Raising Cane's Murphy Reviews
Very delicious, simple menu so easy to order. Staff very friendly.
Never dissatisfied with cane's. The food's always fresh The restaurants always clean and the employees are always nice.
Great food and fun things to watch happening on 544. My buddy and I were doing a bible study outside and then out of no where a guy on a little motor bike went flyign by with four cops chasing him. Fun spot and great food.
Picked up takeout today, food was ready quickly, was hot and fresh, and the service was friendly. It was about a 10 minute drive home and food was still warm so no complaints! I subbed extra fries in place of the cole slaw on a box combo with extra sauce. I feel like the bread is less buttery the last few visits so I typically end up throwing it out.
Thanks for yet another good dinner. As you can see by the picture there is not much left of my Box Combo. I never really cared for the bread, its bland. Maybe they should add a lot of garlic butter. We go here a lot and it is consistently good. The drive thru line is always long, but moves fast.
Raising Cane’s in Murphy, Texas is a little slice of chicken-finger heaven. Every time I swing by, those golden, hand-battered fingers arrive hot and crunchy, and that Cane’s sauce never misses. The team greets you with real smiles and keeps the dining room tidy—even when the lunch crowd rolls in. Texas toast is buttery perfection, and the crinkle-cut fries soak up every last drop of sauce. Pros - Consistently fresh, juicy chicken fingers - Friendly, efficient crew - Clean dining area with outdoor seating - Sweet tea and Texas toast are standout extras Cons - Limited menu beyond chicken fingers - Togo orders sometimes mix up sauces - Lines build up at peak hours Quick tip: order the Caniac Combo and get extra napkins—you’ll need them.
Very good, but it seems they poured the whole container of salt on my fries and forgot my bread.
Had to stop by to see what all the hype was about. We left disappointed. Menu is bare. No sauce options. Maybe if you had some spice in your chicken it would be fine. Sorry, I don't want your mayonnaise infused sauce. Chicken strips is all you do... Staff is friendly and it was clean.
Was first person in the driveway through and they didn't seem busy. I asked for extra crispy chicken and after paying was told to wait at the yellow line, which was expected for the extra crispy chicken. After 10 minutes and seeing 3 cars get their food first I was about to head inside but they beat me to the punch. After getting my food, I was served regular crispy chicken and found the lemonade to be watered down. I also feel the chicken was small compared to competitors. I do have to give props on the Cole Slaw, it was very good. Bojangles is giving yall a run for the money.
Brianna in the drive thru had nothing but attitude from the beginning. Got to the window and still received attitude. Ask for her name just to get it all right. Then I receive my order to have a craniac combo with the pieces less than 3 inches. Although food was fresh still the chains flavor but is it management cutting us short or is it corporate? I feel like this is so wrong and not what I paid for. I didn’t tear them in half pictures will show
Found a bug in my bread, disappointed in the way it was handled.
The music was blaring today. It gave us a headache and we couldn't hear each other other
Went thru the drive thru last night fries weren't cooked barely and 40 mins after I ate i couldn't stop going to the restroom thanks for ruining my evening never again
I will never buy food from here again I ordered a Box Combo and received a 3 Finger Combo instead I called up the store and the manager tried blaming the DoorDasher for it but how does that even happen not to mention how small the portions were like what the heck I hate even having to leave this review bc I'm not that type of person but I feel ripped off
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one earned it. I ordered a 6-piece meal from Raising Cane’s. You know, the meal I PAID for. What did I get? Four sad little tenders looking like they just survived a war. No warning. No explanation. Just shortchanged and sent on my way like I wouldn't notice two whole tenders missing. Tried calling the store to fix it? Nobody picked up. It’s like once they take your money, you vanish from their reality. No refund. No apology. Just the cold, greasy silence of betrayal. I didn’t ask for a chicken mystery—I asked for a complete meal. Either someone at Cane’s can’t count past four, or they’ve decided theft is part of the business model now. Do better, Cane’s. Or at least hire someone who knows how numbers work.
These canes workers took their time bringing my order. It was a curbside order had to wait for 20 minutes, watched 10 cars pass by, but I was kind enough to wait. Had to call for them to bring my order out. It wasn’t busy enough for the wait, started getting busy after the wait. As well as my cup looks like it’s about to break at the bottom. No ketchup, cane sauce, or straw either.
