Io ogni volta che mi trovo a passare da quelle parti a pranzo mi fermo sempre, il pranzo di lavoro è ottimo sia x il cibo (classico cibo casalingo) che x il prezzo, luogo carino, personale simpatico (come sentirsi a casa) e soprattutto sono veloci nel servizio, in più ce un parcheggio enorme che x noi camionisti non è da sottovalutare, l'unica pecca è l'ingresso/uscita dal parcheggio x immettersi sulla statale, comunque una cosa che si risolverà a breve visto la nuova rotatoria in costruzione. Che dire la consiglio vivamente provare x credere

Situato in un posto strategico sulla SP236 accoglie decine di persone per il pranzo e la cena … può capitare di dover attendere una decina di minuti per avere un tavolo perché soprattutto dalle 12 alle 12:30 c’è pieno, ma sono molto veloci nel servizio quindi l’attesa è veramente minima. È una tipica trattoria, quindi niente Mise en Place da ristorante stellato ma il bello di questo posto è anche questo, la sua semplicità! Il servizio come dicevo è veloce, cordiale e molto disponibile. I piatti sono davvero buoni e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Qui trovi davvero un pranzo di lavoro fatto bene, le pietanze servite sono sempre di qualità e cucinate con dovizia di maestria. Se siete in transito verso Mantova da Brescia o viceversa, vale la pena programmare la sosta.

Excellent food, although the space is not impressive. Fast and impeccable service. It has a specific menu and everything we ate was impeccable. Family business probably because they take great care to leave everyone happy. We were going further and had to stop to eat and it was an excellent choice. Economical and honest everything we ate.
A very good business lunch, exceeding expectations (the bucatini alla amatriciana). The bread was also good, though the buttered carrots were a little less so (too tough). The grilled chicken was also good.

"Where you see trucks, you eat well and plentifully!" And so it is!! Excellent trattoria with excellent dishes and ample truck parking. The menu offers limited choices, changes daily, but whatever you choose, you're guaranteed a great meal!!! The business lunch menu costs €12 and includes: first course, second course, side dish, and drinks. The tiramisu in the photo is extra, but it's definitely worth it!!! Highly recommended!!!
Excellent restaurant with plenty of space for trucks! I paid €15 with an extra ¼ cup of wine; otherwise, I'd have paid €13! You can choose from about four different starters, main courses, and side dishes!

If you see the trucks, you can't go wrong. Generous portions of both first and second courses. A choice of four or four, tasty side dishes. A business lunch is €12 and the place is spacious. Recommended for the Brescia-Mantua route. PS. It's also been on TV.

Apparently, it's not entirely true that the food is good where there are truck drivers. In short, a somewhat dry, somewhat unmixed cacio e pepe pasta dish, with cheese that we Emilians call "scapin" (a kind of scapin), even though I love flavorful cheeses. A first course, side dish, and a quarter of wine for €13 isn't exactly cheap, considering that on the Romagna Riviera you can find excellent menus for €15 with a first course, second course, side dish, water, and wine...
Daily menu 12 euros...I only asked for a salad because I'm celiac...they charged me 17 😟....
They forgot to bring me the wine I ordered, the tortelli weren't great, and the sauce wasn't sambuca like I asked for.
Following in Chef Rubio's footsteps, I've been wanting to stop at this truck stop for a while. The place is no longer directly accessible from the highway like it was a few years ago, but it still has a large parking lot, suitable for truckers. The place is very austere and simple, without frills and clean, the staff is helpful, and the service is fast. For a €13 menu, you'll leave feeling full, but you have to be generous. The quantity is there, but the variety and quality of the dishes are a bit less so. The menu offers limited choices, and I've often found the ingredients to be subpar. The lasagna is essentially a multilayered pasta dish, the tortellini are discount-style with butter and speck, and beans and onions straight from the can to the plate. The main courses, however, are good: the skewer is acceptable, and the gorgonzola cheeseburger is a success.
I went because I saw the truckers show in the restaurant, and I didn't experience what I saw on TV. The appetizer was nice, the first course, tagliatelle with mushrooms, was forgettable, and the second course, the meat was a bit tough and greasy. The price was average.
Locale scaduto in qualità dai tempi d'oro di Rubbio....non vale i 13 € del costo. Operai sfamati con paste abbondanti per sopperire alla qualità. Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente.
Per me potrebbe anche chiudere subito non lo ricordo come sono stato stasera addirittura mi hanno fatto pagare un euro in più perché ho cambiato gli spaghetti con le penne ma il sugo era sempre quello... solo da ridere non tornerò mai più anche a costo di saltare la cena ciao
Cold place, plain pasta, steak, beans, half a glass of water, terrible coffee, total €16.00 for dinner, it's been years since we stopped.
