I had an amazing interaction with Rodrigo, the manager at Chipotle, and his professionalism truly stood out. Since he became manager, there have been clear positive changes to the store management I used to come here before and it was often dirty, but now it’s clean, organized, and well-run. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and handled everything with confidence and care, which made the experience enjoyable. Rodrigo’s leadership and dedication are obvious, and it has truly transformed the location.
When I first walked in I was disappointed it seems that all there portions seem to be getting small. I ordered steak and it was medium cooked which I didn't realize but the manager was accommodating and gave me chicken with a free drink. Thank you to the manager
you’re a fan of fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and fast service, this Chipotle Mexican Grill location absolutely deserves five stars. Every time I come here, the experience is consistently solid. The line moves quickly, the staff is organized and efficient, and the food always tastes like it was prepared with care. I ordered a burrito bowl this time, and everything from the rice to the chicken was seasoned perfectly. The rice wasn’t mushy or dry—it had that perfect fluffy texture Chipotle is known for. The fresh cilantro and lime flavor really came through, setting a great base for the rest of the bowl. What I really enjoy about this Chipotle is how clean and well-maintained the dining area is. Even during busy times, the tables get wiped down fast and the staff keeps the place looking sharp. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a great stop for a quick meal that still feels satisfying and filling. The portions are generous, and you can customize everything exactly how you want it. Whether you’re grabbing takeout, dining in, or ordering ahead, this location delivers consistently great food and dependable service. Definitely a go-to spot when you want something fast but still fresh and flavorful. Five stars all the way.
Place an order with Uber eats and order came with no utensils or napkins. Was not delivered to a residence but to a place of work a retail store that was clearly listed on the address. You try to call the store and you can’t get anybody to speak on the phone they’re using AI And it keeps taking around than a circle saying there’s nobody to speak to someone could get back to you in a day or so.
The food is good. The management needs to keep one person on keeping the dining area clean. I was there last night and there was a broom with all the crap that swept up around it abandoned. Really??? The tables are NEVER clean. I will say in that respect you do feel like you are actually in Mexico!
Just reaching the end of my bowl, Thinking I’m eating a piece of lettuce, but it felt kind of off. Spitting the piece out which look like a piece of lettuce, opening it up and it ended up to be plastic that I Bit into Absolutely ridiculous.
I’d rather eat cat food…the meat is nasty. I’ve given this location 2 tries. The first time the quality of steak was awful & inedible. Fatty nasty chunks of “meat”. I don’t make fake reviews. This was disgusting…decided to try chicken next time & it was just as awful. If I never had chipotle before I would think every location was like this but I know better. Chipotle is delicious & this location is giving the brand a very very bad look & reputation. Avoid at all costs
This place is absolutely disgusting. Overflowing garbage, dirty tables. Trash on the floor. Hands down the worst Chipotle experience ever. The food was OK but you have to question the entire sanitary condition.
This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited this location three times, and every experience was worse than the last. Twice I came in around 6 p.m. and they were already out of sofritas, low on chicken, and the beans looked dry and nearly empty. On top of that, they were asking customers for exact change only if paying cash—if you didn’t have exact change or a card, you couldn’t order at all. Completely unacceptable. The customer service is subpar. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations with friendly, helpful staff—this is not one of them. The employees here were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. I also placed an online order once, and when I picked it up, the food was barely portioned, thrown together carelessly, and looked extremely unappetizing. I brought it back to the restaurant to have it remade, very inconvenient. My final visit was the breaking point. I ordered sofritas for my son (which they didn’t have), so I got him rice and beans. I ordered my own bowl with double meat, and because it was piled high, I asked for sour cream, pico, guacamole, and corn salsa on the side to avoid a mess. At the register, the employee incorrectly rang it up as a veggie meal and refused to listen when I explained the sides were for my chicken bowl. Instead of correcting the mistake, they argued with me. I walked out and left the food. Chipotle corporate should seriously review this location. It is damaging the brand. Until major changes are made, I strongly advise people not to eat here. You will be grossly disappointed.
No food. Over an hour till closing. Was gonna get dies out beans, no brown rice no white rice. No steak. Offered three pieces of the dry steak. Barely any chicken for a bowl. Close some locations if they can’t keep up with demand. :/
This place is absolutely ridiculous. That is why I will leave this big review . Hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Everything looked filthy—from the glass by the food, the containers, the floors, to the kitchen area. It was extremely unappetizing and unsanitary. The customer service was just as bad. I ordered a kids quesadilla and was told they didn’t have it. I then asked if I could get a large quesadilla instead, and the employee responded that they “don’t sell big ones,” which made no sense at all. When it was time to pay, the cashier struggled to give me change because she didn’t have singles. She asked a manager for help, and although the manager said “give me a minute,” she completely ignored her afterward and stayed on her phone. The entire experience was unbelievable. Whoever is responsible for managing this location is clearly failing. This place could have many more customers if it were run properly, but with conditions and service like this, I would not recommend it to anyone.
Food was all cold, and thrown into a bowl Restaurant had napkins, food , and plastic utensils all over the floor. None of the tables looked like they’ve never been cleaned. This place needs a good cleaning and much better management. Hate to write all of this, but something is seriously wrong here.
It always amazes me that management nor corporate have ever looked at this place. It’s just total filth. The garbage cans are always overflowing. Soda and beverage supplies are always out. Garbage blowing across the parking lot. If they weren’t cooking infront of me I probably wouldn’t eat here. Just a bunch of kids working…which I get…but where is the supervision?
11/18/2025; 7:30pm Probably the WORST Chipotle I’ve been to. I waited on a long line for about 10 minutes—staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Just as I was getting closer, a customer who was already at the register decided to let her friend cut the entire line and place a full order. The employee allowed it, even though several of us were still waiting. Completely unfair and unacceptable.
I visited Chipotle and attempted to pay with two gift cards, which was the only payment method I had. When I explained this at the register, the cashier looked confused and didn’t know what to do. Another employee got involved, but still there was no solution. I stood at the counter for several minutes while they tried to figure it out, and no one called for a manager. Eventually, a man walked through with a Panera bag wearing a Chipotle shirt, and I stopped him to ask if he was the manager. He said yes, but he hadn’t even been told about my situation. When I explained, his response was simply that the gift card system “sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t,” and that it wasn’t his problem, it was Chipotle’s. I suggested putting up a sign so customers know before ordering, but he brushed it off without any concern. In the end, they told me to just take the food, but by then it was cold and unappetizing. The whole experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable that the system can be down for weeks, staff aren’t trained on what to do, and customers are left embarrassed at the register. I hope Chipotle addresses this issue and provides better communication and accountability at this location.
Portions at this location are never consistent. One day you get a decent amount, the next it feels like a joke—like literally 5-6 pieces of corn as a topping. The flavor is just as unpredictable—sometimes it has seasoning or salt, sometimes it’s completely bland. It honestly feels like it depends on the day of the week and who’s working. Missing toppings, small portions, and just overall sloppy execution. For $16 (+ drink + chips), you’d expect a decent amount of food. But more often than not, it feels like you’re not getting your money’s worth. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and it’s just disappointing. I really wish management would take customer feedback seriously.
I have always enjoyed dining at this Chipotle, and today I was particularly impressed by a young African descent gentleman who assisted me when I arrived to pick up my online order. There were two guys and he was the one closer to the register. Wish I would have gotten his name. He was courteous and helpful, and I truly appreciated his service. It’s was around 4:20pm. However, when I got home to enjoy the meal with my daughter, our experience took a shocking and distressing turn. While eating, my daughter suddenly screamed in pain, held her cheek, and began coughing. To my horror, she spit out a small battery that was in her food. This could have resulted in a serious choking hazard or even poisoning had she swallowed it. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by this incident. I would like to know what steps Chipotle will take to prevent this from happening to other customers. Please address this matter urgently!!
I bought a Sofritas bowl today, I walked in and ask for bowl with sofritas. I see a chicken piece in my bowl that was mixed up in Sofritas. I am vegetarian, this can not be acceptable, cooks should be aware and make sure they are carefully not to mix up the vegetarian and meat food. Management should be cautious and educate the staff please.
