I was there with my 2 year old son, and asked for dog bites, he said he didn’t have any available, so I stood aside waiting while they make some, well he had some in the oven and he sold them to another customer while I was waiting there in front of him, ruining my sons day.

Bad customer service. I was supposed to wait for 3 mins for cina bitz ... 10 minutes later they said 3 more mins. I ended up waiting because I didn't want to struggle over getting $3 cash back and deal with their rude and unapologetic customer service.
It was the worst due to the facts that they were running out of food but i got cinn-a-bits and the guy at the register gave the other register guy my cinn-a-bitz and I was mad cuz I got them first.
The worst service, rude, disrespectful and totally rude employees, yes, I know I repeated it, but they are very rude, what a shame, I will never return and I will do my best not to reproach anyone.
