Luigi's Mount Pleasant Reviews
Literally the best Italian food around we are from sulphur Springs and we would drive all the way up here to eat there again you can't find good Italian up there The waitress and the staff was amazing The restaurant is absolutely beautiful
Definitely was a nice experience. The food was hot and fresh. Our server was excellent, sweet, attentive and very professional. The restaurant was decorated in Valentine's Day decor and was very inviting. Will definitely be coming back!!
great food. service is good. it's mostly quiet in there also. nice place over all.
My first time in TX first place I ate from a long truck drive and their pizza was the first pizza in 28 years that reminded me of my home New York city if their slices was a little longer and wider they would have it on lock of a true new York style pizza Thanks so much for the taste of rememberence🫡😁
Great place to sit down with your loved ones or friends and enjoy a truly amazing meal! This is a great Italian restaurant with a great menu, there's so much to choose from I could try something different every time. The staff are very friendly and it is clear that they take great pride in pleasing their customers, they usually recognize us from previous visits. There are plenty of tables and seating to accommodate your needs, the menus are easy to read. The prices are average but the meals are worth every penny. The servings are big, the plates are big! The bread is amazing! I look forward to coming back again and again!
Always a 5 star visit. Bob's sauce is a must. The eggplant is amazing. The chicken fettuccine is delicious. Wait. It's all amazing. The rolls.... yummmmyyyy
Eggplant parmigiana is amazing and fresh every time. We haven't had anything on the menu we didn't like. Servers are very attentive. Bread is always soft and fresh as well.
Wow! The flavor here is amazing!! If you are looking for true authentic Italian food, THIS is your place. We got the Tortilini with basil, broccoli, tomatoes and chicken in a white wine sauce and touch of marinara.... and also the Pasta Trio, which is Lasagna, Ravioli and Manicotti.... holy cow! The sauces were so flavorful and authentic. The service was outstanding and the restaurant itself was clean, spacious and decorated very nice with old Italy feel. We travel a LOT and this hidden gem in the middle of Mount Pleasant is worth the drive, better than most we've been to anywhere. I can NOT wait to come back.
A quiet little gem in Mt Pleasant, Tx. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and would highly recommend! The Stromboli got Rave reviews and was packed full of toppings and was light and fluffy and crispy. Perfection! The pasta sampler looked deceptively small. But I couldn't finish it! Definitely give Bob's Dip a try it was a delicious and fresh tasting addition to the wonderfully light bread served. Will definitely return.
This experience was awesome! The hospitality was on point from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and sat promptly and our drink orders were immediately taken. The service was timed perfectly between the appetizer, entree and dessert, thanks to our waitress, Cathy. It was a perfect meal with the bestie.
First time here. It was okay, not exceptional but not bad either. I ordered the veal with angel hair pasta as did my husband. His was a picada sauce and mine was a white wine sauce with mushrooms and artichoke hearts. For me, the veal was a bit rubbery. Sauce was okay. The service was great and the waitress was friendly, fun and helpful! They do not serve wine or beer or hard liquor so you can BYO.
The guy that took my to go order was nice. This is the second time we’ve eaten here. First time dine in. Asked for extra marinara for the angel hair pasta. Did not get any extra. Didn’t have enough sauce to finish the pasta. The shrimp Alfredo has mediocre flavor. Needs lots of salt for some flavor. Both times I got it only came with 5 small shrimp. The shrimp are over cooked and flavorless like they are boiled. The meat sauce for the spaghetti was so so. Tasted more like Chefboyardee. The place was clean and the food was decently fast and super hot.
Disappointed. Ordered a simple Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and the plate came cold and bland. When we gave feedback, the owner and staff ignored it and offered no real solution. Replacement dish was also not good. Customer service was lacking. Sadly, Luigi’s no longer meets the standard I remember.
