The restaurant is located inside Hyatt, where we stayed a couple of days. The hotel does not provide room service. However, you can take out food to your room, which we did twice for dinner. The food is outstanding. We had the roasted chicken, veal chop, and salmon dishes. All were excellent. The Carmel Pinot Noir and their Margaritas are very enjoyable. The usher/waiter and other staff were very nice. Overall highly recommended!

Located within Hilton in Mountain View, this restaurant has very good food and drinks options. The ambiance is very nice and also there is a patio dining option. The servers are friendly and quick. We started with a few cocktails, Chicken wings and fries. The wings are fresh and juicy and coated with a perfect amount of sauce choice. For the main course we ordered an Impossible burger, Chicken quesadilla and Flat Iron Burger. The burgers come with a side choice of fried or onion rings. The items are very delicious and filling.

My friends and I came here for dinner before going to a play in Palo Alto. Since happy hour was taking place when we arrived, we all decided to get the specials to share. The food and drinks that we wanted arrived quickly after we placed our order. The wait staff are very friendly and I would like to commend our waiter, Raymundo, who was very attentive to our needs as well as having a sense of humor. This was our first time coming here and will plan to go back in the near future.

Was there for happy hour. Drinks were good. Lime chicken wings were crispy with meat on the bone. A huge amount of fries and 3 sliders which were tasty with good buns.

I had the best dining experience with my entire family at that restaurant; the food was phenomenal; especially the vegan and vegetarian options. The head chef was very gracious; he came out to ask us about our dinner. The servers; Raymundo and Carlos were very friendly and accommodating; I’m definitely coming back. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Had dinner with the entire family here. Food was really amazing, from appetizers, mains to desserts. Raymundo and Carlo was also really friendly and attentive. Will surely come back! Kudos to the entire crew!

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Fairchilds. I had the Truffle & Parmesan Fries, the Fairchilds Burger and the New York Cheesecake. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out or a family outing. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. Kudos to Chef Matt and to our server, Raymundo!

Nice place! This is in the Hyatt. Nice bar with good beer, wines, and appetizers for happy hour which is every day including weekends. I like the Pilsner beer, and the Ahi poke Nachos which is half price during happy hour

This is a review of the place in COVID19 times. This place does not disappoint. They practice all COVID19 protocols for public places (social distance, disposable and/or digital menus, etc.), hand sanitizer (in addition to giving you individual packs of hand sanitizing towels when bringing you your meal). The staff is super friendly and always looking if you need anything. Did I mention they have a happy hour EVERY DAY from 4 pm to 7 pm? And believe me, it worth it! You will really enjoy this place. Another mega point: They have a new "Al Fres[go]" concept, basically, you can enjoy the rooftop and be happy ;)

What a cool find for Happy Hour! This is a short 5 min walk from the San Antonio CalTrain. Also located near a huge parking structure if you’re driving in. 🚗🚝 ⭐️🧑‍🍳Especially want to point out the service of Jimmie. We sat outside and he came to check on us so often, we felt so cared for! Made it super easy to order multiple rounds. Nice heat lamps outside and cozy padded seating. 🍷The drinks are just $10 at happy hour which I can’t complain about! What stood out the most to me was the starters. The truffle fries were not only delicious but such a massive portion for just $10. The samosas were also super delicious (love fried food when drinking) and again only $10 for a portion of 5. A great deal! I was super surprised by this spot and definitely will head back for another happy hour.

Stayed at this hotel so it was convenient to order food from downstairs but I’m glad I did. The burger was delicious, fried chicken sandwich was good, the margarita decently made. The staff is trying to be very nice and accommodating. I wish they had more business to keep them going during these times. If you’re in the area it’s actually a cool place to grab a drink and they have happy hour 5-7 pm too! I will be back regardless if I stay at the hotel or not. Cheers!

Quick Summary Pretty solid brunch option, especially if you're a globalist with the free breakfast. Solid food, large portions, cool interior and patio seating options. Food- 5 stars It's a typical hotel restaurant which is slightly better than chain brunch spots. I very much enjoyed the free breakfast options here with their menu. Really can't go wrong with the standard options: eggs Benedict, omelettes, french toast, waffle. Tasted great and large portions Service I would say they are slightly understaffed here as we did have to flag our waiter down towards the middle/end of our meal. Otherwise, the service was pretty solid Bottom Line Good ambiance, good food and portions, and pretty good service. A good and reliable option if you're staying at the Hyatt Centric

Nice little happy hour place. We sat outside and there’s plenty of room on the well appointed patio. Tons of seating but feels a little tight. The food was tasty. The calamari was especially good as well as the Ahi tuna and the cheese curds. Kids devoured the quesadilla. For dinner, I had the pork chop which was juicy and tender but everyone else had the burgers which were over cooked and a little bit beyond medium rare there was no pink in the patties. The cocktails are nice but not wow. Happy Hour helps to soften the blow. The service was great and quick. We wandered about and checked out the view on 2. There appears to be a bar area up there but it was closed. In the summer this would be a nice place to hang out and watch a sunset.

Great addition to the Hyatt Centric Mountain View hotel. Good selection of California wines. My impression is that the level of dishes and service are higher in the dinner time than breakfast time.

Located in the lobby of the Hyatt Centric Mountain View Hotel, this place its quite a charmer. It's not big so it can be very intimate. There is a lounge area as well for people ro relax and enjoy some drinks and small bites. The chicken burger was good. The chicken seems smaller in comparison ro the bun though but the coleslaw was a good compliment. Truffle fries were done correctly. Not overbearing just subtle hint. It's a bit overpriced but expected and worth it. The flourless cake was just ok. Yiou can probably skip that

We came for dinner and were pretty disappointed. My mom got the vegan bolognese and calling it bolognese was pretty generous. It was more like excess of pasta with a hint of tomato. I got the the Korean wings which were pretty good along with the truffle fries. Overall everything was very overpriced for what it was. The service was good with very friendly staff but the prices and food quality were a let down.

Went to grab lunch here for breakfast 5 tables were occupied. Saw 2 staff members in the 10 minutes waiting. First 1 ignored me while attempting to order at the bar. Second acknowledged me after about 5 minutes of waiting at the hosts podium. Left after this since I didnt have a long time to wait just to be seated.
