By far, my favorite dispensary in the San Jose area. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Good prices, quick lines, and sometimes if your lucky, someone might hand you a water bottle if there's chance of you standing in line. Great rewards program, atmosphere on-site, and parking. Thanks PL
I have used a LOT of Dispensaries in the area over the past couple of decades. I have been using Purple Lotus since before lockdown and I still use them to this day. I am mostly homebound, so the delivery service is a must for me. Every single driver has been at the very least professional, if not actually friendly and they get to know the regulars. I even had one of the drivers bring me a swag bag from an in-store event because I am a fan of the brand that hosted the event. It was very sweet and made me feel special that she thought of me. All that to say, at this point, they feel like family. They have never done me wrong and the very few times there was a minor issue, they went over and above to make things right. I hope they never go away because I'd be lost!
Connie delivered my order in a timely manner and followed my directions perfectly. She allowed me time to check my order to be sure it was correct, which of course, it was. Her manner and appearance were friendly and professional. Connie provided excellent customer service and should be acknowledged for it.
This is a well staffed and friendly dispensary. The owner will even send a follow up email when you have products delivered. We love their products and the advised my sick partner when she needed pain relief. A+++

Sage is the cutest and most helpful young lady. She has beautiful piercing that are quite stunning. She is kind and she is an angel she is so cute. She helped me with a call center matter. Archie was being mean to me and tried to flip the script on me. They know I have never been rude to nobody at all never. That is not my style at all. I got class for myself and cool people. Sage thank you dear.Nick is cool in the call center. My go to guy for herb. I live them.
Come to this spot for my every other week pickup. Ordering online is easy, and pick up is always a breeze. The staff here is cool too, they're friendly, and ask how you're doing and such. They're also very educated in each product if you have any questions.
Purple lotus is a wonderful club they've taken care of us but due to doctors request we have to stop smoking but we will be here to visit thank you purple lotus for all your help you show a lot of compassion

My favorite dispensary and I have gone through a lot of the places in San Jose. They are always friendly and willing to assist you in finding what you want for your budget and preference. In addition to the customer service and overall pleasant environment, I've found purple lotus to be the most consistent with having my usual items in stock, when other dispensaries will frequently sell out
I’m new out here. They happen to be 2 miles away. Went and checked it out. Everybody very friendly. The assortment was incredible and I’m always in and out within minutes. I appreciate you guys.
What a great place. Everyone was brilliantly kind. Even the muscle were polite and cool. Edward assisted us and made me feel like a long list brother. He went out of his way to find me just what I needed. Give that man a raise. Had I lived here, I'd go nowhere else. You Cali-folk are so fortunate. Definitely go here!

I am tried and true customer. I recently moved to Manteca, but I like PL so I try to come here to SJ to get my smoke. I drove from Manteca twice to come here this week. Once because I as having a day and need to reup. It didn’t happen (see below), the second time was yesterday. Here’s why I’m considering just not using PL anymore. The first time, I called and informed I was coming from Manteca and wanted to confirm if I was still going to be able to make it on time. I arrived at 9:58. The clock turned to 9:59 as I was at the front and I was still turned away. I was bothered, but decided to come back on Friday, when I had to be out here anyway. I pee ordered like always, and the price on my preorder was $100 I screenshot it because I’ve had issues with wrong pricing before, and usually they just fix it. The budtender said it was $125 and didn’t bother to figure out why your website was giving me a different price, nor did he fix it. Which meant me not getting what I originally ordered and budgeted for. That is $25 difference. On top of it he just kind of blew me off like it didn’t matter. I could have taken my money elsewhere. And probably will since they are not my closest option. But I come to SJ a lot and wanted to keep with the same dispensary I have been almost exclusively using for years. Not sure if I’ll continue using purple lotus because consistency and being able to budget appropriately is important to me. I’m willing to drive for what I want and great service. But not if it’s like this. They are polite and usually great at customer service. But there are a couple of budtenders that don’t really seem to care about their customers or their experience.
Great customer service, staff and nice place; although, I didn't find the kanha nano product I was looking for, it said it was available on their website, only to find out this location had very few kanha products available and only had sleep nano. I did go with the heavy hitter which they did have alternatives. This is a place to go to if you're not too selective or picky.
Prices are great, staff and managers in-house are awesome, my son and I are very loyal customers. Very rarely would we get Cannabis somewhere else because we're happy for the most part. I did take 1* this is why - PLEASE, PLEASE get your WEBSITE FIXED. I don't remember the last time I was able to finish an order on line it's soooo annoying. I'm not the only one who says that, especially if you want to only order online. As of the past few months it is IMPOSSIBLE to do. If your website is good = less calls = less overhead = less customers LEAVING because some don't want to talk on the phone. Those, including myself, get frustrated by the inability to place the order online then off we go, on another site, BYE BYE customer, bye Bye money. Another issue - call center. I personally don't like it at all, too frustrating. I was told that they call center is off site, but they are, on site that is. If you have issues you cannot resolve it, they said they can't. I don't like being lied to.
Edit: I have been told this by several drivers. It is to the point they would rather take a low tip than have us tip using the card system. Are the locations operated differently? Because why would they do that if what you're saying is true? I always buy there. They are friendly and have great deals. However, they don't allow you to tip the drivers directly using their card system when taking delivery. If you tip there, it goes into a pool & the drivers see 100-200 every week or 2. Do they pay the drivers a stipend for car maintenance and repair or something? Otherwise it doesn't seem fair. Knocked down a star for this.

Been a long time customer here, its unfortunate how poor their customer service is over the phone - always such a pleasant experience in person or with the delivery drivers - but when I called to report issues with the website and the promotions not automatically applying, I was talked to like I was ignorant and treated like they couldn't get off the phone fast enough - followed by an abrupt hang up by the second person I spoke with after placing the order. Keep in mind, I was instructed by the first person to call back and confirm the discounts applied or would be adjusted after placing my order. I also did not receive a receipt online and the transaction was not reflecting in my order history... Guess ill just confirm it with the delivery person since that will be the third person ill have spoken to regarding the order... Unfortunate to see I'm not the only person asking to have their site fixed!
I placed an order at 6:40 for a delivery between 8pm and 10pm. I received an email immediately that my ordered had been received. At 9:25pm, I received a text with my tracking link stating my delivery would arrive between 9:59pm and 10:03pm. However then at 9:49, Purple Lotus texted me saying they were unable to complete my delivery despite confirming over 3 hours prior. It would have been helpful to be informed anytime in the 3 hours I was waiting or prior to receiving a tracking link from the driver…
Placed a delivery order before 5pm with a quoted 6–7pm window. Got a “preparing your order” email at 5:04pm and then complete silence for the rest of the night. Called and sat on hold for 12 minutes — no answer. Replied to the order email — no response. No driver text, no update, no cancellation. It seems my order was never dispatched and nobody bothered to tell me. I planned my evening around it and waited hours past the promised window for nothing. If you can’t fulfill delivery that night, say so. Leaving customers waiting indefinitely is unacceptable. I refuse to ever give them my business now. And no, I'm not going to email you so you can "make it right". You should have just not been garbage from the beginning. I'm going to Harborside in the morning.
Accepted my order via weedmaps at 5:30pm, 60-120mins ETA. Two hours later I still hadn’t heard from them so I called and was told the ETA was 9:15. At 9:30 I called again and was told it would be closer to 10. Then they text me at 9:51pm saying the order can’t be fulfilled and cancel last minute. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Order elsewhere!!!!!
I called back three times just to figure out what the outgoing message was. Guys gotta do better than that in 2025 fix your phone system.
Poor customer service, management that won’t speak to customers directly and a business that does not care about customer advocacy, to them, we are nothing more than a $. Receipts say all sales final, but budtenders and staff are telling customers that they can make returns/exchanges on products up to 1 year old. Well, I just had to commute 1 hour to this location, once again after several defective replacements with Raw Garden’s All In One Vapes and was turned away. Close to $200 for this order, which was placed not even 1 week ago and which had a defect upon delivery. As I explained the situation, my purchase history was reviewed. All Raw Garden. Only defective issue we have ever run into is the mouth piece popping off of the unit, which then leads sauce/resin to leak out of unit. So even though a product and manufacturer they stand behind, is turning over defective products/materials to be sold to consumers, we are supposed to take the loss because it keeps happening? Why are you not sharing the consumer info/reviews/problems with them. Then to insult me by then suggesting I shop at a 10% discount. $200 spent and I have no products now - working or defective. They did not care to correct the error, they did nothing to take care of their patient. Let this be a warning to you all. We are all getting mixed messages from staff and no type of direct communication from management regarding our concerns/experiences. Take your business elsewhere..I know Theraleaf’s customer service blows PL out of the water and they have way better deals. It is absolutely disgusting how Purple Lotus handled this situation. I will definitely be doing business with them any longer. Any consumer should never be left feeling disgusted and robbed when conducting any type of exchange with ANY business. Any business that will willingly sell you a defective item and not replace it for you isn’t conducting good business, it’s conducting theft and engaged in deception.
I’m usually not a reviewer. This place was so consistently bad I have to explain why I will no longer shop here. It’s always a little overpriced, whatever…. I usually suck it up for the quality however this time was terrible. I was very specific to the lady helping. However, I ended up coming home and realizing I’m not happy at all with what she picked out for me. I was never a big fan but this is definitely the last time. Do your self a service and go somewhere else.
