is always great, my husband love the spaghetti, but the pizza was ok.

It is what it is. If your looking for good pizza, this is not the place to visit. The pizza is edible, but you primarily visit this place so the kids can play games. If you want a pizza buffet, Cici's on Big Spring is better. Also, Pizza Hut on Wadley has buffet during lunch and it's awesome.

It is good place to take kids. Pizza is not great, salad and soup are decent. Pudding is good. Will visit with grandson again. He enjoyed it.

Seemed like a nice place with a good selection of food and good salad bar. I used the restroom before we left and it needed a little tlc. Went to wash my hands and one of the workers finished using the restroom, walked over to the sink, got out his phone to text, and then walked out without washing his hands. As we were leaving I noticed this boy was working on the pizza buffet but even if he wasn't, wash your freaking hands! Very disappointing because my family had just talked about visiting more often but not after that.

Good food.. not the best but kids will love it!! Adults will not be super in love with the food but if your hungry itll do just fine! Was better years ago but otherwise still edible. Very fun for the kids and huuuge gaming room. Want your kids to get tired go here! Prices range from 5 to 10 dollars. Good compared to some places. It's a buffet so pizza pizza pizza. And salad and mac and cheese and other things like potatoes and green beans. Lots of soft drinks. Lots of rooms to eat in so no sitting with 80 people staring at you so it's a buffet eat as much as you can and no judgment!!!

Must be low staffed.. pretty behind on bussing tables and cleaning up period but food was good. Lots of games we found out of order without signs and when I asked the kid working there if he knew it was Out of order he said yes... so i asked why there was no signs on all these machines if he is aware and he just shrugged his shoulders. We just let our daughter run the cards out and left without even being offered a refund on the credits wasted... no biggie but thank goodness our girls are young and we normally go to Chuck E Cheese

Had my son's 4th birthday here recently. Definitely nostalgic in the sense that the staff was under trained, the pizza was at most o.k. and the drinks were horrible because they were running low on CO2, and the games were expensive. Could've been worse but not worth going back for a party.

The pizza, salad bar, baked potatoes, deserts are always good. Food prices have gone up some but the arcade game room is where it had doubled, we're disappointed with that part as we like to take our children there to play games. I hope management can do something about that to make it more compatible wit the other places like chuck e cheese's. See pics i attached for prices. Posted August 2018.

I went on a busy day , the pizza and salad bar were overall good , I did see some pizzas that were not fresh , I grabbed a cup and it was sticky , I compared it to the Odessa's location in almost every way , ill stick to Odessa

The place was okay, but in my experience, Gatti’s is okay place. It’s usually a bit messy and the tables are often dirty, but the food itself was fine. This one was similar to others I’ve been to. It’s bigger than a few of them, but not a place I’ll visit often.

I know that buffet-style family restaurants can be busy, and I can overlook a lot when dining out with kids. What I have a harder time overlooking, however, is being ignored. I try to be understanding. I have children who work in the service industry, and I hear all the stories about difficult and demanding customers. During my visit, the main issue was that the soda fountains were completely out of ice. If the drinks had been even somewhat cold, I wouldn’t have minded, but they were lukewarm. I politely asked about getting ice, both in English and Spanish, but I was ignored several times. Eventually, I stopped an employee and asked who I could speak to. She pointed me to a lady at the front, and when I asked her, she simply said “okay.” We went ahead and ate, and the grandkids enjoyed playing games, but even by the time we left, no ice was ever brought out. For the amount of money we spent, being ignored over such a simple request was very disappointing.

Food was as expected, but the buffet was not rotated quickly which made the experience worse overall. The buffet was staffed well so not sure why pizzas weren’t coming out faster and they didn’t even use the whole buffet area on a Saturday night no less.

Pizza tasted like it's been sitting for a while before it's brought up, and the quality of the pizza is unsatisfactory. Customer service is of the worst. I spoke with 2 different employees about their card machines not working properly and 1 walked away without saying anything and the second stated that it wasn't their responsibility to fix it or make it right. In addition quite a few of the games weren't working. My experience might be different from others but my overall I was very disappointed and will not be visiting again.

This place needs an entire makeover. You cannot have the same exact floors as you did when I came here as a child in the 90’s. The pizza was below sub-par, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the whole environment just felt dark and dirty. It amazes me that they wouldn’t want to update the place and get with the times. I would pick Cinergy over this place any day.

Wow, this place has gone downhill. They got rid of so many games. Many of the games that are there don't even work. They were down to only 3 bumper cars. The salad bar looked alright. The pizzas are small and use very light sauce. The vegetables like corn and green beans appear to be days old. They have multiple dining rooms although some were closed off due to few people being there. The staff kept the place very clean and were friendly.

My kids and I love Mr. Gatti’s, but the pizza sauce was extremely salty, and we love the salad bar and the ranch. But on 9/13 the ranch was way too salty, had a completely different taste to it, please go back t the original recipe. We want to come back

When you walk into this place, it takes you back to the 80s which is super cool the food here was absolutely disgusting the pizza tastes like a frozen pizza you would get from the Dollar General. There was nobody in line when we got there. We stood there for like 10 minutes. As our first time there the person who took our order did not tell us it was a buffet and did not tell us to see ourselves we just had to kind of figure all that out for ourselves. The kids enjoyed the arcade that they have they have a different variety of games. We probably won't be going back the food and the service was absolutely horrible. Just saying this place is horrible save your money don't go

I’m Starting with the good, they have way more machines and games compared to Chuk E. Cheese, including they have bump cars and a carousel. If you have littles $10 per kid can buy them a lot of plays since a lot of them are only 0.38. The food wasn’t the best but it wasn’t bad. Now to the part why Im giving 2 stars. First of all when you just enter the first pair of doors there is a really bad smell like humidity and something else, is not pleasant. Then you walk in and they don’t even have a board with their prices or how much per kid or if they can play by time or by amount of money. The board thing might not be a big deal but when I asked the guy working there he wasn’t very welcoming almost like he didn’t want to be there. Another thing the ladies cleaning the tables make you feel rushed they sat there with their cart full of dirty plates and cups waiting for us and other tables to get up and pick up our plates. One of the times we got up for seconds and when we came back our table was clean and another family had already sat on it 🤣😫, and also the cleaning staff wasn’t very nice either they didn’t say much but just the way they stare at you. And lastly Before going I looked up reviews and I found a review here on google more than a year old with pictures saying the restrooms were disgusting, but I said “hey it’s an old review maybe their clean now or maybe that was a busy day or something” well NO they still look like that which tells me that that’s just how their always are. This talks very little of their higiene standards because if the restroom is like that imagine the places we can’t see 🥴. The toilets were clogged, there was water in the floor, the sinks and mirrors were very dirty. And the trash cans were full. I was just trying to get out of there and not letting my kids touch anything. So in conclusion the games are nice since there is not a lot to do here in midland but they have to work on improving their attitude towards clients, act like it’s a kids restaurant! and they need to CLEAN! Maybe wit it was cleaner and people felt more welcomed y’all would have more business.

Well, we got there at 4:15, total of 6 vehicles there...got inside only 4 pizza's to choose from. Not appetizing at all...half of the games wasn't working..and the 4 teenager's behind the goodie counter kept looking at each other like they didn't want to help us...so I will definitely will ""NOT"" be going back!!!!

Trash. Ok, I’ll add more details: The food area was a complete disaster. The salad bar was a mess from spills and plates that were left just sitting around. As far as the game area goes, lots of games were out of order and other games were not working or giving points correctly. We had to bring the card to the person behind the desk 3 times to adjust the points. They lady never apologized and hardly said a word to us. We ended up giving the card to a little boy and leaving. My daughter wanted to go for her birthday so we took her and she was disappointed.

Terrible experience having my sons birthday. I called several times to confirm I could go early and decorate and every time they said absolutely. I get there early and set up everything and they come in and said no decorations on the walls or window after we had already set up everything. There was tape on the walls from previous parties and they refused to let us keep up our decorations. So my son did not get the experience of walking in to a fully decorated party... very disappointed. The “ part attendant” was not attentive. I had to refill the drink pitchers myself among other things. He sat outside our room and did nothing but bring us cold not fresh pizza. Needless to say we will never have another birthday party at Gatties in midland.

I wish I could give half a star. The staff (some) are nice. The rest look miserable. It's run down, not great food, and almost half the games are out of order. It's hot and stuff in the game room. Even the poor employees looked like they were sweating it was 90 outside and felt better outside then in. Won't be going back ever again.

This was by far the dirtiest Mr Gattis I have ever been too. Me and my husband ate here yesterday. The pizza was old and food was nasty. You know pizza is old when the sauce has been absorbed by the crust. Got very sick from it. The restroom was disgusting. Very minimal selection compared to Amarillo which we used to frequent once a week. We were excited they had a Mr Gattis in Midland when we moved here but because of the quality of the food and dirtiness of the facility we won't be back. Do better!

DIRTY! DIRTY!DIRTY! For the time of day (1pm) my family and I went to this establishment there is NO WAY it should have been as DIRTY as it was. It’s like they were cleaning up from the night before. In addition to being dirty I had to eat (what little options that were available) surrounded by the smell of Bleach. The soda machine has multiple flavors that needed to be changed because they tasted like carbonation. This was my First and LAST time ever going to this place.

This place is the worst Gatti's I have been too!!! The pizza is always dry, when it's not undercooked. Online orders are always wrong unless you add special instructions AND call to make sure they get it right. Salad bar is definitely disappointing, pizza selection is very limited compared to other Gatti's, dessert definitely could be better.

The food was just ok. The dining area was dirty, but we also went around 7 pm so maybe it just wasn't cleaned throughout the day but only at closing the day before. Half the games didn't work. The employees spend all their time on their cell phones and do not hide the fact that they definitely don't want to be there. Sadly, they should go over personal hygiene with their staff.

Food Is Alright! Not best. And you figure with all these people spending money here they could keep the games fixed. I swear almost all crane games were broke. Few gun games down also. I’d say 1/3rd of the games were broke today, and you don’t get that money back. Compared to Commercials, this place was a big let down.

This was my first time eating here and the food was OK, but the service at the door was a deal breaker! What's happened to customer service? When you're greeted with someone who's attitude is, they really don't care if you spend your money with them or not, may find themselves without a job, when the business shuts down. I definitely won't be back!

Service lady was very rude and made my two year old granddaughter cry, grabbed salt shaker out of my daughter’s hand. My daughter tells the manager and he protects his rude service lady and she gets rude in front of him and he does nothing about it. Coffee cups were not well washed, pizza was not that great.

I would give no stars if that was a possibility. We just moved to town and have never been here before. We got there at 7 and all the pizza that was out, which wasn’t much, was old and hard. I asked if they were going to put out anymore and was told no. The lettuce for the salad was brown and wilted. We tried to eat what was there but it was gross, my kids wouldn’t even eat the pizza and that says a lot. The bathrooms were gross and dirty, the whole place looks like it has not been cleaned since the 90s. I will never come back here. Such a waste of over $70.

I was surprised to see very few cars in the parking lot when we arrived at 12:30 today. It is New Years Day, however still thought it should have been more crowded. Once we arrived and got situated it was clear to see why it wasn’t crowded at all. The staff in the game room needs training. They need to be trained on how to smile while at work, say thank you and put their cell phones up while they are on the clock being paid to work. I had to ask one of the female employees if she was “ok” because she was acting so despondent that I thought maybe she was sick. She informed me she was just tired. The atmosphere was depressing. The restaurant gives off the impression that they aren’t too far from closing the doors for business. There were games that weren’t working and only 3 of the bumper cars were up and working. If you wanted to ride the bumper cars or the Carousel you had to go find the one employee to come and help. The kids did have fun, however there are improvements that need to be made.

We used to like bringing our daughter to this place but it’s turned into a rip off. The manager in the game room is very rude and doesn’t care about any issues you have. We spend 28$ in just games, half the games didn’t work or would malfunction to where we’d get screwed out of tickets. I told her and she didn’t do anything just basically shrugged it off. The games that require balls had no balls, the color wheel game would malfunction so if you picked yellow and it landed on yellow, it would say tickets for green. Last time we will take our little one there to play since they’re obviously only in it to screw people over, not that it’s not a rip off anyways since I could take my kid to dollar tree and get 10x the amount of dinky toys anyways.

This place is legitimately a rip off. We spent $80 for a family of five the kids got $10 each on their play cards games are any where from 75 cents to $2 to play. Their $ goes fast, half the games do not work or do not work properly, the pizza & drinks are horrible, didn’t taste right at all, the place is dirty, and we will definitely will not be back! We would rather go to Chuck E. Cheese.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, had my sons party here & customer service was the worst. I paid too much for the attitude we were given & then we were told I paid for 40 people when I had given deposit and they charged the Birthday boys DAD!!! I got there for them to tell me I paid for 34 people and I didnt have a full 34 and some of my family was charged!!!! I will NEVER return to this establishment they need a whole new staff better yet shut down & restart or put something else here!!!

Me and my daughter went there again this weekend I've been going there for a long time but after this weekend I might stop I'm not a cheap ass I don't really ever expect anything free but they have signs everywhere that says if we don't offer you a receipt next meals on us, the manager was on the register didn't offer me a receipt so I asked him for a receipt and then ask him about the free meal and he told me you saw me throw your receipt away, like excuse me so you threw my receipt away right in front of me and didn't even ask if I wanted it???? Is that not exactly what that thing is stating if I'm not asked/given a receipt I should get free meal???? he didn't even ask me if I wanted the receipt and he was rude whenever I even mentioned it like I was just trying to get a free meal (it's not my fault the manager doesn't no how to do his job) I didn't mind spending $25 for me and my little girl to go eat but stand by your values that just shows me how fake the management is. None of the cleaning ladies speak English the only pleasant people there are the little kids in the playroom little kids have better customer service than anyone there I'm glad you addressed your game room not being up to standards what about your management not going by your company rules I don't think I will be going back

The workers are nice but the most of the games don't even work and I got food poisoning from the food very disappointing not what I expected I would never go there again it was a waste of money the girls that work there are very nice but everything else is not good 😐 my kids were very disappointed

The food is good! But the manager Carlos is un professional. There should never. Be a reason you should ever have be in 16 year old s business. When one lead is asked if she got promoted to tell her say yes, I’m replacing you. I really think The owner needs to rethink who he hired.

The food is not very good. The guy at the front taking payments wasn't friendly towards our party. The atmosphere was ok, but it smells in the entire restaurant area and arcade area. Like dirty mop water. It feels dirty. We took a bunch of kids and they did not enjoy it.

This is probably the nastiest place I have eaten. The pizza smelled and tasted horrible. When you walk in, you are greeted with the most terrible smell Ive smelled in a long time. Dont waste your money here please.

The only thing to come here for is the game room and if you're doing Birthday parties cause the food here is terrible, we walked in to a very pungent odor inside and the pizza was either old or half cooked or just bad. They had no real pizza options except pepperoni or plain cheese no variety. All the noodles were cold and water logged, salad bar was in need of fresh veggies and fruits, dessert bar was practically a pile of sugar, baked potatoes were hard and practically raw. When I asked for a different type of pizza they said pfft ok 10mins (still waiting til this day). The pizza at any truck stop or convenience store is better in quality than here. And I am sitting here eating as I write this so you are getting this review first hand, try another buffet first, so can't really recommend anything but they have some good ice cold sodas.
