Extremely impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the manager, William. Doordash messed up my order, and William took care of it even though it wasn't their fault. That's great customer service.
Except for their fingers being added to the list of item that have succumbed to shrink-flation everything else as always was delicious. They have the absolute best Texas Toast hand down. And their staff are always welcoming and friendly

No matter if I’m dining in or grabbing a quick meal through the drive thru. Canes and the employees customer service has always been great every time. The peak hour nights are very busy if your going through the drive thru but, the service is very quick and efficient.
Nice, friendly service. The food came out fast, hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean.
I want to thank the gal on the stool stacking the cups close to the drive through window. Your hinee is spectacular! Even the cross dressing man working the window couldn't dampen the mood!
First time trying and wasn't disappointed! The service was nice and timely. The interior and exterior of the building was clean. Food was tasty, and the dipping sauce was full of taste.
Edit: The women's bathroom stalls do not have locks. Very creepy. Not to mention the toilet paper holders didn't have anything to secure and keep the toilet paper there so all the rolls were on the ground. Very nasty. Original Review: The service was friendly and the food came out fast. The restaurant was clean. The toast is like eating a buttery cloud. It was amazing. The chicken was good. The sauce was super good. Honestly if I could just get a big box of that toast I would be in heaven.
We went specifically for a fund raiser but didn’t get credit because the instructions for ordering were unclear. This was kind of aggravating. In addition the quality of food was less than we were accustomed to receiving, but we did order in the drive-thru.
First time going there, the food and staff were friendly and amazing. But the floor was very sticky and drinks were spilt everywhere.
Food and drive thru service was good but I lost my appetite when I found a (small thin black) hair in my canes sauce!
The chicken was good but they have went down hill. The strips are just a little bigger than a finger. Very disappointed. Too expensive to get something like that.
Old dried out MINI fingers & not breaded like other locations. Def not cooked to order for carry out. They gave us chicken that had been sitting under a lamp on top of extra high prices. Even smaller cities got it together but not this location.
