Foci Spina Nebbiuno Reviews
Delicious pizza with any dough. Friendly staff. A must-try when I'm in Vergante.
Are you close to Arona or Stresa? It's well worth the detour... A super friendly team, impeccable service, pasta cooked al dente (you choose your type of pasta and you choose your sauce) or superb pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. Really far from the tourist clichés of the area, you will not be disappointed. A little tip, remember to book... There are parking spaces to park, the terrace is under zenzafree to limit the problem of mosquitoes if you prefer to eat outside.
A quaint restaurant where you can always be sure of good food. The friendly staff and impeccable service are perhaps more popular with locals than tourists, making it a rarity. In addition to the varied menu featuring seafood and meat, it also offers excellent pizza with a variety of doughs. I love the charcoal dough.
There were three of us for dinner, and we ordered two carbonara dishes and one with zucchini and shrimp: everything was truly delicious! We ate outside, in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, without a single mosquito. The young and enthusiastic waiters were kind, helpful, and welcoming. A simple but perfect experience, I would definitely recommend it!
Spectacular pizza, impressive in every way: good, easy-to-digest dough, perfectly cooked, and generous amounts of top-quality toppings. Prices are good; I even got free limoncello (when do you get that these days?). It's hard to find such quality and friendly service, but luckily there are still some places like this out there!
A very nice and relaxed pizzeria where many locals eat. The restaurant is also open for lunch, but pizza is only available in the evening (the wood-fired oven is only fired up in the evening). Pizza can also be ordered for takeout. The pizzas are perfectly thin with a light and fluffy crust, baked right next to the open fire in the wood-fired oven – what more could you want? They use the best ingredients and prepare a wide variety of pizzas. They also offer a selection of fresh pasta with various sauces – very tasty – but their main focus remains on pizza. They also have a good selection of beers and wines. The staff and servers are very friendly and happy to answer any questions.
Delicious wood-fired pizzas, Neapolitan style, a good beer selection, and all at a reasonable price. The service was impeccable, and the coffee was good. After trying four restaurants in Meina, only to find them all closed, what a joy and surprise it was to find this one open in the next town over!
Local Pizza shop. Great pizzas and a quiet local atmosphere.
Delicious pizzas and chianti. Quaint, unassuming local place a little off the beaten track. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would go back.
Great pizza at competitive prices in an off-the-path location. Quiet in weekdays. Friendly service.
As usual, I stopped in without a reservation, just randomly. The place has excellent parking. The place has an outdoor dining area and an outdoor patio. I asked the waiter (I had lunch on Easter Monday) if there was room for two outside, and luckily he still had a table. They were very quick with the orders, and I gave in to the temptation of the pizza with fried seafood. After four hours of riding, hand washing is a must, and that makes me appreciate the cleanliness of the bathroom. The pizza arrived, and it was excellent, with crispy edges and well-cooked fried seafood, just how I like it. The prices are fair and the staff is professional, so I can say I had a great time. Highly recommended!
Best pizza ever
Pizza at Foci Spina was great, some interesting toppings other than the traditional. Staff are attentive and helpful. The last time I visited they were busy and took a little longer but they can’t be faulted.
A cute place with both indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff. Excellent value. The pizza is worth trying, including gluten-free options, but the food is also worth it. Last time we ordered the meat option, it didn't disappoint. Plenty of parking; I recommend booking in the summer, especially on weekends.
Lunch menu. The place is spacious but the lighting is cold and dim. The suckling pig in tuna sauce is tasteless, three thin slices, and the sauce is unclear. The baked potatoes are good. The girls are friendly, but too few to handle a crowded place. I prefer pizza in the evening.
