Service was great! The cashier was patient and friendly to my boyfriend and I as we made our orders.. The orders came out in a timely manner and exactly as I ordered it. The bun was soft, the bacon was CRISPY, the burger was thick and juicy, and the amount of fries in the regular size was enough to bring happy tears to my eyes! Yummy! Will be back again and again!

Great place to eat. Burgers are fresh and made to order. The homemade (not frozen) fries are delicious. They cook them in peanut oil. You can see the crew cooking your order as they are not hidden by a partition. They also have tons of drink choices and malts and shakes as well. They have free peanuts in the shell for patrons to enjoy while waiting for their burgers. The crew that works at the Moreno Valley site are awesome! So outgoing, pleasant, customer oriented and they go the extra mile to make sure that your meals are exactly as ordered. The establishment has always been clean and inviting on the many occasions we have been there. You can order to go, eat inside or they even have seating outside for those that prefer the outdoors. This place deserves more than 5 stars!!

First time here. The bacon cheese burger was delicious. I like how you can add toppings like jalapeños and grilled mushrooms. I was bummed out to find they don't have ranch for my fries. I feel like these kind of fries need ranch. Staff was awesome!

Hands down the friendliest, nicest, and most courteous staff in Los Angeles. Was it worth paying more than In N Out…no. They need to come down to earth with the prices still. Even “The Window” that fries up fresh burgers is cheaper!

Great food for the price. Something they changed recently (within a matter of days actually) to online order only. Overheard a worker (or manager?) say they are understaffed at the moment. Maybe consider another location if the you don't want the wait, attitude, or order online.

It's a decent burger but I find it a little bit too greasy. The bread is also very flimsy and has a tendency to break apart in your hands.

I work in food myself, so I understand busy. There was no “hello, be right with you” or anything. I had to ask for my order since I wasn’t acknowledged while standing under the pickup sign. There was one guy flipping one patty and the other was head down prepping bags and drinks. I love these burgers, just wish the customer service was a bit better.

They charged me a dollar tip without even asking. It’s completely stealing from people!! I’m glad I asked for the receipt!! I only bought a fries to go!! You could give me the option for tips instead of just charging me without telling me!!!! Feels terrible!!!

Jacob at five guys would not do a refund or remake food that we order that we were not satisfied with due to not having the original receipt although there was a receipt on the bag with the order and date of services received (the deny of refund or even to remake the food came from the district manager.) They have a policy that is not written anywhere seen to customers of return policy that is supposed to be less than a 3 hr return policy with a receipt. I understand if they didn’t want to refund due to not having the receipt but to not even to remake the food is annoying. Th food was not good, I have had five guys in northern California and it taste completely different from what I ordered today. Imagine spending $32.72 on food that you’re not satisfied with and their response is they can’t help you due to a time delay and no receipt. Insane. Daniel did try to help out and was told he couldn’t remake the food per the district manager..with the way the economy is, fast food restaurants shouldn’t have the option to deny refunds or a remake of any food. *Customers always first, customer satisfaction is more important than having a bad review. In N Out burger has never given me a problem for any complaint I’ve ever had. This is why I’ll continue to spend my money at In N Out burger. According to the manager Jacob, I should have received a call from the store manger the following day. I went on a Monday afternoon, it’s now Wednesday night. I have yet to get a call from anybody from Five Guys. This is probably the worst food and customer service experience. I advise anybody not to waste their time and money at this location.

There was an Iphone6 on the counter when I walked in, so I handed it to the cashier. Cashier handed it to a male working the grill. The male working the grill started playing on the phone with his food gloves on. I called him out on it, and he lied dead to my face saying he was not on a phone at all. I'm assuming these employees will keep the phone, and not return it to the manager. I hope this post helps someone out. Employees touching phones covered in bacteria then touching my food is disgusting. The girls at the counter were very rude too.
