This is the closest starbucks location that I frequent daily. I am always greeted when I enter the store, the atmosphere is clean, and the drinks are made with extra care (always have a cute design on the cup and made delicious) The store manager Jason is always on top of things and there to help. I prefer this location over any other in the area!

I got to this star bucks a lot as I literally live next door. The staff is always friendly and personal. Especially Jason who is always upbeat and happy. Always makes u leave with a smile.
I frequent this Starbucks all the time, and I always get the best service. The team here is awesome! They are always very friendly, efficient, and sharing positive energy along with my drink. I have to give particular attention to Jason, who has the most vivacious aura and customer service, that I believe he sets the standard for top notch customer service. There is another employee who’s name I don’t know, but he is a younger latino gentleman (I believe Dominican), with phenomenal energy , and always takes the upmost care to ensure my order is right (I’m definitely one of those with the super customized pain-in-the-butt order :)). He is always accommodating and a true pleasure to interact with. There are other Starbucks that are near me that I could go to, but I choose to keep going to this location because they do it right here. In case this team doesn’t hear it enough, it’s seen, and it’s most appreciated. Many thanks!!
I visit this location twice a week and always to the drive-thru. The folks who manage the window are the most pleasant, upbeat Starbucks employees I have encountered. They always greet you when you drive up and deliver your order with a smile! What a great way to start the day!
I stopped by Starbucks today and Jason at the drive-through window made my day. He was so kind, friendly, and sweet. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. It’s not every day you meet someone who is that genuinely nice. Thank you, Jason, for making my morning better!
When we arrived the service was phenomenal our cashier was extremely nice funny and kind we got our drinks and treats with in minutes 10/10 i recommend

This is a delightful place to stop. It's a drive thru Starbucks with a Tesla Supercharger and has toilets. Just off of I95 and an easy reach from that highway. The employees were very helpful and nice to talk to. We were there on a Saturday morning. There is no inside seating. The outside seating had roof heaters to keep you warm.

The Starbucks in North Bergen consistently offers good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax or work. The store is clean, and the menu options are varied. The staff is polite, though delays may occur during peak hours. The prices are a bit high, but it's a reliable choice overall.
We stopped by to charge Tesla and decided to get Starbucks before heading to NYC. The interior lay out is different from normal Starbucks. It was a little busy when we was there on a Sunday. The whole plaza with Aldi and Crunch fitness was starting to get packed. Its was 👍 they tried there best to keep the restrooms clean with the amount of foot traffic they have at this location. Service can be a little faster tho.
I loved coming here because the drinks are made exactly how i order them. But lately, most of the employees are either apathetic, passive-aggressive or unapproachable which makes it hard to come back. Unfortunately, I had someone today who did just that. This really needs to change.
Honestly, Starbucks really disappointed me today. I asked for a simple extra cup and the barista gave me attitude, telling me I “should’ve ordered it earlier.” There’s no reason for customer service to be that rude over something so small. If I’m paying for a drink, the least they could do is be respectful. Definitely not the experience I expect from Starbucks.
Worst Starbucks!!! Extremely disappointed with the Starbucks on North Bergen Kennedy Boulevard. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff seemed overwhelmed, the service was very slow, and no one appeared to care about the customers waiting. The owner of this location should honestly be embarrassed — better staffing and proper management are clearly needed to provide decent service. Customers deserve a much better experience than this. If I could rate this Starbucks from 1 to 10, I would give it a big 0. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Takes to long to get your order. If you are ordering ahead on the app and you arrive 15 minutes later your order should be ready. You shouldn’t be waiting 25 minutes in total for a coffee. Staff could do a lot better here.
I got to Starbucks ay least once a day sometimes twice. I stopped at?this location because my Iced tea was not correct from previous order. I went inside to place my order and after waitingI asked when would my order be ready because customers that came in after me, (they did not have mobile orders) were getting their orders. The 1 employee short guy not the one with curly hair and not the taller one. Was very rude and nasty. I was nit the only customer he was rude too. I use the Tesla charging station and figured I patron the location for a proper tea. That was my mistake. Though it would be the proper thing to do. Lastly, Uber drivers charge at these stations often and you would think as business owners and a company you would want to capture all revenue. Times are hard and people dont want to spend their money in places where people seem not to want it.
I placed a mobile order for drive-through pickup on Sunday afternoon around 3:40 PM. I was already having a really bad day and decided to treat myself to a simple iced latte, not expecting to be greeted the way I was. When I first arrived at the drive-through, I was greeted by a very unprofessional employee who told me to pull around because my drink wasn’t ready yet. That was completely fine—I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t mind at all. I followed his instructions and went around again. When I came back, my drink was clearly ready and sitting right in front of him. Instead of simply handing it to me or calmly explaining the process, he aggressively told me that next time I needed to stop at the screen and that I “shouldn’t have just pulled up.” and that” I didn't tell you to come straight here “ The tone was hostile and unnecessary, especially since I was only doing exactly what I had been instructed to do. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility. A simple, respectful explanation would have been more than sufficient, but instead I was spoken to rudely and made to feel uncomfortable for no reason. This interaction completely defeated the purpose of what was supposed to be a quick and pleasant stop. I am only reporting this because this is the second time this has happened, and it was by the same individual. During a previous visit, I asked for an extra cup because my young daughter was in the car and I planned on sharing my drink with her. I had accidentally forgotten to ask at the speaker, and when I asked at the window, I was once again met with an aggressive tone and told that I should have asked at the speaker because they were busy. At no point was I treated with patience or respect. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect from an employee. This individual consistently displays a lack of patience, poor communication skills, and an inability to handle customer interactions appropriately. He appears more focused on being “right” than on providing basic customer service, even when the situation could easily be resolved. Whoever is responsible for managing this location needs to take immediate action. This employee should not be interacting with customers if he cannot do so in a respectful and professional manner. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the Starbucks brand and should not be tolerated. I have reported this corporate and I really hope that they do something about this employee
Drive thru lady was rude and they left my sandwich cold in the middle I had to throw It out. Terrible service
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Sux !! Stood in there for 3 minutes they all saw me there and ignored me. I asked for code to use restroom girl ignored me. Spanish dude maybe the manager ignored me. I’m like. This is unreal. Sad story ! Luckily girl employee walked out of bathroom.. wouldn’t give me the code instead chose to walk me to the bathroom…. Like I was a bum off the street. Yeah…. No bueno !
Horrible customer service. The guy who worked here on Nov 30 at 9:53am was very impolite. “Wait patiently as I tell you”, he said, when I tried asking for the code for the restroom. Unimaginable the level of service here. Would never recommend.
Today is a red cup day and all these years we were able to get it for any drink but this time they only want to give it for holiday drinks. Starbucks got greedy! I don’t appreciate it!!
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It was cold and raining outside, and they didn’t allow customers to sit inside. After I bought my drink and brought a chair in to stay dry, the staff told me to go back outside. Completely unreasonable and disappointing service. I’ve never had such an unfriendly experience at any other Starbucks
Very slow and bad customer service. After I had ordered I had gotten 3 out of the 4 things I had ordered, we waited for another 20 mins, and when I asked if my coffee would almost be done the barista responded in a nasty way.
We been waiting for more than 25 min just for getting 4 bagels. We saw lady made 2 bagels ready and later she got busy to made drive through order, after 15 min she made another 2 bagels ready that make no sense. They gave more preference to drive through order. The customer service is pathetic. All bangles are not even warm. One the worst locations. The order shows ready on the screen but they never made ready. “NEVER GONNA VIST AGAIN”
I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso drink. It was $7.20. When I pulled up a little bit and looked at it, it has way less than normal when I order and the color was off, so I went back through the drive-thru to ask them if there was something missing in it because it looks different. The female shift manager came to the window getting aggressive with me telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and it looks that way because it’s a shaken drink. I told her I understand what I ordered, but it looks nothing like how it should. She grabbed the drink from my hand and said “fine then I’ll remake it but I’m just going to add oat milk.” I have photos here of the 1st and 2nd drinks she made and the photo of how it SHOULD look. Management is very lacking in customer service at this location.
