I am very impressed. My cashiers name was Azia I believe. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Entered she greeted me full eye contact and smile which in this industry is rare. Very polite took my order and said to have a great day. 5 stars are for her. The drinks are good as always and made correctly the times I’ve gone. Clean area the other staff was friendly as well. Great job.

Delicious smoothies and yummy treats. Fast and healthy options on the go. I love their tumblers that are only $10 and you get a free smoothie when your purchase along with discounts each time you bring it back in. Frequent sippers can get a discount with their customer appreciation club.

Have been visiting here since I was a kid, getting a Banana Berry smoothie after every doctor appointment. I have never recieved a bad smoothie, and everytime it's the same consistent, sweet, flavour. The staff is very friendly and completes their jobs insanely fast.

A very good jamba juice. Rarely is there any wait. You get your stuff fast.

EDIT: This Jamba Juice really cares. The customer service person I emailed was polite, the manager on the phone was well spoken and kind and offered to replace my bowl for free. I'll admit that I was nervous when I went back to get the free bowl. Most of the morning crew recognize me, so I didn't want them to think of me any differently. And having worked in food service in the mall, people complain to get free things /all of the time/. I was ridiculously worried that they'd think I was just wanting free stuff. Much to my surprise, they all treated me just the same and were lovely as always. They made my entire order free, and were just nice and sweet like they always are. This experience made me come back and change my review from a 2 Star to a 5 Star, as they all showed me that they really and truly cared. I come to this Jamba often, and usually it's a 5 star place. But today, for some reason, that was different. I got off from my evening class tonight and decided to drive on over. It was about 8:15 when I got there- near closing, but not quite time to close up shop. The woman that took my order was ok, I was a bit thrown off because I'm used to the workers there being super friendly. But whatever, I didn't sweat it. It's later in the day and she was probably tired. ANYWAYS, that's not what my problem was. My problem was with the food I was given. I order a chunky strawberry bowl with no peanut butter, substitute granola. I know that's a probably a pain in the butt to make, so I don't sweat it if it's off a bit or whatever. But when I opened my bowl as soon as I got home, it was... Not good. The consistency was more watery than their smoothies. Barely any granola. And I have no idea what the heck was wrong with the strawberries- if they had been sitting out or were old or what- but they tasted extremely nasty. Like, I bit into one and without thinking spit it back into the bowl. Extremely yuck. I'm only writing this review bc I have no time to make it to the store to have them remake it, as it's almost 9. Also didn't get a receipt (I should have asked, I know. But usually cashiers hand them to you anyways or ask.), so it's not like I can go back in the morning and get another bowl or a refund.... Overall, I'm really sad. Super duper sad. This is my favorite Jamba Juice (that's the only reason I didn't give a 1 Star). Well, /was/ my favorite Jamba Juice.

The girls working were super friendly and greeted me with a smile, which is rare to see when people are trying to get ready to close and go home for the night.

This is my favorite Jamba Juice Spot. This one in particular gets mine right every time. Especially the guy with a lot of dark curly hair and mild beard. The other staff are particularly welcoming at this one. I have a particular custom smoothie that I like a very specific way. This Jamba Juice does it right 99.9% of the time. Someone did comment that they needed a bike rack.

What an amazing morning this wonderful lady and employee of Jamba Juice, (Ariana) is and how much she brightened me and my ladys day. We stuck up a small conversation about people we knew that are either battling cancer or have survived cancer. Ariana, thank you so much for the much needed spirit lift, I was much needed. My lady going thru chemo right now thanks you so much as well. We appreciate you more then you know. I'll be in more often at this location. More people in this world need to be like Ariana, for sure this world would be a better place. 👍 😃 🎗 🎀

Love my Jamba juice, it's the only place in that shopping center that I personally use besides Pizza Hut every once in awhile and the Chinese restaurant. I wish they would feel up the empty middle part of the center.

Jamba Juice is a great healthy option. We love the waffles and the Peanut Butter option. They are a little pricey but it’s pretty normal these days but they have a great point rewards system.

Jamba juice, a superb and healthy place to always go. If you're on a diet, if you want something tasty and sweet but healthy. This is the greatest and best place to be, bring your kids and to trade up shakes for smoothies. And watch the pounds melt away.

As I visited Jamba today I wanted to take some time to point out areas of improvement. Although I now realize the lady working most likely meant no harm the customer service is really lacking. When I walked in I received no greeting just a “are you paying cash or card” & “you can order on the kiosk”. I think this would be much more well received if lead by a good morning or welcome to Jamba. Nonetheless the smoothie was great. Thanks

Employees always want to leave early. Sign says they close at 8:30 but will stop making drinks whenever they choose too. Why have a close time if you stop making drinks whenever you want. Will not be going back to this location. Please change your close time.
