It hasn't been open long. The boneless steaks are delicious. I recommend the mild salsa, garlic parmesan, and BBQ. Draft beer with chamoy and sesame seeds. Great music, and the waiters and waitresses are delightful. Delicious 😋

They're pet-friendly, which is a big plus. The food quality is good; they have classic options with fairly large portions, delicious side dishes, and interesting drinks. The views from the terrace are beautiful and peaceful. The service leaves a bit to be desired, as they seem to be lazy to serve you and take a long time to arrive.

The service is good, except there are a lot of young waiters playing around instead of waiting on the tables. The packages they have are really good value for money, and the atmosphere is super family-friendly and super comfortable for watching sports. The only bad thing 🙅‍♂️ are the sauces, which are too vinegary. BUT I DO RECOMMEND THE PLACE!!!! Their packages are truly EXCELLENT!!!👍👍

The food was generally good, especially the drinks and fries. However, I had a bad experience with the service: they forgot my burger, which was exactly what I was going to eat. I think the mistake was the waiter's, since he didn't double-check the order, and two people served us in a somewhat disorganized way. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I decided not to order it. I appreciate that the head chef came over to apologize, but it's definitely an area they need to improve: more customer service and better coordination.

From the times I've gone, the chicken is a little dry, like it needs more sauce, but I stopped going after the last time I ordered takeout and they gave me burnt boneless chicken with almost no sauce. The next day I went and they made them again without any problem, but they definitely need to improve their food preparation.

As can be seen in the photo, the food is far from what is presented on the menu. As for the service, the constant "it needs something" from the waiters to encourage consumption is annoying. The waiters look like they've just graduated from high school, because they spend their time playing games instead of doing relevant restaurant work. The wings are very low in protein (mostly bone). The audio on the screens is out of sync with the game being shown.

The service was a complete disappointment. The food was good, but not delicious, just good. I expected more. The service was subpar. My family and I waited over 30 minutes for our order (it was a small order). They brought food first to tables that arrived after us. They also took a very long time to return my change. I definitely wouldn't return.

Soy locataria y casi siempre consumo comida de la plaza pero siempre que intento marcar a los números que tiene aquí nunca contestan y desde mi local veo como ignoran la llamada ya van muchas veces que lo hacen y la verdad que horrible es estar lidiando con este tipo de cosas, no puedo dejar mi local por mucho tiempo así que por eso tengo esta opción de marcar y solo pasar cuando esté listo pero así imposible pedir cuando ignoran las llamadas.

Acudi el sábado 14 de diciembre y pésimo sabor de boca, casi 1 hora en recibir mi pedido en mesa y los meseros no te atienen por estar jugando en la cocina, otra media hora para que apareciera el mesero para pedir la cuenta.....

Me la pasé vomitando hoy y el fulano me arde hasta la corona de tremenda diarrea, olían pasadas las Alitas Ruffles que pedí y cometí el grave error de confiar, estoy muy arrepentido de haberlas comido, en mi vida vuelvo a comer en ése lugar en ninguna de sus ubicaciones.

The food was just okay. But the service was terrible. There were hardly any other customers, and all the waiters were sitting at a table laughing and chatting away. You have to whistle to get their attention, and even then, they're reluctant. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place.

Terrible. You walk in and nobody greets you. Supposedly it has a great review on Instagram, and the service should be top-notch, but no way. Only one guy noticed and helped me right away. I waited for over 10 minutes for them to come over and nothing. When I finally got up, they started helping me, but it was still awful. And the management was nowhere to be seen. Lately, I've been very disappointed in this mall; there are very few establishments that offer genuine hospitality.

What a disappointment! At this branch, we arrived at 8:30 pm and they were already out of draft beer and lemons, and the waiter only appeared three times because of a game. The Louisiana wings were incredibly salty, and apparently that's how the recipe is supposed to be. It's a shame they've gone downhill in quality.

The service is the most deplorable I’ve ever seen in my life… I’ve had better service at the tacos del metro… the food is the same, despite the chain standing out for quality and prices being among the highest in its segment, this particular branch makes the food served at Burger King look better, I really don’t know who they have as district manager here but whoever they have must be very terrible at their job, it’s really preferable that they don’t open these types of branches with deplorable service and burn the brand than wanting to open something stupid like alsea, not caring about customer service, cold food, warm beer, the waiters like very much they sent me to work for the Bendi’s pension, this is deplorable who do they have as hire, and the branch manager doesn’t even have his lights out, the waiters take ages and are on a whim as if they’ve smoked weed, you have to whistle or yell to get them to look at you, don’t sit outside or you’ll be three times late and lastly… In case the district manager of that branch reads this, change your chicken supplier... seriously... apart from the fact that the portions are miserable, it won't take long for someone to get salmonella, seriously, but seriously the supplier is a crying shame. They give you wings or boneless chicken with more meat at Soriana than there for a quarter of what you pay.

Terrible service from the manager, Jonathan. Upon arrival, he told us the wait time between taking our order and serving was 50 minutes, which we agreed to, thinking they would move us to one of the available tables on the terrace. MISTAKE! They kept us waiting at the door for 30 minutes, according to them because they were releasing Uber orders, and even though we stood in the middle of the entrance, they ignored us the entire time and turned their backs on us as if we weren't there. Instead, a guy they said was a new hire was busily waiting tables and cleaning, and he was the one who wanted to let us in, but the manager kept telling him no (on two occasions this happened). There were more people behind us saying the same thing... they were told we had to wait 50 minutes but weren't given a table. I hope Wingstop selects its managers better; service-mindedness and good customer service are something Jonathan definitely lacks.
