Domino's Mill Valley Reviews
Quick and Friendly service. Despite all this social distancing from everyone, I was very amazed on how friendly the workers were there? They are probably the only ones working. Hard workers for sure.
Super fast and delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I live right up the hill and order once every couple months. Often times, it's the only thing open around here. I find the staff to be exceptionally friendly and professional. The pizza is surprisingly decent, too. Don't expect it to be "authentico" - this is Domino's. For what you get, and with great service, I find it to be a bargain. I happily over-tip here.
We love this Domino's best pizza and delivery we have had one problem and they fixed it immediately. are pizza is always hot and fresh and delivered quickly. The delivery drivers are amazing always kind and professional. Also ordering from the app is simple and convenient when were short on time or it's gotten late and we are hungry Mill Valley Domino's is the way to go.
Always under an hour (round table sometimes took up to two), delicious cheese, and very nice people. Some things to note include that if you pay ahead of time with a card, you will need to have said card on you when it is delivered, something that may be common, but something I haven't had to deal with before (obviously not a huge deal in most scenarios). I highly recommend using the website to order delivery, as the meter they have that tells you if the pizza is being prepared, cooked, or delivered, has always been accurate for me so far.
Ive loved Domino's since I was a kid! This store is great! Speedy, as ordered, and now delivers to Marin City!!! 🤗🤗🤗 Thanks, Mill Valley Team!!!
Consistently, the best Domino's experience one could hope for. This store deserves some type of award. I think it changed management recently as part of a corporate buyout of franchisees? Not 100% sure, but I've noticed minimal hiccups. I used to consider Domino's as the sort of place you go to while in college; A last resort after a night of drinking. I ended up working near one of the Mid-Peninsula locations. After eating a couple of lunches consisting of sad-looking, poorly made pizzas, I wrote the chain off. Enter: This store. Southern Marin has some of the best wood-fired and traditional pizzas you can find. The options are numerous, and in one case, literally across the street. But when the night is late, and the coupons... They tempt you... You really can't go wrong here. I always order through the website (Domino's pizza Tracker is dope). Besides ordering for delivery one time, I order for in-store pickup. Carside pickup made sense when pandemic concerns were high. It's just extra work for the employees, now. Come on, It's never like Chicago in the wintertime around here. Unless you're differently abled, in which case this store has always been great with the carside pickup option. As I said, this store is consistent. I've never had an item so over nor undercooked that it's outside of the acceptable range. More often than not it's ready hella fast, and tastes great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Mill Valley Domino’s crew is the best I’ve ever experienced. The pizza quality and customer service feel like a local spot — they even remember how me and my wife like our order every time. Proud to have this team serving the Sausalito and Mill Valley area!
This is my familys every other week go to dinner and the staff knows me by name 😊 the staff is great friendly and on their job. Domino's is a mom of teens best friend❤️

Thanks for helping us host an awesome bday party Domino’s Mill Valley. The experience was excellent from top to bottom. The gentleman that took my call was very polite, as was the delivery person who showed up with piping hot pizza and garlic nots.
It’s dominos. Don’t have your expectations too high. However, the pizza is good but again, you know what you’re getting. What does suck beyond belief is the tracker that dominos is so proud of - waaaaayyyy off most of the time and I’m not a fan of sitting in my car in cold tam junction for 30 minutes. The stupid tracker is very misleading. The staff are nice except when they’re under staffed so I don’t blame them for being snippy but usually always friendly.

You can get wayyyyyyy better deals by ordering through the call center. They won't tell you that if you walk in, even when you ask.
Perfect recipe for a pizza night. Place an order at Dominos, wait an hour and a half for your order while dealing with your starving kids. Make a phone call to enquire about your order, get yelled at and hung up on. Put a pot on the stove and make pastas.

Standard Donimo’s. But no phone ordering service. And online ordering shuts down well before they close. Who goes to a pizza shop (and this is not one, more fast food joint) to order their food?? Everyone calls/sends order.
Was quoted 55-65 minutes delivery time, but it took them 2 hours. Pizza was barely warm. They also forgot to bring my drink and dipping sauce, so I paid for things that I never received. No one reached out to me to let me know the delivery time had doubled. I asked them to waive the $6 delivery fee and they refused. No one refunded me for the items I didn’t receive.
The dominos app for this store is messed up and has been for a long time and will not allow the order to go through. It always shows as an error code but takes the money from my account. I always have to call to order over the phone and never get any deals for my order. I end up paying full price for mediocre pizza. I ordered pizza in the city an hour before this order and I never have problems, only when I order from this store. When I try to tell them, they ask what kind of phone I have (and I have a Samsung 23 ultra that I conduct business on) so it's not my phone. Also, they ran out of sandwiches. Do better Domino's.
Firstly, the guy was nice to direct us to restroom, to wash our hands as there was no hand sanitizer available. However when we returned we noticed the guy was preparing the meals was wearing no gloves and we could see how he was pressing the meat and cheese on the sandwhich.
we ordered pizza for Christmas and the delivery driver said he did not have $20 change because he was afraid of getting robbed and that he did me a favor to deliver. today we ordered again and the driver refused to hand it to me instead he left it outside after we paid for the item. the food is good and the manager is good but the drivers are really really bad !
They delivered only half my order. Asked the delivery guy about it. He just shrugged and drove off. Never again
Closed at 6 PM on Halloween with no notice. Disappointing and wasted a lot of our time.
