Pearl, one of the baristas there is an absolute beast at making drinks. She is really really fast!! It is always fun watching her make drinks. She has such a great attitude and personality. Love this location! Keep rockin Pearl!

Ordering in person can take a long time. Its better to use the app and order in advance. I watches about 8 people come in after me and get their drinks, the place was completely empty at one point and my drink still wasnt being made, just watching drinks for people not in the store getting made. It would be nice if in person orders got some form of priority, but what can you do.

Everytime I go in I have the best experience. The worker Peter, is the best!! This is one of the only Starbucks that takes my nut allergy serious, and accommodates me every time.

Great Starbucks location to pop in and grab a coffee while you wait for the train. As with any other Starbucks, they do take quite a bit of time to prepare your order.

However, one caveat is that the reception inside the building is nonexistent. If I want to reload/add funds to my Starbucks account, for example, I have to step outside for the internet to work…

Went in for a few beverages. Staff was friendly and patient. Only downfall is parking but that goes without saying it's Mineola around NYU Langone Hospital.

Good place with friendly employees but poor wifi connection.

This location closes too early. Otherwise everything else is great.

New Sbux addition to Mineola. Large and clean but super slow service even at off peak hours. There were about 6 or 7 Baristas working on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and only two were actually making drinks. The rest were hanging out shooting the breeze and waving their pride flags. Just double check your order before you leave and expect to wait to order and receive a simple hot or iced coffee.

Bathroom is disgusting, needs cleaning!!!!

Really nice spot but took 20-25 minutes for a regular coffee with Splenda I had to ask for it because they just completely forgot. Pretty ridiculous and I am pretty understanding always but that's unacceptable.

Staff was rude. Gave me dirty looks when entering and ordering. Do not care about the customer. Some employees even “play around” when the store is busy! These employees need to be retrained or demoted! Their attitudes alone made me not want to come back here ever! Will be taking my business to another Starbucks!
