Una cosa Milano Reviews
Perfect place to drink a different cocktail. Quite place, with good people and friendly staff. Super recommended
If you’re looking for a hidden gem to grab a drink and have some finger food, this is the place for you. The bar is very nice with delicious food. I would warn that the outdoor area is non smoking and is quite full of mosquitoes in the summer
I had a lovely dinner here. I was on my own and had the Spaghetti al burro and they were honestly the best pasta I’ve had in a while in Milan and that says something. It literally tastes so freshly made. I loved the lemony touch and the bread they brought was also perfect for dipping in the leftover sauce. This place is designed really nicely with outside and inside sitting both so charmingly romantic and cozy. Thank you!
Excellent food, wine and ambiance in this quaint little bar and restaurant. Get off the beaten path, for a quick breakfast or coffee, italian "tapas", surprising pastas accompanied by a good glas of wine or cocktails!
We wanted to try the place because of it's good looks and nice dehors. We went for breakfast but we let ourselves be tempted by the brunch options. They have literally an option for all tastes and all of them seem really good. The ones we got were very very good. The price may seem a bit much but for how much you eat it's quite adequate, considering you're in the very city center of Milan. The service was very fast and the staff was super nice. Will definitely come back to try something else!
Got not the nicest table at the entrance, even tho we booked in advance. Waited for some time to order. Felt like there wasn’t enough stuff to work that evening, and the woman that was bringing food and taking orders seemed like giving everyone a favor by doing it. The snacks we got were average, as well as cocktails. The place is beautiful, but you don’t come only to see a nice garden.
We understand that waiting is normal on a busy weekend, but the attitude we encountered was disappointing. When we arrived, the waitress asked if we had a reservation, then checked the tables and told us they were all reserved. Instead of offering us the option to wait, she gave us a look that clearly suggested we should leave. It was an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience.
The space was nice and vibey and all, but when it comes to the most important things regarding running a gastro business like service, food and drink, its just downright disrespectfully bad. Considering the set price point we have expected way more. 50 euro for some way too overpriced tasteless kid-portioned food and drink prepared in a slopshod manner? You can judge that one by yourself.
The food was so bad that we could barely finish it. We paid 50€ for two mini meals and three coffees. The waiter didn’t even bother to ask if everything was okay, even though there was still half the food left on the table when we asked for the bill. And the toilet was horrible
So apparently they changed some rules and now after 12 you can't come in and have only a coffee and dolce you have to order the brunch menu. We had to ask for our dishes around 10 times. Waitress was just ignoring us. When cleaning the table from used dishes, waitress put a plate right on a screen of my phone. Edit. Sorry, but you don't answer to your clients this way. It's a bad attitude. You're loosing rating and clients.
The service was terrible, as it didn’t exist, we entered and informed our waitress that we need a table for 2 and she said to sit anywhere we like and she’ll come to take the order, we sat ourselves outdoors and waited for more than 20 minutes on a dirty table, nobody came to clean it up or to take our order. We then changed our table to an inside table and again we sat there for 15 minutes while being totally ignored by the staff. Unfortunately that was a big waste of our time. I would recommend stopping by for pictures and that’s it, you can visit other cafes around which have better service and respect for their customers.
