Lion's Den Cafe Moreno Valley Reviews
Lion’s Den Cafe has the best food, especially for a small college/school. I have tried most of the menu and I have never been disappointed with my food! The fries, corndog, and ESPECIALLY the chicken ceasar wrap are the best items I’ve got from there. Definitely worth the money if I do say so myself.
Goated, first ever review and for good reason, nothing beats coming out of a lecture to buy some really cheap (yet extremely high quality) food. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s located on campus I’d probably go on the days I don’t have class. 100% recommend.
The Moreno Valley College Lion's Den is the best food spot in Moreno Valley; the prices have remained consistently low over the past few years. My go to meal is a steak quesadilla and they have always been nothing short of perfect. Additionally, the worker named Mohammed provided excellent service and always serves food with a smile :)!

The food here is good and the prices are good too but the service can be horrible. There is a young girl at the register named Diana who is extremely rude to people who use Monties choice food program and she's lazy. We've witnessed her lie to students telling them that they can't use their Monties choice food program two days in a row when it can be used Wednesday and Thursday and she tried to charge a student for water from the foundation. In short if you avoid Diana from the register it's not a bad place to go eat in 2025.
Ever since the older male and female aren’t behind the grill, this place has went downhill. The new guy behind the grill, is rude. Seems unapproachable. Today I ordered two tostadas and he asked me how I wanted the egg… or if I want egg on them, I told him I did not prefer eggs just a regular tostadas. After allowing me to sit there for 10 minutes, I even walked outside to make a phone call. I came back in and he ignored me until I had to ask him what happened with the tostadas…. He then said we aren’t doing tostadas with beans right now. We are only doing breakfast ones. I specifically asked him that when I placed the order. Because I would’ve changed it to what was available but because he allowed me to waste 10 minutes of my time and didn’t even communicate anything to me, I had to go to lab and starve for three hours. Communication is key because I could’ve just got some french fries but instead, you just sat there and watched me and didn’t say anything at all. Weird. Bring the older ppl back please. They actually acknowledge your presence, communicate and follow through. And you might even find yourself laughing because they are sarcastically funny. Do better.
Lions are wild animals not meant to be in a glass cage smaller than a bathroom with one small log in it, why are we normalizing animal abuse?
