I love this place. They take design your own pizza to whole new level. Varying sizes of pizza and unlimited toppings you can be a gourmet or a gourmand. My favorite toppings would have to be the artichoke hearts, feta and asiago. Finish it off with a little buffalo sauce and we have perfection. The Napa Mod have the nicest and friendliest people working there. The No Name Cake is pretty delicious as well. My husband and I come here often to have pizza and play a game. We will be the ones playing Hive or Cosmic Wimpout.

Had a great time. The staff working is amazing (sorry I did not get there names) but from the pizza making process to following up on our orders we were very impressed. I definitely recommend MOD and we will be coming here more often.

This place is amazing from the service to the food! MOD Pizza has a great verity of sauces and toppings to choose from. They are spacious, kid friendly and have clean restrooms. I highly recommend it to the pizza lovers!

While the food, service, and atmosphere all get five stars from me, Mod Pizza overall gets a 2/5 for me. I'm from the Midwest, and "assembly line" pizza is nothing novel in my book. The crust is similar to that of a Chicago Tavern style pizza (cracker thin and charred on the bottom), while the toppings and cheese were very similar in quality and flavor to Casey's Pizza (pizza shop with a gas station/truck stop attached). Unfortunately, when I get a cracker thin crust, I expect the sauce and cheese to get spread all the way to the edge of the crust. The only thing that set MOD apart was how quickly the pizza was made when ordered inside, though I suspect that's not really an important factor in competition with other pizza joints since online ordering is a big thing. Ultimately, I see MOD as nothing more than an overpriced California attraction that may seem novel to Californians, but is nothing new to Midwesterners.

I've consistently had bad experiences at this MOD location over the past several years, which is such a shame because I love the MOD pizza and salad concept and would come here much more often if not for the problems. I think it is due to the quality of management which trickles down to staff attitude. I've gotten food poisoning a few times from them due to poor sanitary practices. They have closed the bathroom hours before closing time for alleged cleaning when they are obviously not cleaning the bathroom and obviously everyone should wash their hands before eating and may need to use the toilet as well. Staff openly rolling their eyes at customers despite consistently tipping a couple dollars for a job that should not be tipped demonstrates a management and hiring problem.

Editing my review because they used to make better pizzas. They took care of customers and cared about the quality of pizza they put out. But now .... A little cheese - just in the middle? Put that S@$# towards the crust for a better tasting pizza! Don't be lazy, spread it around. I asked for "lite sauce, heavy pineapple" and all I see is pesto. (Refer to 1st photo for reference of how it used to be.) I wish they still put the pesto sauce on using the spoon with the holes in it. Ever since they switched to a squeeze bottle, they put way too much on. And for asking for lots of pineapple, it has hardly any on here. It's only one topping guys. Come on. What's your problem? Or, put more spaces in your app to write so we don't have to get creative with the wording and we can be more clear. It tasted "ok", but it doesn't make me want to come back. I don't feel appreciated as a customer anymore. I wish I hadn't have pre-tipped them.

66!!! Cloves of garlic in my salad. I ate several cloves already before my breath started a small napkin fire. Thankfully I had a delicious milkshake to put out the overwelming garlic-ness. After the smoke subsided I started to extract and count all the garlic left in the salad. Yes. In the photo is the remaining 66 cloves of garlic. I’m not sure how many I did have but I believe I already have my annual garlic consumption maxed out. Be warned.

Everything about this place scares me. I'm actually surprised that I didn't get sick from the pizza. From the girl making my pizza playing like she was going to feed her coworker straight from the sauce ladell. To the staff acting like children building pizza box towers not to mention trash and food on the floor behind the counter. Trash bins full, over flowing and no one caring. One of the workers looked like she just rolled out of bed still in her pajamas. The only thing good was the taste of the ingredients. I am truly scared for my stomach to return.

Ordered from Mod to get a cauliflower pizza. Pizza was burnt and cheese was missing. Maddy cheese pizza had minimum cheese on it and was cold. Very disappointed!
