I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your team members, Michael, for his outstanding hospitality. From the moment we sat down, Michael greeted us with a genuine smile and brought us everything we needed before we even had to ask. He checked on our dining experience, even though Shake Shack isn’t a full-service restaurant, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. When we were leaving, he kindly said goodbye, leaving us with such a positive impression. As a hospitality professor, I can confidently say that Michael exemplifies the true “hospitality spirit.” His kindness wasn’t something scripted or forced through training, it was authentic, effortless, and sincere. In today’s world, where genuine care for others can be rare, especially in fast-casual settings without tips, Michael stands out as someone who serves with heart. I sincerely hope the company recognizes his contribution. Employees like him are not only valuable to Shake Shack, but also to the entire hospitality industry. I truly believe Michael is an asset worth nurturing and supporting as he continues to grow in his career.

I have never had a bad shack experience but yesterday at the Nanuet NY location was the best one I’ve had! We ordered pickup and changed to dine in at the counter. The entire staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer from the minute we walked through the door to the minute we walked out! Well done you guys were GREAT! Michael was especially helpful

Michael right off the bat greeted us at the door and made sure our meal was perfect, checking in multiple times over our stay. This service would be excellent at a sit down restaurant but to have it at a fast food place is unreal. 10 stars.

It was an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and attentive to every customer that came in including myself they came up and offered additional items like napkins and condiments. They were very fast and the food tasted great and looked appealing. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of indoor and out door seating as well!

New shake shack with very nice staff. Came on a Wednesday afternoon and staff brought the trays to the table. Fries were good and was excited to have the vegan chocolate shake made with NotMilk.. It was super good! Everything was clean, including the gendered bathrooms. ADA accessible ramp to enter and one large ADA restroom with grab bars.

Everything was delicious! I especially loved their chocolate milkshake. It was the perfect consistency. Not too thick that couldn’t be sucked through the straw but not too liquid-y either. It was our first time at this location. Half of our party went to find a table and the rest of us stood there waiting for our food. We didn’t realize they actually take it to your table. The server walked right by us. My only feedback would be to let people know if you see them just standing there. Other than that though great experience. Clean location, including the bathrooms.

Shake Shack wins a lifetime customer—this was the spot a few years ago where my daughter had her very first cheeseburger, and let’s just say… she didn’t leave a crumb behind. Serious toddler approval.

To be frank, this restaurant was my second choice, and it was towards the end of the night. It was my first experience with the Shake Shack, so I was slow to order . While I am figuring out my $85.00 dollar order. I hear someone yelling behind the grill station, " HURRY UP YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES." There were several comments of the same nature during my visit towards other clients walking through the doors. With that said, the burgers were delicious, and the cheese fries were the best I ever tasted . In addition, they're chicken sandwiches, and nuggets were better than most fast food restaurants that I have been to. Because of the pressure I felt, I forgot to order drinks, which I did at the register. Conveniently located on route 59 with plenty of parking .

The food is always delicious and the customer service is very friendly, and they actually greet you when you arrive with eco-friendly packaging for food. However, I have to take off two stars because, the food is just so expensive, the site is glitchy and the food is not ready by pick up time. Therefore, if your hungry than your struck waiting for your food despite the fact that they already charged your card and you ordered in advance. The only way I can justify the prices, is using their deals on their website so I can get one of my items is free. It's worth it, if you get one of their deals, where you get a free item for 10 dollar minimum because I have used it, to get a two delicious burgers for the price of one and than your actually full after your meal because one burger is just not enough to fill you when your hungry because the portions are very small so I recommend if you go there try their big shack which will fill you with one meal or use their other deals where you can now try different burgers for the price of one burger. However, they need to improve their site and make certain that food ordered in advance is ready by the pick up time because, it's just too expensive for your card to be immediately charged and you still have to wait for your food.
