Juice n' Bowls

I went to my first Juice n Bowls a few weeks ago in Chino hills and had the best experience. I work closer to this location. I was skeptical but gave it a try. I was hoping it would live up to my expectations from my first visit and it did! Although I waited a while for my bowls and smoothie, the consistency, quality, and taste of their product is amazing and made the wait worth it! My new obsession for sure!

This juice bar is a game changer! The customer service is stellar—everyone is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I asked for a detoxifying juice, and they made a perfect recommendation. The blend of beets, ginger, and citrus was refreshing and packed with flavor. I also tried a smoothie bowl, and the texture and toppings were fantastic. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. The best part? The value! The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes and high-quality ingredients they offer. Definitely returning!

Staff is always so nice, bowls always on point, and it’s easy to get in and out. I use the app most of the time. I get the signature bowl each time. So yum!

My children and I love 💗 Juice N’ Bowls. I normally get a 16Oz bowl to create my own bowl and my children love the smoothies especially the PBJ and Blueberry 🫐 Banana 🍌. Awesome customer service at all times we have walked in to order.

The drinks are great and what I normally order. But the service has been second guess if I want to risk getting my order done incorrectly again. I’ve ordered from this location over 20 times now. A quarter of the time my drink is small even after I have added extra fruit to it not to mention the extra charge too. Even when ordering online I would get the incorrect drink all together. I would add the quarter of the times they have messed up my order have all be recently. Within the past three weeks. Before that I’ve never had an issue.

However, on two occasions, I was given a much smaller cup instead. The first time this happened, I asked about it and was told it was a new policy. But when I returned on my next visit—and every visit after—the drink was back in the larger cup. Today (3/13/25, around 3 PM), I ordered two drinks and, once again, received the smaller size. When I questioned it, the employees gave me attitude and claimed it was the new policy. When I pointed out the inconsistency, their response was: “It depends on who’s working.” That’s not how a policy works. I asked them to remake my drinks in the correct size, which they did, but I left feeling frustrated. I later called the store for clarification and was told the manager’s name is Iris. However, the employee on the phone refused to give me her own name and then told me that drinks are only put in larger cups upon request. That makes no sense—I have never had to request a larger cup before; it was always standard. So, what is the actual policy? Why isn’t it posted? And why does ordering through the app result in the correct size while ordering in person gets me the smaller one? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and never had issues at any other Juice and Bowls. The inconsistency and poor customer service at the Chino store make no sense. I’d love a real explanation because, at this point, I’m reconsidering giving them my business.

came in today for 3 smoothies. waited about 6 to 7 mn only 2 people sitting possibly waiting for their drinks. no line but when the worker finally got to us she told us she couldn’t take our order. no reason given until i asked “oh why are you about to close” time 6:25pm. that is when she explained “oh no i jst haven’t taken a break and im by my self”. i did ask what time she will be back from break and she said an hr. now this is not the girls fault i get that part but where is management? how are you taking care of your employees ! no breaks having to turn away costumers? that was a first for me.

If I could give a zero rating I would. First time I tried coming your guys system was down and I wasn’t able to purchase anything. Second time attempting to come back and you guys have 4 employees working and telling customers it’s going to be a half hour wait. Poor management and staffing. Disappointed would be an understatement, I had high hopes for you guys too. Won’t be returning.
