Gruene Tinis New Braunfels Reviews
This little place was great and a perfect place to grab drinks after dinner or for happy hour. Nice sitting areas configured for group or 1:1 intimate conversations. We went on a Friday night and there was still enough space between groups so it didn’t feel packed. Cocktail list was extensive which was exciting to choose from. They also had a selection of beer and wine. The staff spent a lot of time making the cocktails which ended up being mini works of art and were delicious!
I love this place!! The overall atmosphere is amazing whether you’re inside or outside. It has been remodeled and it’s looks amazing. In my opinion the drinks are somewhat pricey, but they are delish & amazing. My favorite is the Snickers and Almond joy martini. Lol, I’m afraid to brag on how amazing this place is, because I don’t like crowded bars.
Super cute place! The bartenders were very nice and helpful! I got a snickers martini and a white chocolate raspberry martini and they were both dangerously good. My friend got a chocolate martini and she loved it too. Plus the place is super cute inside! I love the martini wall!
Gruene Tini's atmosphere is fabulous, a very nice vibe. The decor is beautiful, feels like you are at home in your living room. The bartender Autumn is wonderful at Customer Service very helpful and friendly. It is fun watching her make amazing drinks.
I had some friends reached out to me and they said they wanted to try this place out my first initial reaction pulling up. It looked like someone’s house and it was around 5 o’clock on a Sunday. It was pretty lit outside. Didn’t offer much curve appeal but once you get inside is super cute wish the place was bigger, very trendy, picture worthy and the bartender Autumn was awesome. The drinks were spectacular and I would definitely come back.
This establishment carries a feminine energy. Its soft and velvety and flowery and cutsey. If you're into that, and you like martinis, and drink specials -- this is your spot! Plus they open early which is nice (to me 3pm is early for a bar). I enjoyed my time there with my niece. She had the pickle martini - try it! I loved it. And I just had a dirty martini which was also good.
The bad. It is a little cramped on the patio. That’s it. The good. Everything else! These were excellent martinis. I ordered the Raspberry White Chocolate one and my wife ordered the Dirty Banana (both pictured) and the Almond Joy Tini. I tasted hers as well. These were so great that we have been talking about them upon our return from vacation. We wish there was a place like this where we live. I had to laugh at the one star review that said if ‘you like alcoholic desserts.’ Uhmmm, yeah, I think you missed the point when you decided to visit this place. We LOVE alcoholic desserts!
Rian provides superior service. She is warm, friendly and crafty(in a cocktail way). I recommend the Espresso Martini or Old Fashioned. Do you want a Dirty Martini? Just tell her how dirty. She is a master of her craft. The ambiance is pleasant and inviting. Give it a try!
My wife and I have such a great time relaxing and enjoying all the great drinks. Autumn is usually our bartender and is amazing.highly recommend this beautiful spot

They don’t have food but they do have the best martinis.
We found this place on TikTok and decided to pop in. Hallee was fantastic super friendly with great recommendations and super tasty drinks. she was the exact vibe we were looking for! every establishment needs a Hallee! 10/10!!
An alcoholic beverage is not something I think oh I can’t wait to have that again like one might do with a really good dinner or dessert. But that’s how I feel about the martinis here. They were all so delicious. Especially the white chocolate raspberry. Wow. I want to keep this gem to myself but I also want to make sure this place stays in business forever so I can try the whole menu!! Also the bartender last night really cared about perfecting his craft. Be patient when you go here- the drinks are worth it.
Autumn is the bees knees. Not sure if bees have knees. Honestly not sure about much. But autumn makes a killer martini
Sky’s old fashions are top tier! Service is fast and right every single time! Love this place! Autumn is also on point and drinks made by both girls are awesome!
Gruene Tini’s has quickly become one of our favorite spots for bringing oots. Their martini lineup is fantastic — the Espresso Martini is rich and smooth, and the Jolly Rancher Martini is bright, fun, and way too easy to enjoy. Every drink feels thoughtfully crafted and consistently delicious. Even the pickletini. Seating is limited, and there’s usually just one bartender working, so the wait for drinks can be a bit long and even longer during busy times. Even so, the quality, vibe, and friendly service make it worth it. If you’re in the mood for great cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere, Gruene Tini’s is absolutely worth a stop.
Tini's is my home away from home in New Braunfels! I spend every evening there, surrounded by locals who make me feel like family. I keep coming back year after year—it's simply the best spot in town
Cool atmosphere with a full bar and plenty of craft martinis. We walked over after dinner and had a few cocktails and a good time. I recommend bringing a couple of friends and haging out on the couches.
Autumn deserves a mad raise!! She has the best energy and makes the most amazing cocktails Do not miss this spot in Gruene, it’s a local gem
Hands down the best red teas in town! 🍸 This martini bar has been our go-to spot for years — it’s where I love meeting up with friends. The atmosphere is always great, and everyone there makes you feel right at home. Truly an all-around amazing place! ✨
Absolutely love this martini bar! The atmosphere is classy, cozy, and perfect for a night out. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Great vibes, amazing service, and delicious drinks every time! 🍸✨

Autumn and sky were amazing and I loved talking to them. Very welcoming and personable and made really good drinks!! 10-10 recommend
Drinks are super sweet and the bartenders don't know a lick about people watching or how to interact/engage before considering someone cut off hahaaha. Difference between happy women having fun and being hammered. Cute spot for being in Greune.

really cute ambiance but both my and my friends drinks were very weak. i’m a lightweight and usually get a little buzz halfway through any cocktail but i didn’t feel anything at all after finishing my drink. for $10 a drink i expected a little more.
She seemed to loudly talk bad about my loved ones not knowing I was right in the car listening. My wife and friends showed up to be told they couldn’t be served. The excuse was being too drunk, however we just came from a steak dinner down the street.
Be prepared to get no drinks at 10:30. The bartender is more concerned with her little sister serving her chocolate milk. I used to love this place but will not return. BTW they close @ 11 on Thursday so don’t waste your time.
I really wanted to like this place but the vibes and drinks were average. The bartenders seemed pretty uninterested and honestly kind of made it feel like we were inconveniencing them by ordering drinks. If you’re in the area and looking for a better experience, I’d recommend heading to Last Call which is right out front. The service there is way more welcoming, and you’ll probably end up enjoying your night a lot more.

Came here for a relaxing girls night and were told our party was being “too loud” and customers were “complaining.” Never have we ever been told to keep it down at a BAR! We quickly finished our drinks and closed out. Bartenders don’t have good customer service. Would NEVER come back here!
