Highly recommended. The food was plentiful and delicious. The braised beef cheek was incredibly tasty, and the accompanying rice was excellent. But without a doubt, the desserts were the best part. The cheesecake and the red velvet cake were delicious, but the French toast... spectacular!!! What we couldn't eat, they packed up to take away. And for dessert, we took more cheesecake with us for the leftovers. Carmen served us; she was incredibly friendly and attentive. I rarely leave places so happy. Thank you.
A great place to grab a bite to eat: breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is delicious. The value for money is excellent because the dishes are plentiful and, above all, high-quality. If you're traveling and pass near Monesterio, it's worth a stop. The waiter's service was very good. I recommend it because I'll be back!
Satisfactory, good value and owners are working hard, you can tell what difference it makes with the care they put into the place.
Great tapas, croquettes are superb Will return
Great for coffee and tostadas
We stopped for a beer and a delicious ham sandwich. The waiter served us quickly, expertly slicing the excellent quality ham and preparing some great sandwiches. Yes, the price is higher than another well-known restaurant in the area, but the quality is far superior. A truly delicious ham sandwich!
Standard Spanish venta type restaurant, but good food and value and they have an excellent selection of jamon, either to eat there or take away.

The worst place I've ever been. I arrived at 2:15 pm on a Friday. A large sign advertised sandwiches. In smaller print, it said restaurant. There was no menu. Only à la carte. The very well-dressed waiters asked me twice what I wanted to drink. I had ordered a beer, and they brought a glass half full. I was surprised and asked if they only filled beers halfway there. The waitress replied that yes, it was enough, while other customers had fuller glasses. Not overflowing, but fuller. I didn't like the menu much, so I asked for the daily special or the house specialty (chickpeas with spinach), and that's what I ordered... I'd never seen such a meager portion... When I finished my meal, the waitress, very politely, asked me how it was, and I replied with a double entendre that I'd had enough! I paid the bill and left. I hope I never end up there again.
This restaurant could be much better. The only good thing about it is the terrace, which is pleasant. The food is sparse and overpriced compared to the area. The selection of Iberian cured meats is of very low quality, uncharacteristic of the area, and very small (for its price). I ordered a plate of pork shoulder, which was also very simple and again of very average (or rather low) quality for the price and the area. The service was average, inattentive, and overwhelming. It's better to eat elsewhere in town.
We went for lunch and the experience was disappointing. The food took too long to arrive: 35 minutes just to get our drinks (and the place wasn't busy), and almost an hour between the first and second courses. We asked for everything to be brought out at once, but they ignored it. The salad was well presented and had a decent flavor, although the green leaves were oxidized. The cod scramble arrived very late and was poorly executed, with raw onions and unbleached potatoes. The eggs and ham were average, and the Iberian pork shoulder was good but quite limited for the price. The service was inconsistent: a waitress apologized for the delay, but the person serving us never did. Furthermore, we asked for water twice, and it was never brought; we had to get up to get it. In total, we paid almost €83 for a slow meal, with lapses in service and only fair quality in several dishes. After reading positive reviews, we expected much more. The only positive thing to highlight is that they allow dogs, which is appreciated.
