Tresetti's World Caffe Modesto Reviews
Haven't eaten here in a while but I really wanted fish and chips. I called around and they were the only ones who had it downtown that were open. I found out they use snapper (instead of cod or mahi mahi) which was a first for me. It's only on their lunch menu not their dinner menu. It was really good, not too greasy and the batter wasn't super thick, it was all fish. I substituted the fries for clam chowder which is my favorite and it was really good too, lots of flavor. I'll be going back again for sure. Also, the service was good, they were nice and my order was ready in about 15 minutes.
Great food. They take care of you. If you're celebrating something, they will bring out some cake and signed card from all the staff.
When you walk into Tresetti’s, they greet you and seat you either into bar area, or dine in areas. The lighting in there is perfect! Beautiful decor! Staff is fantastic! The owner comes out to greet you at each table, she’s so nice! Family owned restaurant, her son is the chef! They have been in that location for 30 years! The food and drinks are absolutely amazing! Especially the espresso martini…magnificent! Heart of downtown Modesto, CA. 927 11th Street!
The food, drinks, atmosphere, and customer service are all excellent. There's plenty of street or garage parking. We were seated right away and well taken care of. There are plenty of vegetarian and seafood options as well. I highly recommend the burrata! The restaurant includes both indoor and outdoor seating as well. I was there for my birthday so they offered a free dessert of my choice. I went with the carrot cake, which was probably my least favorite food item of the night but it wasn't terrible! If you're looking for a "fancy" dinner in Modesto that won't break the bank, I'd recommend this restaurant.
All of dishes we had were lip smacking. I am now a fan of the Basil Pesto Ravioli it 😍. Crab cakes and quesadillas were equally awesome and filling. Burrata was good too. If you ever come across this place do try these dishes. Server was kind enough to suggest us according to our preferences.
The food I thought was great, our waitress was friendly and right on par. Good portions and tasty, my drink was Great nice and strong not water down. We enjoyed our visit.
Went on a date with my son! We had the best experience! Service was excellent and food exceptional! We had the coconut shrimp and roasted garlic brie for appetizers and main course was the seafood fettuccine! It's a family favorite! They also have a great bar with fun bartenders!
Stumbled across this place prior to a show at Gallo. You walk in and it is very loud, however, they have dining areas that are separate from the bar and quiet. The host and server were very accommodating, friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Lamb Shank. We shared a Creme Brulee for dessert. We wi be back!
Super good food, above excellent service. Came to celebrate my friends dismissal of his bogus case. Melinda was my server. She was top shelf service. Thank you for being so good.

The owner, Tammy, is almost always there to greet and visit customers and make sure everyone is happy and well fed with amazing food. Love it.
We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. The staff was so nice and the food was amazing. The chocolate silk pie and I shared a beautiful moment together. Will come back.
This was our first time here today! It was a great experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming 🙏 Belinda provided us with great service! 11/10 would recommend
Went in on. Thursday night for a last minute dinner and had an amazing time! The service the food and ambiance were impeccable! I had the Cajun pasta and it was divine. My husband had the wagyu burger off the bar menu and it was very filling and yummy. We will be back!!
If you’re looking for a place to have a cocktail with delicious Brie and roasted garlic appetizer you’ve found your spot. I must for me at least once a month. Bartender is kind and helpful and makes the experience even better. Feels comfortable and familiar every time I make it in.
Love this place. Food is excellent. Right next to a parking garage and across the street from the Gallo Center. Our favorite restaurant when we see a show.
Our office hosted our annual dinner for 17 people. We sat at a long table in front of the wine wall. Our servers kept up with even our late comers and were pleasant and upbeat. Our food was delicious. Many of us ordered the pistachio crusted salmon, peppercorn filet mignon, and seafood pasta. We enjoyed coconut prawns, roasted garlic and brie, crab cakes and calamari with our cocktails.

Enjoyed lunch and added gift certificate to share with family and friends. Holiday meal, or inviting family join in, easy at Tresetti's

I really like the vibe of this place. The appetizers we got were very good. I got the tack of lamb which was ok. The meat is not as soft and juicy as other places, I’ve even had better ones at cheaper places like Wildfire. NY steak is chewy. The filet was very good. Got the burrata and crabcakes and those were very good. Overall this place for the price you expect the food to be better.
Stopped by this place during our trip to Yosemite valley, so not a big detour from the freeway. Tasty food. The burger was delicious. They have good options for wines (though we didn’t drink for obvious reason). A little pricey for the food. Overall positive!

The restaurant was closed at the time due to covid but they accommodated patio seating with heaters to make it comfortable. Food was good, I especially enjoyed the fried tofu. I was not too fond of my beverage nor the service. I felt that one server was not very friendly.

This is a good place to come and have a decent meal. The food is good and consistent. The resturant is nice and the staff is friendly. In comparison to other places it feels like they are trying to be more fine dining than they actually are. I recommend coming here don’t get me wrong. I just think they are a 3 star and it feels like a they dress the tables like they want to be a 5 star. I recommend people come eat here. The food and drinks are good. The prices are reasonable!
I ordered calamari and burger. I asked my burger cooked well done but it was pink inside. The calamari was fishy and cold. I don’t think I come back again
