Walked in and we were greeted very politely. There was open seating so we walked over to the booth near the bar, they have a boneless Thursday deal, also a happy hour on draft beers and specials on onion rings, fries. Came to this bdubs on our lunch break with coworkers while we waited for some cement to dry. Place was clean, service was prompt, food/wings were delicious (as usual with any bdubs establishment). Thanks for having us. Looks like a great spot to watch sporting events, love the sports memorabilia hanging on the walls.

I'm really happy with my experience here today. I went for my 21st birthday with my dad. The woman who took our order made me a really good drink, she brought our food out super quick and even told a couple employees it was my birthday so when they walked by they wished me a happy birthday. It was also nice because she gave me a little cup of ice cream to celebrate. I'm not a big fan of when restaurants sing for u in front of everyone so I was very happy when she just casually walked by and handed it to me. I got the hottest wings I could get, and at one point when she heard how hot I thought they were she offered to get me something else if they were so hot that I wasn't enjoying them. Overall it was really fun and relaxing experience. I'm happy I got to spend my 21st birthday there with my dad. 10/10 would 100% consider going back

Hey Guys I like this place it's my favorite. I hope you guys still make this restaurant less Expensive more affordable. My favorite Order I like to get here is the Boneless Wings with French Fries, and One Fountain Drink. I maybe might come here next Friday with a School my Bus Driver will take me here. Great food - I had the beef Philly Cheesesteak and tots and everything was hot . My queso was nice and hot, too. Ariel was my server and she was EXCELLENT - extremely friendly, always had a smile and very attentive.

Our recent experience here was great. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our server was Westley, who did an amazing job. He let us know of Tuesday's promotion and let us get our drinks in before the 6pm happy hour cutoff. He was very attentive and came to check on our table constantly and made sure our drinks had refills. We had a very pleasant visit tonight thanks to our server.

We came here after a horrible restaurant experience at shogun in Corona. I told my wife let’s just go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least we know the service is bad there (jokingly - some BWW have a reputation of bad service). I kid you not, we received better service here than most high quality restaurants that we visited in the past. Our server Tyler, was on top of his game. Very quick, very attentive, and really turned our night around. We were already annoyed and frustrated because of how poorly we were treated at the previous restaurant we were at. Yet, our experience at this BWW really turned things around. So glad that we decided to come here, I can’t emphasize how annoyed we were prior to coming in and they really turned that around. Got our food fast, our drinks faster. This BWW really deserves more than the 2 stars they have.

Came in for some late night wings which were delicious! Took a while for someone to come to us once we sat down in the bar area and althought they did clear the previous guests mess, they never wiped our table so added our own mess to the mess. Wings are always delicious, hot, and well seasoned. Drinks were good, although one was not made how we requested.

Like every other BWW, they will have something wrong or do something wrong with your order. For our most recent visit, it was that the menu was outdated and they no longer served certain items like the Mountain Dew Legend and the wings weren't well done as requested. But the service was friendly and food was out quick and freshly cooked thanks to the timing of our visit. The app rewards definitely help soften the costs and add amusement while waiting.

BOGO in Tuesdays (buy 5-10 get 10-20 ). Mild flavor still hot. Don't try habanero sauce (not shown) you won't enjoy your wings, superpurisimo hot👺🤧😥😢. Parmesan garlic sauce not my favorite. Two sodas almost $9 free refills. Nice waiters.

We came on a busy day with one server. But while we were waiting to be seated, we looked at the menu so we knew what to order once we were seated. Thanks to that, our food came out fast & tasted good. They did the best they could with such little staff.

This place sure does gets some terrible reviews. I would definitely say the hostess gave us vibes to change our minds and not dine in, but oh well. There were a lot of people waiting, maybe 10 people, 4 parties, but we were seated within 15 minutes on a Saturday night. I have mixed emotions. I love the wings. The onion rings are on point. The chicken nachos are delicious. Blazing, mango, Caribbean, and parmesan garlic are delicious. Blue cheese is better than many places. I go at lunch, and it depends on the service you get. If you go with the bartender chicken, she will ignore you for some reason, and you just repeatedly watch her go to everybody there. I prefer the other server. She's very attentive. Makes sure the order is correct. Makes you feel welcomed. The other one just forgets everything, even when its not busy it's weird. But over all I live this place. I will keep coming but I will make sure to choose a different server.

To be honest I'm not a big fan of the bww brand. While I absolutely love Buffalo wings, all of the samurai, teriyaki, mango habanero, lemon pepper etc. flavors are overkill. I'd prefer a well cooked wing with one traditional delicious buffalo sauce, which they don't have.

We had a party of 12 people, and this is our first and probable the last time that we will be here. Love the servers, the servers are neutral I would like to say so myself. However, it needs more works. Foods was acceptable, however, wait time needs more considered. Generally, it takes five minutes to look at the menu for drink and ten minutes after initial sitting for food. We have been waiting for 45 minutes for foods and drinks. Servers needs to require more training for interactions with customers and services. I do not think server is bad in any mean, but it does need more training and works. I wrote this review not to criticize, but to emphasize the weaknesses and improvement on it. Education and training are required for any staffs. Work on it, it will create more positive in the future.

I've been sitting here for the past 30 min. after 10 min, still no drinks. We had to remind server if our drinks were ready and her excuse was "I thought they were going to bring them for me." 2nd time, I went here and ended up with the same experience. Both times, we ended up waiting for 30 min before anyone came to us. It wasn't packed at all, just 2 other tables with their food already. We watched the servers just talk to each other for a bit before coming over. Both times we went, they had dirty tables not wiped down. Also, we had to keep asking for our drinks and missing sides and for silverware multiple times. The server was really slow. We had the same one both times she just sucked at her job. Honestly, just putting a tablet to place orders at the table would be more convenient than dealing with the server again. My expectations for service here were low, and she still found a way to disappoint us both times.

I came here to the Moreno Valley Buffalo Wild Wings with several members of my family. After we were seated I asked our server if I could do a video review of our visit. So after being seated we waited 45 minutes for our meal. The Angry Orchard beer was flat and the wings were cold and the tortillas for the street tacos were cold as well. Our server was great and apologized for the food being cold. The wings were taken back and to our continued surprise more wings arrived within five (5) minutes. Order some wings and the sauce suck, no flavor when I ordered garlic wings and they gave us burnt potatoes wedges because they ran out of fries for the meal. The team was horrible. I placed an order over an hour ago and still waited 40 minutes until they brought my food out. Plenty of other orders that were placed after mine were fulfilled. I will never return here again.

Had a take out order Saturday evening for the family and I. We drove 1 hour total there and back home. As we began eating our food I noticed a long brown hair in my food. To preface, I would come here rarely for the past 2-3 years. This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings that is close to me. The food always comes in hard or dry regardless of what day I would come in. Tables are usually sticky of whether it's the bar or not. The servers I had over the years were decent enough, usually particularly nice. My recent order with them was the final straw for me to write a review about this so-called "establishment." I placed an online order on 01/03/2022. The app told me that it was ready (I live about 20 minutes away; I gave them extra time. It took about 40 minutes for me to get to the restaurant.) When I arrived, I was met with a bunch of people in the lobby waiting for them to either be seated or to pick up their order(s), but the whole place was a mess. The line was dysfunctional with people questioning where it started and who was next. (Get it together, arrange a single/dual line or something.) They left us like ants that got scattered because their trail was interrupted. I waited about 15-20 minutes to finally get to a cashier and gave them my name for them to tell me that my order wasn't ready. So I asked for a refund instead. The cashier agreed and told me that I'd be refunded one week. It has been about two weeks, and I have not gotten anything. (I even asked for a receipt just in case!) I just decided to dispute the charge on my card instead. I gave them 2-3 years of chances to improve their restaurant, but they refuse to change their service. The place is always a cluster of a mess when I come in. TL;DR I didn't get my order, asked for a refund, never got my refund, and had to dispute it from my bank.

Food was horrible.. $106 for mediocre, feather infested, dry wings. Ordered the house sampler also, it was the edible but unappetizing. Would’ve exchanged but our server went on break mid service and we didn’t want to give the replacement who finished waiting our table the hassle since it took her a while to come around.. *Warning! Don’t let your child try the blazin’ wings sauce! They will get sick, their stomachs CANNOT handle it. 2nd review. We received a $30 gift card from family and spent $71 on dinner (4:30pm) but ordered takeout. We ordered while parked in front trying to guarantee freshness, but that didn’t matter. Food was definitely over cooked or ollllld. It’s so unfortunate because other locations are delicious, this one is just careless and disgusting.

I've tried this place three times. Every time we go the service is always slow, or non-existent. Imagine the money that the owner is losing out on, because of their lack of service. People want more alcohol, beer, etc. but no ones around to take their order. There's never any acknowledgment by the servers after you sit at a table, even after sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes. Not one drink at our table 20-30 minutes later, unacceptable. Sad part is, there were only a hand full of people in this establishment at the time we came in, so it's not like they were packed or slammed. It was frustrating to be ignored, why open if you don't want customers? We ended up walking out. We went over to B.J's, where service doesn't suck!

Everything was good but not coming back, they have the AC set at 58 degrees. To cold to enjoy your time. Fries got cold 30 seconds after hitting the table.

One of the worst restaurant experiences at this Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated and drinks brought to our table. 35 minutes later, the waitress comes to tell us that they have all orders ready, but they were out of brisket so they could not serve the brisket burger we ordered. She asked if we wanted the "All American" instead and we agreed. So we thought we'd get our food shortly. Wrong! It took about another 15 minutes. It was so long that the ice in our drinks had melted. The boneless wings were extremely salty, and the fries were cold and stiff. Not once did the waitress come to check on us to see if we needed anything else or more drinks. We had to flag the waitress down to get more drinks. It took her about 15 minutes to be back at our table just to say that they were out of Pepsi and if we wanted water instead, not a different type of soft drink, she only offered us water. At that point I told her to get me the check. Just when I thought my bad experience was over, the check is brought billing me for the brisket burger that we didn't get, and is significantly higher than a regular burger. So, we had to flag her again to get the check corrected so we could pay. I was very tempted to not leave a tip because we received a terrible service in every aspect, but I couldn't do that since I don't know if maybe they were understaffed, or there was lack of training. What I will do is not take my business to this location anymore. I paid too much money for the quality of service and food that I received.

10/17/24 at 5:30pm me and my friend were exiting Buffalo wild wings, and we were chased to the parking lot by a manager name Mark and he accused us in front of a bunch of people of not paying our tab. We come to this location a lot and spend a lot of money here. It was football. It was the Thursday night special, and it was extremely busy and we were humiliated is unacceptable. He embarrassed us in front of everybody, but then tried to apologize privately, and move us away from everybody. Once they realize the money was on the table.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. I went to this bww that i have never been to with a couple of friends & family. We got our food to go, we checked our bag when we got into our car and our whole order was wrong! Wrong fries, wrong wings and missing items and on top of that they dumped our ranch in the bag! Although they managed to "fix our order" we were definetly not happy about this after spending a lot of money for the food.

The food itself is amazing, if you even receive your order or the correct items. We've had multiple instances where our orders were either not received/delivered or the entire order was wrong. These experiences happened while dining in, picking up and ordering through a food delivery service. When we would call to complain, the manager shifts blame to either the delivery service or the person placing the order. It honestly seems like the manager doesn't even care about any complaints. Be careful about ordering at this location.

The wait was long. There were numerous open tables so I didn't understand why the wait. We opted to sit at the bar area and put two tables together and were told we couldn't do that. When we were finally seated and ordered our food I couldn't help noticing how dirty the floors were, it looks like when they bused the tables they didn't bother to sweep the floor. Finally our food arrived most of our items were undercooked, how hard is to fry a mozzarella stick until it is golden brown? And last but not least, the service. Well this was the first time I only tipped 10 percent in my life. I have always respected how hard restaurant workers have to work so I have always been a generous tipper . I will be sure to drive the extra 15 miles to get to another BWW , were they actually care about the customer

Awful experience when placing an online order at this location today. The boneless wings had close to no sauce and the fries were old. I did order the 20 boneless wings for $16.99 but that is in no way an excuse to do half the job. You are better off paying $4 more and getting the wingstop deal instead.

My door dasher waited 1 hour in the lobby for my food. I called the location to ask what is taking so long. By far the worst customer service i have ever had. I first called on the phone and asked about wait times and they said there isn't any wait time. Arrived and said there's a wait but suggested to sit in the bar area. The young lady was amazing and served our drinks and placed our meal at 7:16 pm. She stated she going on break and another gentleman would take over for the mean time. It was 8:28 when our food was finally served, but it was not the correct order. I had to look for the waiter by hunting him down and immediately comes to the table and takes all the food and said it will be ready in a minute. Another 10 minutes went by and no food was ever delievered, then decided it's time to leave and walked out. It should not take more than hour and thirty minutes to make 20 boneless wings and fries. I will not be coming here anymore.

This place has been very disrespectful on two occasions and it seems to be a racial issue. On this visit my family of three arrived and was told to wait 5 mins by the employee who greeted us. Another family arrived that was sat within minutes. I asked if they had a reservation and was dismissed while manager on duty observed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Had a to go order that took about 25 when was told 15. They had to find my order to pay. Then still waited only to get little to no sause wings.. the Thai curry look like a dry rub no sause... TL;DR long waiting times and wings are dry with no sauce.

Went with the family. I always give this place a shot and I'm always disappointed. Last time the server was really rude and I keep seeing this review like what kind of work environment do you guys have lol. What kind of manager must you have to be like this. But this time the food was cold and it made me throw up. The server was great but I'm never coming here again I don't know how this place is still open. Paid 160 bucks to get cold food and throw up. I loveee it smh

Came to Moreno Valley BWW second time coming to this location. Service was ok until the end when receiving the receipt in the Buffalo Wild Wings app we noticed we were charged $1.00 each for the extra sauce. The server could have informed that we would be charged for the extra sauce and also the PRICE for it! We've always ordered the same thing never been charged for extra dipping sauce (ranch, hot sauce)the cost of $1.00 each.. maybe $.25, $.50 for it . If they would have mentioned how much it would have been I wouldn't have spent $7.00 on sauce ,come on now

I ordered 40 wings and 2 large fries - take out. Both boxes are not even halfway fool. They're at most a medium serving of fries. Update: they also only gave us two little cups of ranch for 40 wings !!

Went in for my hour lunch around 12 pm. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes. 3 employees past me, not one word. Not even a “ hi I’ll be right with you” a manager even came to the bar to switch the TVs. Nothing. It was like they didn’t want me there. So I left after 15 mins. Literally not one word was said to me by any employee for 15 mins. Crazy. Seems like the manager just lets employees do whatever they want. Customer service goes a long way and it starts at the top. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

First of all, it took approximately 15 minutes for someone to ask if I could be helped. The couple in front of me walked out after waiting. That should've been the first indicator that something wasn't right. Second, I came in on Veterans Day 2024 and the host advised me that the general manager said they were only giving out 6-piece boneless wings and fries - despite the info from Military.com and VA websites that said, "Veterans and active duty service members get a free order of 10 boneless wings and fries on November 11 with valid ID." Decided to visit Chili's instead, which they have an amazing Veterans Day special and treated wonderfully by the team there. BWW should take notes.

Fried pickles usually good this time they showed no effort to put out good product can't even taste the pickles. Beers where flat lemonade is watered down. Not even using there own tray anymore. It just seems like they gave up in Moval. Wings where under done and tender had to be sent back because they were under cooked

This is my third visit to this establishment, and unfortunately, each time has been poor service. However, I’m determined to leave a review this time. The dine-in area was barely filled, yet the service seemed sluggish. Even when two couples entered, sat down, and left the restaurant because of the excessive wait time for food and drinks, the staff continued to engage in conversations and laughter. When we attempted to request our check, when the workers conversation was more important rather than our simple request. The server, Briana, was particularly rude and rolled her eyes repeatedly, as if we were constantly demanding unnecessary items. It’s not as if we were making excessive requests, we simply ordered an extra ranch Our experience was unacceptable, and I expect better service from this establishment.

Served plastic ware dining in. Wings were not even hot and over sauced with too much sauce and ranch dressing was room temp and not cold. The carrots were baby carrots and full of water at bottom of container! Fried also barely warm. Horrible slow service with horrible back of house.

Service is good, no complaints whatsoever. Size of wings they give you are for a toddler. The smallest wings I've ever seen.. you're better off ordering wing stop next door after a few drinks there

I had a terrible experience here. Last night I took my nephew and niece and their significant other's out to dinner on my last night visiting California. I enjoyed Cali by the way! Well we had a server named Andrew who was nice enough. When the check came it was for 166.93. I told him to use the card, we will tip you in cash that is why I put a zero. I personally prefer to tip in cash, so it isn't taxed. Anyway his expressiom was angry, he said dont worry about it, i don’t think he heard me snd thought we were not going to tip him.... To make a long story short he charged my card 200. 32 which is an exact 20 percent tip. i have an alert on my phone anytime my card is used the transaction amount is texted to my phone, so i questioned him and he said he doesn't know why. I didnt want to make a scene and fugured i will dispute it. Unfortunately i will not be able to get a refund from my bank as it is a pre paid card, It is only over 30 bucks plus 30 bucks cash tip, but it is the principle I would like management and other customers to be careful. My reciept time is 9:41 on 5/25/2025 and the number is #80123 AND IF YOU PULL THE CAMERAS YOU WILL SEE ME QUESTIONING HIM. The food was good and the rest of the experience was nice but it is really distasteful to go out and enjoy your family and to have your money stolen. It is unfair and ruins your experience to a certain extent of a place. If you go here, and your servers name is Andrew, ask for another one and check your receipt before you leave.

Do not waste your time. Wing Stop is way better and cheaper. Waited over 30 min for our wings which came out like tiny small little nuggets for $11??? Waited another 30 minutes for our server to bring us the check. Being under staffed is Not an excuse. Not coming here again.

Service was great! We waited over an hour to be seated after they told us it would be about a 35 minute wait for a table. Then when they brought our food out it was cool like it had been sitting out forever and the wings were the worst I've ever had. We did the all you can eat special but didnt eat anymore after our first round of wings.

Tried placing a online order today at 1130am and their system was down giving error messages. Not a problem it happens I'm only a few blocks away I'll just go in place the order. I tell the cashier about issues I'm having placing online orders that their system is down and being to tell me he can't give me the online pricing in store and it would be $40 instead of the $20 online. I told him can you get your manager see if they can do something about this. I pull my phone out show him how it's not working online. Still tells me no the manager can't do anything about it. I replied so your not gonna get your mananger to see if he can do anything about it? He said no 🙄 worst customer service I've had coming to this place and I wasn't even dining in. Place wasn't even busy they had like 3 tables with people I doubt the manager was too busy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible service. Everytime we come to watch a soccer game. They never play the audio and when we ask there is always an excuse like another sport takes priority. Example today we came to watch Barcelona vs Real Madrid (final) and they only put the audio of an NFL game. We asked the manager and they said no because it’s football season. What does it cost to just put 2 audios one on each side of the restaurant. It’s like this every time we come. Seems discriminatory.

I ordered a 30 piece for family night & this is what I received…i asked for extra crispy wings and I got old overcooked and undercooked . It was an odd mixture of both .I am so disappointed. I paid $60 including fries for this meal & it was TERRIBLE . I called the restaurant 3 times no answer . Hopefully I hear from management for a refund I’m extremely disappointed about this . *the fries were ok

Super dry wings just disappointed in all the shortcuts restaurants take these days … Quality just isnt there anymore . Floor was really dirty when we were seated . Someone get it together in there please and stop serving those dry dehydrated wings DEHYDRATED WINGS ⚠️

Honestly very displaced with the lack of professionalism happening. I placed an order on the app and they were out of one of the items that I had upgraded and it was a six dollar upgrade. They didn’t even tell me until I asked. I’m missing an item that they let me know that they were out of it, but there should be something extra in there. There wasn’t anything extra. And then I had to wait on top of that 10. More minutes to get a side of wedges, that wasn’t even equivalent to the amount. I spend on the other item. Very dissatisfied. I paid over 70 dollars and didn’t get what I wanted

Decided to give this location another try. Fail again look at the wings where is the sauce. Dry wings these are the mild. Lemon pepper has no seasoning either. This is why we go to Menifee.

We were served what my kids called ‘stale wings’. It was my first time eating at this location. I was looking forward to it. It always is crowded. Parking is plenty. There was only one server, so it took us long to be seated, which is alright but the food was absolute disaster. Kids couldn’t even bite into the wings. I asked the waitress to suggest better deal on which to order and she suggested pricier one. I won’t be going there again

I’m writing to report an issue I experienced tonight at your location. Manager Roberto refused to issue a refund after my order was completely messed up. Instead of offering a resolution, he told me I would have to contact his opener/general manager, Bryan, because he “felt like I was yelling” — even though I was simply expressing frustration over my incorrect meal. When I explained that I would be contacting my bank since I was charged for food I didn’t receive as advertised, Roberto responded, “Go for it, I’m really trying to help you, but now I’m not.” This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like a full refund for my order and a follow-up regarding how this situation will be addressed. I didn’t order coleslaw, I didn't order celery, they messed up my order and didn't get me my 8 Oz ranch. Update* Thankfully, Bryan, the manager was extremely helpful. He completely remade my order, and Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate this time. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the effort they put in to make things right after such a disappointing start.

I’ve been to this location several times, but the last two visits were really disappointing. The wings had a strange taste, almost like sink water, and the quality just wasn’t there. On top of that, the service has been extremely slow, it takes a long time for servers to take orders or check in, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. I used to really enjoy coming here, but it feels like the quality and service have gone downhill.

I’m sitting in here as I type this, and I just want to say that I will never be coming again. Me and my girlfriend have been sitting here for over an hour and a half waiting for just a burger and 5 tenders (mind you it’s a Monday night at 9pm). We finally got the food and the tenders were cold and they didn’t even give me the burger I asked for. I’m still gonna pay but I hope you guys keep this in mind when you decide u want to go here.

I placed a to go order and went to pick up. While I was there I asked the attendant to please make sure that there were no items missing from my order. He assured me everything was there. Once I got home I realized I was missing my 20 piece traditional wings. I called and spoke to the manager and said that I was returning to pick up my food. The manager informed me that rather than picking up my food he would issue a refund for the missing items as well as a food credit. As of today I have not received either. Terrible customer service , I honestly feel like they were just trying to get me off the phone. Never visiting again and filing a complaint with corporate for my refund since I paid for something that I didn’t receive.

Last visit for sure - this was a "try again" visit after a failed experience and it solidified we won't be back. The wings came out VERY fast... They were completely cold but layered in sauce. We ordered Mozzarella sticks and pretzels knots. After waiting a really long time (with a fairly empty restaurant), they out came out and were lukewarm at best. That was it so we called the manager and told her what was wrong. She offered to remake them but we declined. We advised about the cold wings but told her we would pay for those and our drinks but that was it. She gave a quick "I'm sorry", adjusted the 2 items off our bill, and charged us just for the cold wings and drinks. $40 for nasty wings, 2 sodas, and slow service. All done. (you can literally see the cheese for the pretzel knots is cold in the picture and the cheese in the Mozzarella sticks wasn't stringy at all 🤦🏻‍♀️-cold even in pictures)
