Service was quick and friendly. Our waiter was attentive with a great attitude. The food came in large portions. My wife and I order the 1/2 sampler, shrimp and grits, and a full salad (splitting it all) - and we only ate about 1/2 of everything - taking the rest home. We were there on a Friday evening and there was a man playing jazz music in the bar area. Seating was open outside but only 1 couple was there. I would go back.

I've done take out before but this was my first dine in visit. The food is excellent. Friday night there was live music in the bar. The atmosphere could use a little sprucing up I thought. Service was great. For dinner and drinks the price was reasonable. I go for the smoked salmon salad. Yum

We've been dining here for years. Great food and service. The BBQ shrimp are my favorite, but I also love the catfish and smoked salmon. The free corn bread appetizer is delicious 😋

Food and service are very good! The burgers and pastrami sandwiches use a good grade of meat. The blacken chicken sandwich with sweet potatoe fries is one of my favorites. Bar area is great if you want to watch various sporting events. Definitely worth a try!

Yesterday, we had a retirement lunch here for 20 people. Everything was delicious, the service was nice and I feel this place is underrated. I encourage you to try them out.

Very good food. We usually order takeout but the 3 times we've eaten here we've had excellent service. Not much in the way of ambiance or decor but if you want great food and great service at a reasonable price you should check it out. Highly recommend the Benedicts, biscuits and gravy, sweet cakes, okra, and definitely try the crawfish tails, catfish basket, and hush puppies.

Very friendly and fast service. Momo and Nacho are like family. We have been coming here for years and the food is hearty helpings and so good! Natalie runs a solid ship here and the culture she has created is unbeatable. (I recommend the hash and eggs and it comes with large pancakes.) The jambalaya for dinner is great.

The “PO boy” sandwich is bomb! I love the Secret Garden omelette for breakfast. The gumbo soup is 🔥. I love the music on weekends at night sometimes and bar with mimosas. The staff is always amazing. Natalie the owner is outstanding and truly cares. The hosts get your drinks right away which I love. Presley is an awesome host and always well put together along with many of the others.

My first time here and I love this place. I spent three months in New Orleans and the cooking here is on par with what I had there. They even made a special dish for me and did it very well. My server, Arianna, was wonderful and has a personality that makes everyone feel welcome and relaxed. I will return with my family!

Fried catfish with fries are off the chain! Fish is three nice size and crispy crunch pieces. Tartar sauce tastes homemade. French fries, I was hurting myself. I had to make another to go. Hubby had chili, which was also delicious 😋. I wanted to order that as well, but that was just gluttony. However, his chili had a handful of onions and tomatoes and seasoned to perfection. 👌 It did have some mild spicey kick to it, and it was the mild chili. But I kept eating a little of his chili that was seasoned to perfection as well as my fish and fries. It was like being in New Orleans. The waiter was helpful in what to order and social but quick about catering to the other customers, which is good. My hat off to the Chef 👨‍🍳 Didn't have any special drinks, I drank water instead. The price $$ is reasonable for what you order. Bathrooms were clean, and they made sure the tables were cleaned off once customers left, as well as floors were swept. The atmosphere was quiet and low-key plating oldies music. It was in the evening, around 5 or 6, on a Friday. It was my first time going and will be back. KB

Just finished, wish I took a better picture but I was already done with desert! I had the catfish it was yummy, and we finished it off with mud pie!!! This place has good food with good flavors!!!! The service was 5 star special thanks and shout out to our waiter Alejandro…. He was great, attentive, and made the over all experience better!!!! Definitely would come here again!

Amazing friendly service by Nacho - Ignacio and team! Best fettuccini dish I've ever had (Cajun Shrimp Fettuccini) since I like spicy foods!

This place tries really hard and does a surprisingly excellent job most of the time on all three categories -- food, service and atmosphere. This is a New Orleans Mardi Gras themed restaurant and bar, very well staffed and appointed, with a diverse variety of menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and very good at customizing them to meet dietary requirements and preferences. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone

This Clementines is one of my dad’s favorite restaurants in town! His health has made it difficult to come in so we often pick up food to go so he can eat it at home. The service here is always so helpful, accommodating, and on point! Today is his 80th birthday and they were able to give him a birthday beignet with a sweet birthday message. It really meant a lot to me and him. That kind of service should never be taken for granted! Thank you so much for always being there for us!

'Hit or 'Miss?' Dinner: We just found this place, one Friday evening and gave it a whirl. First off, six p.m., table for two, no wait on a Friday night. There was live blues that night too and they weren't horrible. It was enjoyable. We sat in the dining room, but could hear the music from the bar area just fine. As for the food...read on. The first thing that I noticed were the pre-Brandon prices; so far so good. Then our waiter, Ethan, said they had crayfish etoufffee. He had me at crayfish. Now I am not from the south, but I've spent several years down there working in the Gulf of Mexico, and Clementine's is no Black's Oyster House in Abbeville, LA., but this is not a common dish out here on the left coast either so I was all in. We had this and the catfish dinner and neither disappointed! Our appetizer was quite good as well. My wife doesn't particularly appreciate catfish like I do, but this one she did. This is the only Clementine's I found out here and we found it to be a 'Hit.' The service was quite good and the food served was very flavorful and true to the southern ways. It isn't the south, but for what it is Clementine's is a hit for us! Thanks guys, we enjoyed our evening with y'all and even went back for breakfast which is another review.

Love this local restaurant/bar. Everyone from the owner, to the bar tenders and all of the staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive. I love prime rib Wednesdays and Fridays. Great place to enjoy some live music on Fridays in the bar area also.!!!

Was really happy with my breakfast! I got the California Benedict with no bacon and an avocado toast; I'm from the south and we don't always get good avocados so I felt very spoiled. Service was really nice and I felt very comforted by the COVID regulations here. Definitely would come back when I visit the area again especially since it was so close to the hotel.

Wanted brunch but arrived too late. Ended up trying their shrimp jambalaya. So good. Flavorful. The glutton in me wanted more. Servers are sweet and attentive. There is an amazing hot sauce made by Palo Alto fire fighters. Try it. Delicious and locally made. It sits on every table. Probably poured 2/3rds of it all over my apps and entree. Coming here again for certain.

Clementine’s was clean. The staff was attentive & adequately friendly. Plenty of parking here. The food was delicious. The rate was a little high…but maybe worth it for the Quality of food & service. There is a bar also inside.

We LOVE this place! Fun vibe (live music on Fri and Sat) and delicious breakfast and dinner options! For breakfast I go for the smoked salmon Benedict ( smoked in house) and my husband loves their French toast. Dinner is often their fish and chips ( light battered FRESH cod and I order the sweet potato fries as an option to go with it). My husband often chooses something from their weekly specials. Last time he got the smoked pork chop-yum! And they do these great spicy ( not too spicy) fried green beans which is our favorite appetizer. I don't usually like green beans, but these are delish! Servers are SO good too. Be sure to say,hi to Nacho!

First time coming to this location; very good breakfast. I had the omelette. White toast, hot chocolate, and orange juice were all cooked to my liking. The server was new, but she was there frequently. Would definitely come back again

We have been here multiple times during last 18 months. We liked it before, but with a new management they are renocating the interior, and added new dishes to the nenu. The service is absolutely great, the portions are generous and the food is tasty, while the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended, especially during the week when there are less guests.

There's just something magical about Clementine's. I visit a friend in San Ramon often and one time driving by I said hey what about that place? She said I went there one time a long time ago and really don't remember. I suggested we go try it and wow, we've been back frequently breakfast lunch and dinner they do a great job there. If you're looking for something different, you're looking for fresh Cajun style breakfast lunch or dinner you definitely want to go check out Clementine's. The last time we went there for breakfast we split an order of jambalaya and had them put fried eggs on top which turned out to be a great recipe for a Sunday morning. Whether you're going there for breakfast lunch or dinner you're sure to be pleased with hot, fresh, tasty Cajun style food You can't find anywhere else. If you're a fried green tomatoes fan, or you like fresh beignets you definitely have to check out Clementine's. I would highly recommend you stop in if you haven't been there. The wait staff are amazing, the decor and ambience is very friendly and comforting, the food is fresh, the kitchen is fast and they're very attentive, highly recommend.

Stopped at where the Bayou meets the Bay for a taste of my where my friend calls home. He was not impressed with the food. I was happy with the taste of the fried green tomatoes but the price is step at $3 a slice. The sluricane was phenomenal and my friend enjoyed his hurricane.

I came here for team Breakfast and it was also my first time here. I like the vibe of the restaurant, the waitress was really nice, she did her job pretty well, the only thing is that she forgot 2 things when we asked her for it but she was nice and apologized for forgetting it. I got the chicken and waffles and it was really good. My co workers got the coffee there and they seem to really like it. I’m not a coffee person. I would definitely recommend this place to any one. Food is good and service is good, plus the vibe.

Really enjoyed a taste of N’Orleans here. Had dinner with my family of 12 and they accommodated us no problem. If you’re looking for a bit of comfort food with a low key atmosphere this is the place to be. The food was great. Service was friendly and the price couldn’t be beat! We went here because pricing and parking was much better than Bishop Ranch. Will come again soon!

First time going and had the most terrific time! The food was so delicious and fresh. I had the fried okra (fried to perfection ), and the fried green tomatoes were just right, not too green, not too ripe, or overly oily! Just RIGHT! like back HOME in TEXAS! and not to mention the music! And our waitress...She was so amazing, attentive, and on top of things even though she was crazy busy! Bless her heart! We will make this place one of our places❤!

Starting with the warm corn breads… it was a good experience… good service too! Shrimp Etouffee was great but the Jambalaya was a bit bland… added a tiny bit of salt myself and it was tasty. The Jambalaya at Baci in Pleasanton is much better. Other dishes were nice. I heard their breakfast is nice but never been there during breakfast. May be next time. Either way, we will go back.

Food was so good. Service was koo but we had a new waitress who really tried. Atmosphere could've been more southern as the name and menu. Maybe the music, decor, lighting? Idk. Free Cornbread was bomb.

C
Christopher Calhoun (StarLord / Andron)

Diverse menu with many Southern or NOLA items like catfish, jambalaya, grits, shrimp, etc. along with American comfort standards and breakfast served all day. Small beer selection, though friendly, attentive staff who checked on our group often and cleared the plates whenever anyone finished. Food and portions were reasonable for the price. I'd come back to try more things. Large shaded parking lot was more than adequate for our visiting car club. We dined inside though they had outdoor seating. Staff wore masks but didn't require guests to use them.

Friendly staff, tasty food. The chicken burrito was good and not too spicy, at least for me... a coworker thought it was spicy, so what can I say? I would eat there again.

We ate there on Sunday morning. The food was good. I was more impressed with the hostess and wait staff. Morgan was our server and she was great. She was polite, friendly and attentive. The hostess sat us AND asked us for our drink order…I wondered if that was a lost trait. When service is seeming to go down hill a lot of places, I was Pleasantly surprised that Clementine seems to have a great group of younger staff that may be well versed in stellar customer service. Well done!

Overall great place to eat. My only concern is which chef is cooking the fried catfish 🤔 I prefer the catfish crispy yet tender vrs tender and not crispy?? So it can be a hit or miss depending on the 🍳cook. Overall a great place to eat. I rather spend my money 💰 buying real food vrs that fast food junk that's surrounded by this sweet gym of a place.

K
Kirsten Sims-Shaw

My food was fine, but my companions potatoes were overcooked. Not once did the waitress come by to ask if we needed anything. We had to flag her down to get coffee, syrup and napkins. And she put an item on the bill that we didn't order, rather than correcting it, she asked us to pay and she'd issue a refund after. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so there was no reason for the lack of good service. But with that being said, loved the Christmas decorations, and the bathroom was extremely clean. As was the dining area and bar.

There isn't that many places with good etoufee in the Bay area, Clementine is a good restaurant to get your fix. We had the jambalaya with shrimp, crawfish etoufee and a appetizer combo. Good portion size, good atmosphere. The jambalaya is slightly on the dry side, etoufee was good, I wished they had a dirty rice option. Definitely closer to home than NOLA.

Came here for a quick breakfast after checking out our hotel. Did not expect much but I enjoyed the fried oyster eggs benedict. Service was good but the decor could use some work. I would not mind coming again to visit to try more items on the menu.

A restaurant specializing in southern cooking which transports you to the southern hospitality as if you were in New Orleans, Louisiana. Lots of seating at the bar and many booths which translated to only waiting for about 10 minutes around 11AM on a Sunday morning for brunch. I ordered a Hash and eggs made with ground pastrami and 2 eggs on top which is called out on the menu as a favorite. For the choice of side, I chose 1/2 of a waffle. The hash and eggs came out perfect with the 2 eggs perfectly cooked over easy. Pastrami was on point and while the entire thing could have had some extra flavor, the variety of vinegar hot sauces elevated everything by quite a few notches. The waffle was ok but a little disappointing as it wasn't fluffy as I would have expected. My friend got the cajun trio which had an amazing gumbo, alright jambalaya, and a not very good crawfish étouffée. Service was quick and friendly and the overall environment is not very upscale but fits the vibe.

Evan Doerpinghaus

The restaurant has always been great but the prices have shot up dramatically. What would've been $10-20 per person is more like $30-50. The food is still fantastic and the servers are always cheerful but seeing the classic appetizer green tomatoes being $20 is a bit steep. You get 6 sliced fries tomatoes for $20 making each piece $3+. If you go between 3-6 then it's only $13 which is fine but $20 is so high. My partner and I got each an entree, one alcoholic and one soft drink, and 2 appetizers costs $100 before tip.

Great New Orleans-style restaurant for the whole family. If you like fried and spicy, this is your place. Chicken & Waffles were delicious. The fried chicken was lightly battered, spicy and crunchy. My only complaint is the size of the chicken was tiny! Waffle was perfect - little sweet and crispy. Fried catfish was good, but the fish strips themselves was on the thin side, more batter than fish. Cold Slaw was served in a condiment sized bowl, should be served twice the size. Friendly waitstaff. Can easily accommodate toddlers and kids with high chairs and free crayons and activity sheet on one side and kids menu on the other side. Came by often to refresh water and coffee and to check on how we are doing. Kids Menu has all the usual favorites - mac and cheese, hot dog and fries, pancakes, waffle, etc.Lots of fried with either meat or carbs. Wish Clementine's also had some healthy kids options - salad, veggies, fruit salad.

Love the Louisiana vibe. Food and decor all matched. The only thing I felt was out of place was the music. Granted I love 80's alternative music, but thinking blues would be a better choice to stick with theme.

We reserved the back part of resultant for a large party early Sunday morning. Only down side is it smelled like isopropyl alcohol but they let us open the back door to air it out even though it was cold outside. Food was amazing!

Nice place to get a taste of Louisiana in the bay. Good food and service with lotsa varieties for sea food. Some of the sandwich options were basic though and so wasn't too impressive. Interiors are decorated with a nice Mardi gras aesthetic. Plenty of parking nearby

We were a group of 15 DST HTCAC Sorority Sisters, all seniors. We were treated with patience, courtesy and respect. The food was so delicious (and maybe we were so hungry) we dove in before I could get the pics. I can tell you that we all enjoyed our meals. I liked the New Orleans Jazz theme they have...I did post some of those pics.

J

We sat down at 10:05AM and found that the overhead vent was blowing cold air. The music was playing, "We will, we will rock you." I went up to the receptionist and ask if she could turn off the air conditioning and change the music. She replied that I was the second person who said it was too cold. As for music, I suggested the need to play to their audience considering the majority of patrons were middle aged. Or, 40 and above. The music was changed and they turned off the air conditioning. On the positive, the food and service were good but the environment, not so much. We have been frequent patrons for several years and over time, your restaurant has become less comfortable. Rock music and cold air just didn't make it at 10:05AM.

D
Diane Kemsley

Had the fish and chips it was a bit bland not much flavor on the fish. Cajun fries were the same . I was expecting more being a Cajun restaurant. The jambalaya had a good flavor, nice spicy sausage. The bar was hoppin might go back for a cocktail. Our waitress was a young woman she was one of the best servers that we've had in a long time. Friendly personality helpful. She gets a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish I could remember her name so she gets propor credit.

A
Anthony E. White

The service was great and so was the atmosphere. The food however was not. The cornbread was stall the chicken was dry and the coleslaw lacked any real flavor. It's sad because I used to like coming here but it will be sometime before I do.

L
Laurel Ng

Food was decent. Service slow especially b/c there were only about 7 people eating due to the odd time of day (3:30). However they were very nice and attentive when they were there. The biggest issue is the decor. Torn seats, chipped paint, blinds w trim missing, just very dated and old looking. I love rock music from my era but not necessarily while I eat. It was a little loud but we could still talk, just not the right music for a restaurant. After watching enough episodes of those "restaurant rescue" shows, I would not go back b/c if the restaurant itself is in bad shape it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen

K
Kevin Amiri

I come here for breakfast on Saturdays sometime, not busy for the most part. Food is ok, servers are nice but they live in the kitchen area instead of serving customers especially if you arrive within an hour from opening. You wait for someone to come out of the back to seat you, if you seat yourself, they will never notice you are there. I had to call them on the phone to get service after seating myself (nobody came out after 3-4 minutes) waiting 17 minutes. They took the order, brought out the coffee but no utensils! Had to go get it myself.

V
Vinod Krishnan

good food but the service was not upto the mark. There was no ketchup or cream on the table and we have to ask for each and every item again and wait. Had to wait for check for a very long time.

A
Andres Morales

Overall it was just okay, pricing was fair.. The food and selection were not worth the drive out from Modesto. Nothing you can't get elsewhere that tastes better than here. The gumbo was thick n pasty the fish n chips was all breading little fish meat. On the plus side great greeting and wonderful server. The sausage mac n cheese is delicious too.

K
Kevin Phillips

Catfish and fries were good. I thought the crab melt sanwich was good; but, my wife (that loves crab) didn't like it at all. I like spice; but, the gumbo was entirely too spicy (would have been much better with a lot less spice). Finally, bacon wrapped shrimp is always good; but, putting barbeque sause on it was just a weird taste (not a good combo). Service, atmosphere, and price were average.

P L

Very average food. Was hoping this place would be awesome but it was not. Service was friendly and the place was nice enough. They just need to step it up in flavor and overall food quality.

J
Josh Herzog

Tried to eat here today for lunch. When we walked in, nobody was at the host station. Restaurant was about 20% full, nobody else waiting. Took five minutes for somebody to notice us. Hostess took our drink order, I ordered a Diet Coke. It never came, but she did bring a water. We were very hungry and had limited time. After being seated, nobody acknowledged us. The waitress passed our table six or seven times, but never addressed us. We sat there for another fifteen minutes, gave up, and left. It was a miserable experience, we won’t be back. Pity, we had gotten takeout once months ago and liked the food, but the poor service makes this place a no go.

N
Nathan Haveles

Been here about 1/2 dozen times. Get stuck at hotel in parking lot because of work. Usually sit at the bar. Lots of attitude from the male bar staff...they do not like to be "bothered". They act super nice when they deliver the check though. A few times there were female bartenders...they were nice. 😊 Food is pretty good, however, service is below average.

V
Val Z

Just left...they do not care about customer service. No one came out to seat us or check for us to be seated. Rep found it more important to clean table rather than greet us. There were maybe 3 people in the place. He kept looking at us while cleaning the area. dod not say anything. Who does that?? What's going on there Clementine used to be so much better. They need a stronger management.

The good: the server was attentive. The bad: the chicken wings were refried as well as the shrimps. The salmon was supposed to be blackened but was sweet and did not appear to be fresh. The rice was hard. The rib eye po-boy sandwich left a lot to be desired. I lived in the South for more than 40 years, I guess expected too much. Overall, very disappointed.

I got the catfish basket with mashed potatoes, while the person I went with got the 1/2 rack of ribs with the crisscross sweet potatoe fries. We also got a side of hush puppies to share. When we arrived to pick up our order, they had forgotten my catfish, and so offered to either make it for us, or give us a refund. We asked them to make it. It took about 10-15 minutes. It tasted ok (I added salt and lemon for flavor), and the fish kept falling apart, so it was tender. The mashed potatoes had no flavor, and the sweet potato fries were very tough and dry, overcooked. The hush puppies were ok, not the best, and the ribs didnt have nearly enough sauce and very plain tasting. However, they were spicy, but no flavor beyond that. My partner had to add bbq sauce. I would be willing to try this place again, but odds are I won't.

If you are looking for authentic Cajun cuisine, I would save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Our entire family was so hungry upon coming here, so we ordered a lot of food. The shrimp and grits had a weird taste to it, it was just.. off (2 of us got it and we will probably be paying for that decision later in the bathroom). The salmon & rice dish was very underwhelming (2 people ordered this as well and they both needed to add salt just to make it averagely edible). The sampler platter with chicken wings, fried green tomatoes, & fried okra, etc. hardly had any flavor at all.. it was just.. fried. Have you ever had Cajun fries that needed salt? Me either.. until today. One of our guests did enjoy their catfish, but sadly that was the only person out of 8 of us that enjoyed their food. Thankfully, our waiter was very attentive and had great service - poor guy, it’s not his fault the food is awful. He’s the best thing they got going.

We have always liked Clementines for a traditional breakfast but today was very different. We were seated right away and our server, Sammie, was really friendly and attentive. But, the food has really gone downhill. I ordered my usual oatmeal and when it was served I thought it was uncooked (it was). I had to pour a bunch of milk in it and ask to have it reheated. No raisins or anything to add to it. It came with a small bowl of fresh fruit (banana and melon) and one slice of toast cut in half. My husband ordered scrambled eggs (no bacon or extras) . Came with one slice of toast, cut in half, and a small bowl of fruit. Clementines has really cut back on serving sizes and basic simple extras. Won’t be going back.

Atmosphere and service was sufficient. However, the food and coffee were disappointing. Coffee was cold, weak and bitter. Most of the food wasn't seasoned. The biggest let down were the sweetcakes which were dry and chewy. Hopefully, they just had an off day in the kitchen.

I had such high hopes for good Cajun food but we left disappointed. Service was excellent though!! The stage were attentive and made the experience very pleasant and welcoming. The chicken and waffle was what my kids were excited for but when only the wake was the best part of the dish. The chicken was very dry. The etouffe was good, flavorful and spicy. You get 8 shrimps in the dish. The beignets were a disappointment, while it was fresh and hot we found it rather bland. Even with the powdered sugar I feel like it's missing something. We definitely had better beignets before. Even Disneyland's beignets were way better than this one we had. The kids meal were decent, ordered a Mac and cheese and the portion was ok for $7+ but in terms of cheesiness, my kids said they would prefer Trader Joe's frozen Mac and cheese over this. I'll say it again, the staffs were excellent. I just wish the food was better. Part of me want to go back because the server was so nice and friendly but the food, I think I'll pass. Maybe next time I'll just check out the bar? Looks like that area was a lot of fun with the live singer

Saw this place on google and wanted to give them a try. When we entered, we were seated immediately. Our booth seats had a lot of crumbs on it. No biggie, I just swept them off the seat. Throughout my time there I noticed their “clean” tables had crumbs on them as well. The bathrooms were nice and clean. My husband ordered crawfish Étouffée and I ordered the chicken and waffles. My husband said his food was good. Mine on the other hand was good till I got half way through my piece of chicken and was having a hard time cutting it. I then used my fingers to open it more and noticed it was pink and cold in the middle. I immediately lost my appetite. Also their beignets were small, about the size of a wallet size picture. They charged $5 for 3 pieces and $8 for 5 pieces. The price was not the issue, it was the size of them for the price. After our check was given to us it took about 15 minutes for them to come back and take our payment and it was not packed there at all.

Friday we came here to grab few drinks and dinner. To start with we ordered fish and Cajun chips Coles Law The fish was not crispy. It was dry, cold and tasteless. The fries were served without the cajun. And had to call the waiter multiple times. Just an below average restaurant with tastelss food. We decided to skip dinner here. Poor Customer service. it’s a struggle to look for waiter, they don’t come to check if you need anything else. We were served by young waiter and he was in rush and doesn’t have good listening skills when it comes to ordering drinks. When we entered into the restaurant we got good vibes with live music, thinking will be great evening But decided we are not coming back with low quality food and bad customer service.

I was very disappointed that all the 90% of are food was cold. The chili burger plate was cold and the patty was burnt. They must have had a new cook but someone has to address this. We have always loved this place but I am disgusted that I paid $170 with tip because my server was awesome. I should have complained.

I don’t normally leave a review this quick but this is next level disappointment. They are advertised as Cajun and listed under soul food when searching google. Not even close. I ordered what was advertised as spicy wings and red beans and rice. I received dry chicken thighs, a dry breast and a dry, tiny drumstick. So dry and overcooked that I didn’t finish any of it. The red beans and rice had zero flavor. Not to mention I ordered online and had to pay for utensils. They didn’t put the utensils in the bag. Had to use the dry chicken skin to scoop the red beans and rice. Terrible

I’m surprised this place has such good reviews. Went for Mother’s Day breakfast and was absolutely disappointed. The country potatoes were soggy and almost mashed. The toast that came with the omelette was soaked in butter. I had to ask for one with butter on the side. There was no salt in anything we ordered and everything was greasy. Service was slow.

The food is advertised as Cajun, NOT. This was the worst (supposed to be) Cajun food I have ever tasted. I had the BBQ Shrimp, it was in oil not sauce. I could not eat it. The best part of the meal was the bread (which was not good) it was corn bread that taste like Jiffy Corn Bread. Do not go to this restaurant thinking you're going to get Cajun food.

I can’t believe they serviced us cold prime rib! 2 of us had order rare and 1 medium rare. It all came medium and cold. Sent it back and they must have microwaved it. By the time we got it back it was well done. Never coming back.

We ordered gumbo entree size for $17.50 and we got a 16oz (2 cups) and we were surprised by how small it was. It would have been cheaper to order twice one cup of gumbo for $7.50 each and when we called to complain they didn't really care as that's how they do things. We got a shrimp Po boy as well which was just ok for that price. So over expensive restaurant with no shame selling you entree size that is more expensive than the same amount if you order more of the regular size. The hush puppies (side) as you can see were over fries as well.

We wanted a quick bite. Friendly service, but the food… Best option was po-boy. That was a very bad decision, do nót order it. Old stinky fish, I think it was over date. And thereby it costed $20 for just the sandwich. Did not finish it…
