Kora Kora New Braunfels Reviews
Try the Amaretto Mocha, delectable! Outside seating was plentiful and comfortable
Great coffee shop, Josh is a really cool guy and knows his coffee. Very nice atmosphere in the shop as well as the shopping center around it. They carry single origin coffees as well as blends, they source from local roasters as well as small roasters from Washington. There are also really unique flavored lattes if you enjoy that.
I was looking for hot tea other than Starbucks and they have a solid selection. The staff were super friendly too, made it a very welcoming vibe.
This has been my favorite coffee shop in NB so far. The service from the baristas have always been fantastic, the coffee preparation and taste has always been top notch for me, and the atmosphere cannot be beat in my opinion. I ordered a flat white, not on their menu (not on many coffee shops menus either), but they offered to make it for me when I asked and it came out perfect. Will definitely be my go to spot!
This coffee shop is one of my absolute favorite places to go sit, relax, enjoy some coffee, and get some work done. They have lots of seating inside, but my favorite is to sit outside in the courtyard, where there is plenty of shade. The coffee is wonderful and has never disappointed me. They also actually have ceramic coffee mugs, which is definitely better than drinking your coffee from a paper or foam cup! Service can be a little slow when they are really slammed, but it is worth it. The employees are always, super friendly and helpful.
WOWWWW! Probably the best lattes I've ever had (also delicious muffins). Kora Kora magically manages to make the creamiest most flavorful lattes. I usually ask the sweet girls working behind the counter what they recommend and they always whip up a cup of pure joy!!! :) Could not recommend a better coffee shop.
Best kept secret in Gruene TX. Not crowded, Kora kora offers a relaxing vibe where you can truly indulge in your caffeine habit by imbibing on their carefully crafted lattes and pastries solely existing to be savored by you. Everything is very well made here and the staff embody the essence of welcoming. This coffee shop is definitely a place to program as a favorite in your GPS. Stop in today! Try the seasonal eggnog latte (no eggnog in it).
Wonderful little gem in the middle of Gruene Village. We visited this on the way from Austin to San Antonio. Great coffee, pastries, and also good amount of food options. I just wish they had smaller than 12oz cappuccino sizes (8oz is usually my ideal size for a perfect cappuccino) Ambience was cozy!
Great atmosphere. Great staff. The milk in the cappuccino was overheated and had too much air, but a great cappuccino takes skill. The potential is high with this place. The beans for sale looked good, but unfortunately, they were over a month since roasting. I will come back and will recommend it to others. It's definitely a step up from a Starbucks
In the land of live country music, this a hipster coffee refuge with lots of charm and friendly service. In my experience, cool trendy coffee bar comes with attitude and aloof service. Not here, the staff is so friendly and welcoming it threw me off the first time I went. The breakfast tacos are filling and surprisingly good value. Lots of little shops in the area to explore as well. I’ve been here at least a dozen times now and plan to continue. Highly recommend!
Love the vibe and variety of seating. Good lighting and sunny windows or shaded areas. Always very very cold. Every guest i takes comments on this. Usually bring a sweater, even in warm weather. Food is usually very good. Love scones. Tacos are very wet and don't hold together well. But delicious. Just a bit of texture issue because the tortillas are too think and the filling too sloppy. Usually great avocado toast but on last visit the piece was the very end of the bread so quite small but paid same price. Great place. Excellent variety of lattes hand made amd yummy. İ will keep going but would love a more moderate temp. The food is actually good, just depends on the person.
Coffee (hot) latte was just above warm . Same experience as other review - ( staff) one seems friendly the other one was just there lol . Los gallos tacos are mid. 4 stars flat at best .
Good spot, lots of options, coffee was good. One of the ladies was super friendly, but one of them seemed inconvenienced to have to serve my wife and I. So strange. Vibes were strong, and it was a packed house. All kinds of little chatter and digital nomads with their laptops, so it seemed like it was a good spot!
I stopped by for the first time before work to try a vanilla iced latte and loved it. I only came for the coffee cut they do also have small foods for you such as scones to buy if you’re a little hungry. The building is also very cute and quiet! Nice place and I will be coming back.
My husband & I visited twice while on our weekend getaway in Gruene & loved everything we had! I had an orange cranberry scone, honey vanilla matcha latte & a chai tea latte! My husband got his favorite, a vanilla cold brew with cold foam & said it was the best he ever had! Only thing I didn’t like was that there were no specialty drinks to choose from & you had to create your own drink from a list of flavors. I like the guessing & creating to be done for me! Besides that, wonderful!!
It was cute inside however the two girls working just sat on the counter & seemed very unenthusiastic about helping me The Sugar Free vanilla & Carmel aren’t a quality I prefer I think it tastes fermented/alcohol like. This does happen with some SF syrups but I will not be going back unless a better quality syrup is used.
I’ve been here a handful of times. Never been wowed. Today I went through the drive thru. Customer service was poor. No greeting. No smile. No hospitality. So already from that initial impression I don’t want to come back. Then got my iced latte. One of their summer specials. Sooo sweet. Didn’t taste anything like a latte. Just sweetened milk. My son got a mocha frappe. It was ok. He didn’t like it. I tried it and honestly all of those taste like chocolate shakes to me! But the service was really crummy and the drinks matched the service. Just always a bummer when you spend money on coffee and it sucks.
