I’d been meaning to try Jollibee for quite some time. I’m glad I finally did. It may not be my number one favorite fast food fried chicken, but it was quite good. I loved the sauce selection, and the inclusion of gravy as a dipping option. The space of the restaurant was much bigger and nicer than expected which was great. And the staff were very friendly, even in the face of order errors and stress. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some other stuff, like their spaghetti. If you stop by, I can’t recommend enough their pineapple quencher drink. It’s amazing.

Tried this for the first time got a combo that had drink (ube coconut), 1 leg and thigh, biscuit and mashed potatoes. Chicken is big and the season is garlic with a little spice. I tried the ube pie and nice that it stays crispy when cold. Biscuit is dry. Mash potatoes is a little chunky it id ok I like the ube drink. It gets super busy and they had a lot of food but the packing is slow and somehow they dont update the tv so people come and pick up bit the people are nice though

Wanted to try Jollibee, as they do not have locations where I live. Food was "okay", not as good as I remember from Philippines locations (of 8 years ago granted). Probably about normal for USA locations in 2025. Gravy was much worse.

I tried the Original Chicken Sandwich and was genuinely impressed. It was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. It easily ranks among my top fast-food chicken sandwiches. One tip: if you're planning to visit on a weekend, definitely order ahead or use the app. The lines can get very long, especially during lunch and dinner hours. Ordering in advance saves you a lot of time and makes the experience much smoother. Overall, Jollibee delivers on taste, but be smart about timing your visit.

This was my first time trying jollibee. I’ve had Popeyes, KFC and BK before and this food chain gave me similar vibes. We got the spicy chicken bucket along with spicy burger and OG burger. The chicken was tender, soft inside and crispy outside. Perfectly cooked and was piping hot. The burger was usual and tasted good. Overall the wings were my fav with apt spices and they have a bowl of thick soup to accompany the meal. Moorish! Definitely will come back to try their fried chicken.

This Jollibee in Milpitas is a classic go-to spot if you’re craving Filipino comfort food. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking and sits near other popular shops, making it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or picking up takeout. The menu delivers the usual Jollibee favorites — Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti, palabok, peach mango pie — all the crowd-pleasers are here. For the most part, the food hits the spot. That crispy-sweet Jollibee flavor is still satisfying and nostalgic. That said, I do wish the chicken was cooked fresher more consistently at this location. Sometimes it sits a bit too long under the heat lamp, and while still tasty, it doesn’t have that hot-out-the-fryer crunch you hope for. When it’s fresh, though, it’s everything you want — juicy, crispy, and packed with that signature seasoning. Service is generally fast and friendly, and the place stays clean despite the high traffic. Overall, it’s a solid Jollibee and a reliable choice if you’re in the area. Not perfect, but when they get it right, it’s as good as any other location — and worth coming back for.

We ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich ($6.49 + tax) and the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich ($7.49 + tax). The taste was okay, but nothing special. I would say it is less spicy and less tasty compared to Popeyes' Spicy Chicken Sandwich which sells for a dollar less ($5.49) in the area. Therefore I would say Jollibee is overpriced by a bit. The service was poor. We ordered through the app, and the app said our order would be ready in 30 mins. We get to the restaurant within 10 minutes and the order was already ready and in a bag in the mobile pickup section. This means if we had come to the restaurant at the correct time that was mentioned in the app, our food would have been very cold. Even though we came early, the food was already quite cool. This takes away from the experience. The restaurant is packed around lunchtime on a weekend, so it is hard to find any seats. This also takes away from the experience. If you can, just go to Popeyes. You will pay less for a better sandwich, and not have to deal with a crowded restaurant.

8-16-2025: Purchased two 10 pieces bucket, one spicy and one regular. The first two pieces of the spicy chicken was spicy, but the next one was not. We haven't haven't tried the other pieces yet. We had the spaghetti and it was good. The mango pie was tasty, but warm. The pineapple juice had the metal can taste. Staff is very friendly and nice. Ordered at the kiosk, waited over 25 minutes for one 3 pc tender meal deal. I didn't mind waiting but saw the order screen and that many many people who ordered after me already got their orders within half the time i waited. I finally ask the person at the counter and turns out they completely forgot my order. I didn't notice at the time but when they gave me my order they also forgot my peach mango pie. Its one thing to totally forget a customer's order, but another to not include one of the items they paid for. Aside from the horrid service, the food was alright for its price but there are definitely better options within the mall.

I ordered on DoorDash for a scheduled delivery. They were 45 minutes late. The delivery person waited for 45 minutes to get my order. How do you receive a scheduled order and still be 45 minutes late?! They are so unprepared. Being this late when you received a scheduled order is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I still cannot wrap my head around it. Even if they are busy, they received the order HOURS before the delivery time and they are still late--not just late, 45 minutes late! Never again! The Jollibee in other locations are so much better!!

The online order is a disaster.Even slow than you order in person. And only one person is dealing with long queue. Even without order and wasting time, spending almost 30 minutes waiting, definitely will not use online order again:(
