I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, but just had a great experience! All cylinders running as you would hope on a slow Sunday Funday. The loaded tots 🤤 were soooo delicious. The Parmesan garlic wings and salt and vinegar dry rub 🍖 bone in wings did not disappoint. Wings are served naked, not breaded. I was actually surprised at how much I liked the atmosphere, and I’m hardly a sports bar aficionado. I would be amiss to not mention Brian, our server, who checked on us as if we were eating 5-star dining instead of with our hands 😃 Thanks for a delicious lunch!

I truly don’t understand how the whole staff at this location hasn’t been fired and replaced. No one greets you when you walk in. They all act like they can’t see you and when they finally acknowledge that you’re there they look like they are bothered by you coming in. They also take minimum 30 minutes to seat you even when the restaurant is almost empty. Any other buffalo wild wing I’ve always had a great experience at. This experience was crazy. Don’t even waste your time visiting this location.

The CLEANEST and most well put together BWW bar in Houston. This location is under great management now. David, the bartender, was phenomenal in attitude and attentiveness. The sweet blonde young lady who greeted us at the bar was also wonderful. The food was consistent as well. Great job y’all!!

Looking at the rest of the reviews I can see that this location doesn’t have the best rating for whatever reason. However I can say me and my wife had the opposite experience from everyone else ! As someone who also works for the public, it’s essential to be Professional and just flat out Nice and Respectful to your customers ! David is a prime example that there are still people who work in a busy restaurant environment that actually enjoy their job and is good at what they do ! From the second me and my wife sat down he immediately greeted us providing us with menus and ready to take our drink orders. He constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything needed. The food in my opinion was good, the cheeseburger was a little greasy but that’s what you can expect from an actual real patty. The wings however lol did not have a drop of SEASONING on them but they were still edible. Towards the end of meal David offered us anything off the dessert menu as well as to go boxes for our food. The manager of this location should take pride in how David treats his customers and to ensure that the rest of staff does the same !

UODATE: Thank you, Aaron, for taking such great care of us. My family and I truly appreciate it. To the Owner: Having the right person in management is both smart and essential. Sometimes we forget to say thank you to the hardworking men and women who give their heart to what they do. Personally saw I Mr. Aaron today serving customers, sitting down customers, to check with them. And even stepping into the kitchen when needed. It clear he is making sure everything running smoothly and that everyone is taken care of. Yes, people are paid for their work, but that beside the point. In my personal opinion, you have an outstanding manager one anyone would be proud to have. Thank you again, Mr. Aaron. Original post: I’ve been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings since it opened, not necessarily because it’s my favorite place, but because my kids enjoy eating there. I’m not saying anything bad about the restaurant—it’s just not my go-to choice personally. Today, I tried placing a takeout order over the phone. The phone rang for about five seconds before the takeout host answered. I was confirming my wife’s order, so I asked the host to give me a moment. Unfortunately, without saying anything, she placed me back on hold. That hold ended up lasting about 10 minutes. During that time, my wife drove to the restaurant thinking I had already placed the order. After waiting so long, I added my wife to the call and told her she might need to place the order herself. About a minute later, she called me back and said she was able to place the order right away. That made me feel like my call may have been put on hold intentionally. I called back again and was immediately placed on hold without anyone speaking to me. I stayed on hold for another five minutes, so I hung up and waited a bit before calling again. This time, I was able to speak with the host and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with the kitchen manager, Aaron, who was very professional and kind. I explained the situation to him, and he was understanding and said he would address it with the takeout host. I really appreciated how he handled the situation.

I typically go during midday hours on weekdays; and even then; parking can get congested due to several businesses sharing the parking area. Family type atmosphere is prevalent, but be prepared for that to change drastically during higher traffic times and certain televised sporting events. Knowledgeable, friendly staff serving good value menu in a timely fashion. Men's restroom has only one receptacle for "solids"...so be careful to allow proper timing to avoid premature deposit.

Love that sports 610 radio was there. Took a hot a minute to get drinks and we sat in the bar area. Ordered the special 6 items for $19.99. I got 10 boneless wings and fries. They forgot our appetizer and brought it later (after the food arrived). Food was good but there were NOT many fries.

I go in on weekends after work, I sit at the bar. I love Lauren Chelsea and DJ. every now and then they don’t work. This is the second time I’ve had Mary as the bartender. she is very rude, speaks to you in a condescending tone. atleast she did the first time I went in a month or so ago and she was working behind the bar. I came in earlier tonight asked what I wanted with an I don’t want to be here attitude. Fine, it’s late I came in late I just wanted a beer and a few shots before I went home. I work in the industry as well I get it. She rolled her eyes every time I asked for a shot. simple crown chilled. nothing too drastic. I said still said thank after every drink she put in front of me didn’t even acknowledge i said something. Just flat out rude and I will not be going back if she is behind the bar. other than that I love David, DJ, Chelsea and Lauren!!!! always a welcoming vibe when I go in! Management could do better with people they put behind the bar. and the floor, it’s the face of the restaurant!!

I love this restaurant so much but, today was the worse day ever. Is barely 9:45 pm and they said they close at 2 am. I as table for 3 and the girl in front said the have no tables available, I turn around but is half restaurant empty 😳 she said they have to clean before they close. Not even med night and she already sending people home and customers back. They should ready 6k egg book. Manager should teach the team about never said no to a Customer.

The food was really good and i loved the 6 for 20 deal. My only issue was the server. She had a stank attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there… I tried to brush it off but her demeanor was just not good. It spoiled my appetite and took my food to go. On Wednesday, November 11th, around 2 p.m., I had lunch here. While I enjoyed the food, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by one of the staff members. After asking around, I learned his name is Jesse, the Assistant General Manager of this location. From the start of my visit, he appeared disengaged and uninterested. When delivering my food, he was discourteous and brief. As I continued to observe, I noticed similar behavior toward other guests at the bar and even members of the staff. This is concerning, especially coming from someone in a leadership position, and I hope management addresses this and encourages a more positive attitude moving forward. As a side note, I also noticed him hopping on a foldable step ladder to reposition it rather than stepping down and moving it safely. This seemed unsafe and unprofessional, as a fall could easily result in broken glass or injuries. I sincerely hope this feedback helps improve both the guest experience and safety practices at this location.

Saturday 10/25. 1pm party of 2. We walked in and were greeted by the host there were a few people waiting to be sat. Host said would be a 5 minute wait for table unless we wanted to sit in bar area. After waiting 10 minutes we opted to go sit in the bar. There were multiple tables open in the bar however they were full of dishes and bused. Our waiter saw us moving dishes to another table and came and cleaned it up for us. The waiter himself was great. He was just in the weeds and had no backup. As soon as we were sad he was friendly and attentive. Took our order with accuracy brought our food out quickly and maintained a great attitude even though he was obviously swamped. Food was good. Had appetizer sampler and the 6 for $19.99 deal.

my area buffalo wild wings(new caney texas) didnt honor what the website reflects for Thursdays deal pricing. To explain, your website says online only bogo boneless wings on Thursdays. I created an acct placed order and was told the new caney texas store has nothing to do with the online site per the manager. I questioned it because ive never heard a franchise that address comes up on website not honoring pricing on website. I then proceeded to ask if thats the case why am I able to pick up my order from that store if they have nothing to do with the website, he couldn't answer my question. Can this please be explained to me?

Doesn't matter if you order hours ahead when you get there you'll wait another 20 minutes past the pickup time but it was actually cooked on time cause they hand it to you cold. Food was disgusting, almost like it had been sitting out 20-30 minutes before they would physically take the time to hand it to me. Girl just disappeared into the back for 20 minutes after asking for my order and came out with 10 orders at once including mine which was ice cold.

Walked in and ordered to go. Food was cold when I got home (I live approximately 3 miles away). My large order of celery sticks came with 6. My large box of fries was half empty and cold. Please try and do better.

My Mom and I love hot wings, but have been mistreated at every BWW location we’ve been to. From always having to wait long periods to be seated, (like waiting over an hour to be seated when the store wasn’t even busy (waiting long periods, every single time, at the Broadway store in Pearland, pretty sure now that it’s a racist thing at this location)), then to (last night) being charged incorrectly then corrected, but only to find that they double charged me on the Tuesday Traditional Wings BOGO promo. I am exceptionally unhappy with all BWW. I will get a refund for last nights order or dispute the charges. Someone needs to remap their company values and retrain all of their employees to value their jobs. *Oh, I have to add, that when I tried to report the overpayment issues through the ‘Contact Us’ link on their website, it never let me finish my report and I was unable to report it. I’m guessing the entire company needs an overhaul!!! *Sadly, I have to add that, when calling to request the refund for the over charge, I was first hung up on, then, when I did reach their ‘customer service’ they had to get ALL MY INFORMATION and report it to ‘Upper Management’. Now, I’m left holding the bag while waiting on a return call (???) to get my simple refund. WOW! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I WILL HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES.😠 Makes me feel like a KAREN.🤣

I ordered hot and mild bone in wings and received Parmesan, BBQ, and plain after waiting for 45 to pick up the order through the App. Instead of waiting another 45 minutes for the correct wings I asked for a refund. I was told the refund would have to be issued by the manager in the morning. We will see when I get the refund.

We came in 11/16/25 around 10ish and didn’t leave till 11:29pm to order food to go, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. I was with my dad and we ordered wings. There wasn’t a wait and we waited over 30 minutes for our food and when we tried to food it tasted old and dry like it was leftovers and not freshly made. We are definitely not coming back. I don’t understand why we had to wait so long to get dry and old food. And the staff was not friendly. I highly don’t recommend this location.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is great as are the specials. Today I tried to call and see if there was a wait or if we could call ahead. The girl on the phone rudely informed me they don’t offer reservations and hung up on me. The same girl at the restaurant then let us know it would be an hour wait after wasting more of our time in the foyer. It’d have been nice if she’d told me on the phone and saved me the drive but I imagine she spent those 10 seconds on something more important. I didn’t get her name but she had green hair.

⭐ 1-Star Review Date: October 18, 2025 • Time: 1:10 AM – 1:47 AM Location: Buffalo Wild Wings #1557, 21372 US Highway 59 Suite 1000, New Caney TX I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and had the most unprofessional and unsanitary experience I’ve ever seen. When I first arrived around 1:10 AM, I waited at the take-out lobby area for several minutes no greeting, no employee in sight. I did the right thing and waited, but no one ever came. After standing there with no help, I finally went to the bar, thinking someone there could assist me. There were only 4 or 5 people sitting at the bar. It wasn’t busy, yet the bartender looked straight at me and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. No “hello,” no “can I help you.” When I said the customer’s name, she said “Who?” with attitude and kept picking up glasses like she was pretending to stay busy. The restaurant was filthy sticky floors, trash, dirty tables, and cups everywhere. Other workers were just standing around talking. One bald male employee ignored me completely, and another woman across the room gave me a harsh look that made me feel unwelcome. People at the bar smirked while I was being ignored. After about 20 minutes, I contacted Uber Eats support at 1:29 AM because no one would help me. The customer also called the restaurant twice the first call wasn’t answered, and the second time a man finally picked up and said, “Oh, the order’s been ready.” They knew it was ready and let me stand there all that time. When the customer asked, “If it was ready, why didn’t anyone tell her?” he had no answer. I finally got the order at 1:47 AM. Later, the customer told me the restaurant lied and claimed they “didn’t see anyone at the bar.” That is false — I was standing right there and even spoke to the bartender twice. I’m an independent 1099 contractor partnered with Uber Eats. This is my own small side business that I take pride in. It’s not my only job it’s a little hustle I enjoy doing professionally. Every pickup represents a partnership between the driver, the restaurant, and the customer. I invest in my own supplies to do my job right. All I ask is the same level of professionalism and respect in return. This location needs serious cleaning, retraining, and management review. I hope corporate checks the cameras from 1:10 AM to 1:47 AM on October 18, 2025 to see what really happened. The way I was ignored and how dirty this restaurant looked was unacceptable. More details about this incident will be emailed directly to Corporate and higher management. This review is only half of what I’m reporting. A full, detailed statement with every fact, time, and name involved will be sent to corporate HR, upper management, and executive leadership. I will not let this go until it’s properly addressed.

At first the place was very welcoming and the service was great. We had dinner and enjoy the atmosphere like our usual. Once we were done eating our waitress suddenly closed our tab without us asking. Seem a little off since we had a party of 22 guest. When asked what what the reason her response was we are doing shift change. Few minutes(30 mins) passed no new server to continue the service. I personally went up the one of the counters and asked who are new waitress was to our old waitress ( Brittney). They said on its Molly with a puzzle face. So I proceeded to place my drink order at the bar. As I returned to our table to my order my first were approached by old waitress stating they didn't feel comfortable serving us anymore. Have in mind no manager ever approached us.
