The guy on the picture deserves a promotion. Big portion, friendly service, also an older women did a great job servicing food. The third employee at the cash register would need some additional customer service training. However, it was a good experience overall and I would recommend this location.
Whenever I can’t decide what to eat, Chipotle is always my go-to choice! Fresh ingredients, customizable bowls, and quick service make it the perfect spot every time. I always leave satisfied and happy.
They ran out of items and ask me if I want to replace it with another item but didn’t mentioned that there will be a charge. When they ring it up they said oh we will just give it to you this time. Customer service need to be retrained here and your store should ensure there are enough items or explain to your customer if there will be extra Charge. They also charge my partners food that is a steak the carne asada price.
Happy to raise my rating if I get an answer to the question: how is this location consistently out of ingredients? Chipotle has few and fixed set of ingredients. The answer better not be that it’s because demand is unpredictable given the crowd at the mall and you are trying to stop food (produce) wastage. Today I saw someone abandon their order towards the end of the assembly because 3/6 ingredients were missing. And all of the half assembled bowls and burritos were just dumped away.
Lady that gave the food gave so little beef on my bowl , when I asked her to put some more, she said, I have to get charge of the extra meat. restaurant is not even clean. Shitty service. The male servers were good. The 2 ladies were rude. Will spread in social media not to eat at this location.
My experience at Chipotle yesterday wasn’t good, the person that was making my food was very rude to the customer before me and to me. She wasn’t listening to what we were saying. I get it Can be loud but it really wasn’t at this time. I had to repeat my order 4 times and she still forgot it even though we were going step my step. The other thing is I ordered guacamole for my burrito and a side of it. Usually I have no problems with but yesterday when I was eating my burrito I bit into something hard and weird. I pulled it out of my burrito and I was the peel of the avocado. Pictures will be attached. At that time I didn’t want to eat my burrito because if they forgot the peal what else was in the food that I was eating. So I moved on to my chips and guacamole… I dipped my chip and to my surprise there was another damn avocado peel in my side of guacamole too…at this point I was just upset. I spend good money coming to chipotle. Not only was the customer service poor but the food quality too. Like common two avocado peels in different items. So disappointing
If i could give this particular location a 0 star I would. Rude, very poor customer service from all the employees to the manager. It's pointless to mending here my reason why- the manager knows exactly why. It's a call to corporate at this point.
(Abraham the employee) very bad customer service. It was 8:45 p.m. when I walked in. I understand they're about to close and everyone wants to go home but he shouldn't have clocked and came to work if he didn't want to give good service until the end of his shift. I didn't ask for extra meat or guacamole, he wanted to overcharge me for everything that comes on the burrito. $24 in some change. Enough to buy two burritos. 🚫🌯👎🌯🚫
I eat at different Chipotle locations every day, and today I encountered such a rude person. After I paid with my phone, someone—I’m not even sure if it was a man or a woman—said I hadn’t paid. I told them I had, but the cashier happened to have stepped away at that moment. That person said there are many people nowadays who pretend to pay and try to leave without actually completing the payment, speaking to me with obvious contempt. I was really angry, and later the cashier came back and told that person I had indeed already paid.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Great Mall with the shift lead, Samantha. From the moment my son and I walked in, she didn’t greet us or acknowledge us at all. She rushed through our order and came across as very rude. When it came time to pay, I was told in a disrespectful tone that they didn’t have change for my $50 bill. Instead of offering a solution politely, Samantha told me she could give me all quarters for my payment, which felt extremely unprofessional. She even insisted that I walk around the mall to find change myself, which was said in a very unpleasant and dismissive manner. Chipotle needs to do better when hiring shift leads. Samantha showed no de-escalation skills, no professionalism, and no customer service attitude. She is not a good fit for that role. On the other hand, I want to acknowledge that another employee was kind and very helpful, which made the situation a little more bearable. Unfortunately, Samantha’s behavior overshadowed the experience.
I can confirm the very unsatisfying handling of “extra protein”. In my case the canister was almost empty, and for my “extra”, i received the leftovers crumbles from the canister. I wished the containers would be exchanged timely and customers get what they pay for. I denied the order.
We stood for at least 15 minutes in line when there were only 3 people ahead of us, everyone around us was fairly irritated. I asked for double chicken and the gentleman dumps half the scoop back in the container, so he could give me 2 halves instead of an actual double scoop. What’s crazy is that the person in front of me ordered a regular portion and got the same amount as myself. The tables are extremely dirty, salsa on the seats and guac smeared on the tables with no one to clean. We got lucky and found the only clean table left somewhere in the corner.
I went yesterday and my experience was terrible because it was a long wait and then when I asked to sample a meat one of the employees was like just give her a little bit not like I wanted alot to sample of the meat of choice also the portions of the meat that I picked was terrible and then the other employees that served my topping was very rude like literally I asked for a little bit of lettuce and she put the hold thing and when I asked her to take it off I guess that was a problem. Also, this was my first time here and it was a terrible experience also it was very packed in this one as well.
