I usually have a mixed experience with this store, but overall the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and the mod knows how to work his staff because everyone from the beginning of the line to the cashier worked fast and got rid of the long line! I definitely recommend mornings because after 7 pm the store runs out of everything and i always have to eat in my car from how dirty the lobby is! good job 👍🏾
this is a great location for Chipotle! Staffs are great, rice is always fully cooked, even the brown rice. Always good portions. Area is very quiet, despite right next to a major road and supermarkets.
Chipotle is just like I remembered. The bowls are fresh and the tacos hit the spot. I have to remember to add Chipotle back in my restaurant rotation.
This location has great customer service and is always consistent! I’ve been here twice and they always make sure to fill my order up. Their steak is soft & chewy, unlike some other locations where it’s overcooked. The workers keep the lines moving quickly even during busy period. They have a small dining area but most people just get take-outs anyways.
The staff was pleasant and the food was excellent. But there were four tables that were not cleaned- With left over food. (We were the only ones in the restaurant)
I have been going here for a couple years now and they always have great service. However, they sometimes give small portions.. My main complaint is that 90% of the time the chips are burnt. Even when they don't look that burnt they still are. I literally just thought that the chipotle chips were just like that until I ate chipotle at the firewheel location. At that location they are much lighter in color than the attached photo. There are normally a couple that aren't as badly burnt, which is why I still get them every now and then.. It's been like this for years. The tortillas used to be really bad, literally hard like a chip, but the past 3 times I went they were fine. Please just fix the tortilla chips I'm beggingggg. Just don't fry them as long as you do and it'll be fine ;-; PLEASE i would do anythinggg
1st time ordering from here. The keto steak salad did not look like the pictures at all. There was hardly anything in the bowl and barely any lettuce. The meat was way over seasoned which made it too spicy to even eat. Way overpriced for what we got. Disappointed for sure!
Small portions. All lettuce very little rice or cheese. I will not be back to this location.
Ordered through Uber Eats and got a kids meal in addition to my order and I specifically asked for the apple juice for my child’s meal. They send me an empty to go cup in the bag. Who does that? Completely ruined my toddlers lunch! Do better in hiring better staff because judging by the comments this location has gone to crap! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, but the first I’ve vocalized it due to my child’s unhappiness!
I asked for extra rice since all I was getting was rice, meat, and cheese. She gives me the smallest amount she can. Maybe a quarter of a scoop. And when I ask for more she said it would be extra. I have never been to a chipotle that charged more for rice aka the cheapest thing there. I payed the same amount as someone who could've gotten all the toppings there, and couldn't even get extra rice? Same thing with the cheese when I asked for extra but I didnt even try asking again. Overall bad experience.
The curly head guy (which I assume is the manager on duty) is the worst manager i’ve ever had laid eyes on. I came in with my kid to enjoy chipotle after a long day of work, and i get frightened by him banging on the restroom door yelling at someone inside. HOW IS THIS A LEADER AND A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR HIS TEAM!?!!! he later bargains into the messy line and starts rushing me for my order like i’m wasting his own time. I stayed for a minute to see how he as a manager does, horrible management. he sends orders like his workers are dogs, he goes fast but makes a mess all over the line, and he probably treats his employees. i know we all have bad days, but don’t take that frustration out on us as customers and especially not to your employees
Consistent Decline in Service and Effort After 8 PM I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, but lately, if you show up after 830 PM or so, it’s like the store has already closed. They’re out of nearly every protein except chicken, and the staff make it obvious they don’t want to serve anyone who walks in. When I asked why, the response was that they “don’t cook much late to avoid waste.” Meanwhile, the grill is cleaned early, and employees stand around as if the night is over. The attitude is lazy and dismissive — it feels like there’s no manager on duty to enforce any standard of service. For a brand that prides itself on consistency and hospitality, this location completely drops the ball in the final hours.
Back at it again. Got here at 9:45 and yet again no steal, no carne asada, and they even said they cook any more protein besides pork and chicken beyond 9:45 to promote less volume of people coming in and ordering. Make it make sense please.
Food Poisoned. I went inside to order a combination bowl with chicken. The rice i felt it's not fully cooked. The chicken i ate quite like spoil bad. It's only about 10:00 pm. The employees already sweeping the foor and cleaning up while I'm eating still inside at the table. The next morning i got badly upset stomach. I took 2 bottles of stomach ache. However, it didn't have any effects on my stomach at all. I now feel horrible. It ruining my whole morning and afternoon today. My mind refreshing that I have read somewhere about the horrible food chain which lists Chipotle included. I haven't gone back to eat here to order for a long time. Unfortunately today the restaurant i ate was closing at 9:30 pm. If it's not getting any better i may need to go to the emergency hospital. 2. I promised myself from now on I should always reviews the restaurant before I came in to order. I have to go to Walmart to buy pepto Bismal to cure my stomach ache. I got home and went straight to the restroom about four times consecutively. The good thing is Chipotle foods gave me black diarrhea which I haven't had for a while. Thank you Chipotle for helping clean up my stomach.
This is the chipotle I come to most often bc it is closest to my house, but I have to say that this place has become a disappointment. Portions are often an issue with meat/queso/guac, sides and drinks are always forgotten on my online orders, and there have been several occasions where my online orders come out 20-30 minutes late when the store isn’t even busy. You know it is bad when i could’ve gotten in line without ordering ahead of time and left with my food faster than I would have ordering online. And the chipotle app no longer gives us the ability to give feedback and get something in return. What a shame, needs major improvement.
I usually enjoy Chipotle, but I had a very disappointing and concerning experience recently. While eating my meal, I discovered a piece of plastic mixed in with the food. This completely ruined my appetite and raised serious food safety concerns. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is unacceptable, especially from a large, well-known chain. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves its food preparation processes to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Until then, I’ll be hesitant to return.
This place has become trash because of the lazy staff… I came to get a burrito bowl an hour and 20 mins before they closed because the last time they were out of everything. To my surprise I was still limited on steak and many other options as they were already cleaning the grill. Look, I get it! You don’t wanna be there late…but an hour and 20 mins and you’re cleaning the grill and out of everything is unacceptable. I will not waste my time or money here anymore.
I came in today and my friend and i just finished working out and they ordered chicken and I ordered half and half chicken and steak, their chicken scoop completely covered their rice but for me the female employee sat there and slowly counted every single piece of steak netting 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of steak taking over a minute doing that, then proceeded to realize it wasn't enough then tried to spread it around to make it look like more. The last thing I want is to see someone get more protein then me and have no issues with delivery and then have some one performing a checks and balances on your protein for over a minute. If she is working there I will not eat there as that was absolutely ridiculous. And I was charged full steak for 4 pieces of steak. The other employees were fine but specifically the girl working the food line today. Edit i will not be eating chipotle ever again due to greedy shady corporate tactics and poor portion control. For the cost I'm going to freebirds
Won’t be coming back to this location. Ordered from here multiple times online, hoping each time we have a better experience. But, they skimp on the quantity every time. Barely give even half servings of what’s requested. I had a much better experience the one time I ordered at store, but ordering for 5+ people, online ordering is much more convenient. Sucks because this is the closest location to my home, but not worth it.
This passes for quality at this location. Employees answer the phone and leave it on the counter until someone hangs it up. The "manager" tells you its not his fault your order was wrong and hangs up on you. Very poor staffing and training. Covid protocols also in question. Bags are left on tables wide open and employees do not always wash hands between register and food. Contacted corporate awaiting call back.
