Ryo Monza Reviews
Excellent restaurant, located in a perfect area, also easy to reach by public transportation. They also have a small, convenient parking lot reserved for customers! I remembered it as a dark place with odd decor, but now everything is much more modern and bright! The service was fast, and everyone was very helpful. Every dish was prepared with the utmost precision and creativity, and the plating was equally impressive. Everything was delicious and well-received. The excellent price was also appreciated!
Fabulous place. As soon as you walk in, the staff are very welcoming and smiling. There's plenty of seating, and there are even private rooms where you can eat inside, very privately. The menu is truly varied. The food is truly delicious. I recommend going for dinner as soon as it opens.
Unfabulous
Nice place for buffet. Worth the price. Service was top notch.
ottimo all u can eat!
Everything fresh, personal gentle.
I would say it’s a fantastic restaurant! I ordered a hotel and checked the sushi around me, and then I went to this sushi restaurant. The environment outside is so good because there is a river. The decorations are good as well. The price is worthy. The staff doesn’t speak English, however, they are patient, they were trying their best to use translate APP to explain what they mean. I do like this restaurant, it give me a good experience of traveling, recommended!
Staff was attentive and the food delicious, we booked with not a lot of time to spare but had no problem getting a booth. Amazing experience and will certainly return!
Beautiful environment! Nice food! Very kind staff!
Perfect!
Great food! Great place! Great price!
Good food :)
From the outside, it looks a bit rundown, but once you enter, it's quite nice, even in the furnishings, and if you're lucky, you can have lunch or dinner in the "private" area. The girl who served us was kind, but perhaps a little annoyed; the service was quite quick. Unfortunately, the quality of the fish, at least for me, left a bit to be desired. I tried a few new dishes and wasn't too keen on them, especially the goma seaweed. However, the seared tuna with mashed potatoes was special, although I still can't decide whether I liked it or not. We only ordered a few items because I was already feeling full, which usually happens when there's too much fat and oil mixed together, or the food isn't that great. The good thing, however, was that there was a chef cooking in full view. I read that management has changed, which is a shame, because a friend who tried something completely different had recommended this place to me. What I ate wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'll be back.
Turn in the AC in the summer. Below standards treatment to the employees. I felt so bad for the girl working under these conditions. Service was great and food too but the thick hot air was beyond horrible.
AYCE but nice one
Rice not cooked well, service very slow and not organized very well.
I was invited by my cousin for lunch and he had a reservation at this restaurant. The food were okay, like any other typical sushi restaurants but the servers seemed like they're not happy with what they are doing. I didn't have a plate even though the food was already served, so I had to ask for it and the way the server handed it was not okay. I won't be coming back. It doesn't hurt to smile a little bit given that you are working in this kind of business.
Worst service at a restaurant I have ever had. My mother and I stopped in to this place for dinner last night. When we walked in we politely asked if any of the servers spoke english, we are in italy so I dont expect someone too. My italian is very limited, but we stood in the entrance for 20 minutes before we got a table. While 5 or 6 didfferent groups came in and were immediately seated. I ordered beer with our entrée and it took a half hour for them to simply grab one out of the cooler and bring it to the table. After an additional 15 minutes we recieved our first sushi rolls. EVERYTHING they brought us was wrong. Even though we pronounced everything correctly and even pointed to them on the menu. After we finished the first rolls we orded another one and it took another 45 mins to get it. All while the tables around us were getting fast, attentive service. We were there for almost 2 hours and got 2 rolls and a bowl of soup between the two of us for all you can eat. After getting so irritated with the service that I got up to pay the bill, they overcharged us by 15 euro.
