Persianissimo Milano Reviews
One of the best restaurants Special thanks to dear Sara, she is very kind and generous. The taste was very unique. All orders were on time, fresh, and delicious. The place is quiet and clean. Many thanks to you.
Second time visiting Persianissimo, I had a great experience here. As a Persian, I really enjoyed the food the flavors felt close to home and everything was well made. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, a very good meal and I’d happily come back.
We were visiting Milan as tourists, and the warm hospitality at this restaurant truly made us feel at home for a few hours. The food quality, the service, and the overall atmosphere were excellent. Even my American boyfriend asked for Faloodeh Shirazi, and although it wasn’t on the menu, they kindly prepared it for us and that gesture turned our evening into something really special. Every time I travel to Milan, I will definitely come back to this lovely and charming restaurant.
After being in Italy for 2 weeks , I really craved Persian food. I called and they were able to accommodate my family and I even though the were very busy. The people were so kind and friendly and the food was so deliciously prepared. The kabobs ( we had soltani ) which is a combination of a skewer of ground lamb and a skewer of marinated tenderloin lamb with rice were so delicately cooked and moist which made the difference. The eggplant dish (kashke bademjoon ), the yogurt with shallot and the Persian salad ( salad Shirazi ) were absolutely divine. And of course not to mention finishing a good dinner with Persian tea and a traditional rice pudding made with saffron topped it all. Thank you from the bottom of my stomach. We loved it🦋🦋❤️
An absolutely wonderful experience! 🌟 The food was incredibly delicious and authentic – you could truly taste the love and passion behind every dish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff are kind, attentive, and make you feel right at home. It’s clear that they genuinely cherish their culture and take great pride in sharing it with their guests. A hidden gem in Milan that I can wholeheartedly recommend – I’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent experience at Persianissimo! We had the Kubideh and Shishlik, both absolutely delicious—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic Persian taste. The service was very fast and friendly, with a warm and attentive staff that made us feel welcome from the start. The restaurant itself is very chic and stylish, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. This was the best meal of our entire trip to Italy—truly unforgettable. A perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommended!
This Persian restaurant truly stands out. From the moment we stepped into the dining hall, the interior and décor enveloped us in nostalgic memories. The Koobideh, Zereshk Polo ba Morgh, saffron tea, and traditional Shole-Zard were absolutely delicious — each bite felt like it came straight from grandma’s kitchen. What I particularly loved was the thoughtful decoration. The walls are adorned with beautiful paintings, framed art, and meaningful Persian idioms that spark reflection. It genuinely feels like a short trip to Iran, both visually and emotionally. If you’re looking for a top-tier Persian restaurant — a refined, authentic place to share memories on a special occasion — this is definitely one to consider. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helped guide us through the menu, making the experience even more enjoyable.
In the beginning, the decor of the restaurant is very elegant and there are many tables. The restaurant can accommodate a large number. The reception from the waiter was very nice and he was smiling and laughing all the time with us. As for the food, it was very delicious and bright, and when the meal was finished we asked for tea with Mohammedan roses. It was an experience. Excellent by all standards. We will definitely repeat it when we visit Milan again. Thanks to the restaurant management and all its employees.
I had booked a table in advance, but when I arrived we still had to wait for a while, even though there were two empty tables available. One of the staff was trying to make it seem like they were very busy, even though some appetizers were already prepared and other tables who arrived after us were served earlier. However, the food was of very good quality and truly delicious.
The overall food quality was average. We had a mixed dish, but for the starters, we ordered Kashk-e Bademjan and Mirza Ghasemi—both were absolutely perfect and full of flavor. The Doogh wasn’t great, though. What really stood out was the excellent behavior and warm hospitality of the staff. They were truly welcoming and made the experience much better.
Overall, the food quality was good and I recommend you to visit this place to try Iranian food. The customer service was excellent, the environment was completely Iranian and beautiful, the variety of food was very good and the food quality was generally good. But in detail, I have to say that the kebab was a bit dry and the shish kebab was from the loin chop instead of the rack that is usually served in Iran.
A truly terrible experience. One of the staff members behaved in an extremely rude and unpleasant way — completely unacceptable for any restaurant. The quality of the food was awful: old-tasting dishes, clearly frozen and reheated, with no freshness at all. On top of that, the final prices did not match the menu — much higher, totally unjustified, and absolutely not worth it considering the poor quality. Honestly, it’s not worth going. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant — one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
