Spettacolare... Se siete in zona prenotate ne rimarrete stupiti.

Osteria molto accogliente.

Posto piccolo, molto carino e conviviale.

Salvatore is an amazing old fashioned host, the place is quiet and traditional, the main reason to sit at Tizio e Caio is without a doubt the quality of each dish. I've enjoyed there pasta, meat, fish, the desserts (panna cotta is simply amazing). A sincere go to in the area.

Review: Tiziol & Caio – Where Simplicity Tastes Like Magic Some meals are just meals. Others, like the one I had at Tiziol & Caio, feel like quiet poetry on a plate. Tucked away in a cozy corner of Milan, this unpretentious gem immediately feels like home—rustic wooden shelves stacked with wine, soft lighting, and a peek into the kitchen where magic is clearly in progress. The atmosphere is warm and unfussy, a refreshing contrast to the polished gloss of many high-end spots nearby. We started with something I would never have expected to remember so vividly: the olive oil. A bottle of Frantoio di Santa Téa, poured with reverence, was the first sign we were in good hands. It was grassy, peppery, and almost buttery—undeniably the best olive oil I’ve tasted in Italy. And yes, we asked for more bread just to keep tasting it. Next up, a plate that whispered of the Mediterranean coast: octopus and potato. Simple, honest ingredients, but perfectly done. The octopus was tender but had that satisfying bite; the potatoes were soft and herby without being mushy. There was nothing fussy here, just fresh seafood, a touch of olive oil, and respect for the ingredients. I could eat that every day and not get tired. But then came the real showstopper: tuna tartare with strawberries. Yes, strawberries. And yes, it worked. In fact, it sang. The tuna was fresh and delicate, cut into even cubes and dressed lightly—no need to overcomplicate it. The strawberries added a sweet acidity that somehow made the tuna taste even cleaner and richer. It was daring without being showy, and absolutely delicious. The kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite to savor what’s happening. Everything about Tiziol & Caio felt personal. The food wasn’t about flair—it was about soul. The chef clearly knows flavor, and more importantly, knows when to step aside and let the ingredients speak. If you’re in Milan and want a meal that’s thoughtful, creative, and quietly extraordinary, Tiziol & Caio is a must. Just don’t forget to try the olive oil. Seriously. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A truly amazing experience! The restaurant is a private corner of Milan, run by a father and son, where you can enjoy Sardinian delicacies and original reinterpretations. The atmosphere is welcoming, enhanced by a vast selection of wines, music, guitars, and paintings. An authentic record player plays the strains of old songs, which you find yourself humming along to while sharing a meal with friends. Marco, the owner, is the only one who can sit at your table and engage in conversation on any topic: from Sardinia to wine, from food to art and music. At the end of the evening, he even played the electric guitar with my daughter, with a sweetness and a hint of genius that won us over. The dishes are excellent and served quickly, at fair prices. The wine list is definitely worth a try, although I opted for a Cannonau. Don't miss the Sardamisù with myrtle: a delight!

A really warm and welcoming host and delicious Sardinian food. In the first day I had the potato and octopus salad, as appetizer and the calamari with dried tomatoes, olives and capers, that went perfect with a glace of white wine. We came back for the second and the third time while we were in Milano. All the food is great, specially the potatoe chips that go well beside any main course. Among all my favorite was the “fritto misto” the mix with calamari, prawns and zucchini - all fried - havenly! Overall they offer Really good food and friendly ambience! Totally recommend!

Amazing Sardinia cuisine from a really warm and welcoming owner! Had their octopus with potato and mussels as appetisers, the mussels sauce paired really well with their Sardinia bread. The Costera Cannonau di Sardegna they carry is really amazing, with a very reasonable price tag. Had a customised main dish, sea bass cooked with spaghetti. No fancy seasoning, but the fish is really fresh and sweet! To pair the wine, we had the potato chips and also their fritters calamari, prawns, and zucchini. I was recommended to have their Tiramisard but I chose the apple pie instead. Really good food and ambience, will totally recommend!

I was really surprised of the excellent service and delicious meals. I don't prefer fish but the seabass was super!

Very good dishes, fresh fish, and generous portions. After inventive and satisfying appetizers, first courses, and second courses, you can finish with a delicious "light" take on tiramisu (with myrtle instead of coffee). The owner, very kind and friendly, gave us excellent advice and offered a fennel liqueur at the end of the meal.

Eating at Tizio E Caio is always on my list when I visit Milano. Fish is their speciality, fresh and tasty but this time I tried the roast pig .. all I can say is WOW... and the chocolate soufflé amazing. Salvatore and his team always make you feel welcome whether you are alone, in a big group family or friends the ambient and service together with the amazing food puts Tizio E Caio on top of my Milano must do list

Very nice and intimate place. We had dinner on a Friday (with reservations). We had: 1 water, 1 25cl Coke, 2 33cl beers, an appetizer: cod croquettes (worthy of praise because they were delicious and delicate), 1 slice of sea bass with bottarga, and 1 Sicilian-style sea bream. As a side, 2 portions of erotike potatoes. I must say they were all excellent choices. The only thing I would change, but only in terms of the menu placement, are the potatoes... they were good, but personally, I see them more as an appetizer/aperitif and not as a side dish. Unfortunately, a small note about the restrooms: the toilet is located on a step and is really uncomfortable (for short people, it's impossible to use it without having to lean on the toilet). I'm 1.60m tall and had to give it up. The photos were taken after we'd already started eating (the fork was faster than the smartphone! hahaha). I recommend it. We spent €93.00
