Fast and friendly service. I purchased the Mac N Cheese Bowl Meal and Original Mashed Potato Bowl Meal to go. Both were hot and delicious. The Mac N Cheese Bowl could have had more chicken in it. The restaurant is clean and there were seats inside.

This is by far the best KFC in the area. Been going there regularly for over a year. Fresh and quality made food. Very clean restaurant. And very professional staff. Never had a problem.

We were looking for a place to have some fun food in the pops a kfc! The food never fails to satisfy, and it was out fast and eaten even faster. They have a few parking spaces and there's generally some parking in the street. Wheelchair accessible no problem.

I have to preface my review by expressing: it has been YEARS since I had KFC.. so I suggested to my buddy that KFC's near by and I hear they just bought back the new BBQ wings... and so we pulled up and went inside. We were greeted by the 2 cashiers in the front and my order was promptly taken and I was handled patiently yet expeditiously. When my food was ready I thanked her took the bags to the car and dove headfirst in to the meal. I ordered the: Mac & Cheese bowl with Chicken and shredded cheese as a topping...which was a 100% out of 10, A Drumstick & a Breast (crispy) which tasted delicious and brought me back to my childhood 2 biscuits...FLAKY AND BUTTERY 100 Out of 10... would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The place was perfect. Bright, nicely renovated, clean, pleasant staff , there washrooms were super nice. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. The food was amazing, chicken, fries, gravy was perfect. We bought a lot of food so it definitely cost us. Don’t hesitate to come here, there is dine in as I write this. Parking is on the side street or the main road.

The food is as alway KFC but they forgot to put in my mashed potatoes after I paid extra for them . After trying to get a hold of them they said they would give them to me but I couldn't go back for them as of yet

After living near kfc for a few years I’ve grown tired of the place and will only go to eat there rarely. The food is more expensive and the five dollar menu is for food that people rarely order. I still think the original recipe is good but don’t hold too many hopes.

Clean and well kept. There is an attached parking lot to park for free. Service is part and the food is typical for a KFC. Prices are the same as everywhere else you going to KFC, no surprises. Just your typical KFC.

Be honest, The food is good. The price is fair. I just feel like they don’t have enough staff here to run the place smoothly. I personally ordered in the stores few times and it took 20-25 minutes easily to get a bucket. I picked up as Uber Driver too few times and they were not better with the wait, I always had to text the customers to explain why it took so long to pick up and delivery because most of time they texted why the app showing I didn’t move for 15-20 minutes, did I pick up their orders yet?!? 🙈

Been there on two occasions in three weeks. On both occasions I was served fries that was stale and hard at 1:PM in the afternoon, two hours after opening. Upon reading other reviews for this restaurant I saw that other customers had the same experience with the fries, with food that was not freshly made and spoiled meat/chicken. As for the dining room it was spotless on both of my visits. I like the layout and the decor. When the music is not playing loudly and having only a few diners, it creates a great ambiance to eat, think and relax on a break for lunch or life! This part is for the MANAGER and OWNER! Selling and re-frying food that was made from the day before and chicken that was not inspected for spoilage is definitely not acceptable by us, your customers. "It's down right atrocious and not healthy!" I understand the need to cut cost and make a profit, at the same time, but not at the extent of your customers health and enjoyment of the food you serve. To the WORKERS! Don't think of this "as just a place I work for the money. I am not the owner or manager, I am not here to make changes!" And that YOU don't care about the unfair and unhealthy practices that is been preformed. Care about the customers you serve and speakup! Overall, you all can make the food safe, healthier and delicious to eat. The customers' happiness is what keeps them coming back for more comforting, KFC food! My best regards to all! I will GIVE you props for being one of the very few KFC in NY and NJ not making the food very salty in taste. Thanks!

If you need a quick bite to eat it's not a bad place to due so. But would be much better if the staff where more a tentative. Over all its ok.

What can I say...there not as good as they used to be , they took potato wedges off the menu..food is still good but the prices seem to change every time I go get the same thing ..and with rising prices everywhere, it's getting easier to resist fast food

Great service. I believe is because the new manager. I stoped going there a while back because the lack of costumer service. However, my last visit it was defenelty a great change. Sadly they still have issues keeping up with the grill chicken orders, since they didn't have enough for my family meal order. But, I guess I have to give them another chance. I'll update next time. Hopefully will change my rating for the better.

What a horrible experience I had when I drove through the Drive In. Two super nasty girls. I wasn't aware of the rules and they decided to give me what they wanted me to have. Not what I ordered. Check your food before you leave.

They always have an attitude at the drive thru when I ask for ketchup or other condiments. Also they never have spicy chicken or cookies made on time. The food does taste good that's all I can say good about them.

I think they only using about six or seven herbs and spices instead of the 11 spices they used to advertise. The chicken has little flavor. The staff is very friendly

I came in the order food and I should have know it was going to be a long wait, judging by the drive thru! The inside wasn’t much better. I kept hearing some woman in the bad hollering orders! I am sitting here waiting for my food as I write this, because I can’t believe how slow this place is. I have came here for years and always enjoyed my experience here. They closed down for renovations and that was a long time. It nice inside but the tables can use a wipe down. I still can’t believe my order is not ready and there are 4 people ahead of me. Guess I’m gonna have to start cooking at home. Oh my god, this guy was here before us and 2 people have walked out with there orders and he just got up to ask where was his. To top it all off, my order was wrong! Thanks KFC, I’m gonna go back to cooking at home. I’ll save money and aggravation.

Service was slow, and we didn't get everything we ordered. Couldn't be bothered to return for the missing items we ordered and paid for and didn't get. Place wasn't crowded. There was no parking because they only have a spot for 4 cars, and one car was taking up 2 spots.

Used the drive thru to order and had to wait about 15-20 mins for the food. Paid for extra biscuits and didn't get it. The biscuits that we did get were undercooked and doughy. One plus is that they seemed to have given us extra chicken because of the inconvenience of having to wait so long.

Ok, so I haven't been to the New Rochelle location in about 10 years for the one fact the staff. So about two days ago in lack of better judgment, I took my son to this location now mind you I live in New Rochelle so I have to drive far to get some KFC but my son wanted to eat and it was just easier to go there. So I drive up to the drive-thru and I'm waiting for someone to say something I didn't get anything, so I say hello! A few times and no response so after about ten minutes I drive to the window and the car behind me did the same once I am at the window the staff are just looking right at me not saying a thing, so I say excuse me and two of the staff members look right at me and just l walked away one of them saying oh he can wait and the manager is right there doing nothing at all did say one word. If I could I would give them no stars they really need to retrain the staff and hire a staff isn't young and that really want to work. I will not revisit this place and I will make sure that no one I know goes to the location.

Staff are very rude, unfriendly at this location and are not about customer satisfaction. Went twice and everytime they got my order wrong. Chicken at this location is very dry. This is my closest location but would rather driver further for good customer service. All the staff there need to be re-trained.

I have been to several KFC's in my life time. This KFC by far, hands down, was the worst customer service I ever had at any place of business I've ever been to. And to top it off!!! It was a 1 hour wait with hardly any customer's. I had such a bad experience that not only will I not go back to this KFC, I won't go to any other ever again.

I don’t know why but even after this place got “remodeled”, I still cannot order delivery from the New Rochelle location, when I order on the KFC app or on Uber Eats, it always keeps redirecting my order to the Mount Vernon KFC, like why doesn’t the New Rochelle KFC accept online delivery orders anymore??? The New Rochelle one is way closer than the mount vernon KFC. It just makes no sense time wise and distance wise to have the orders directed to Mount Vernon.

The supervisor Michelle treats the employees very badly, we were waiting for an hour for this order and they never gave us the order, I did not understand why, the place was not even busy, we saw how the cashier wanted to help with the order but the supervisor made her close her shift and go home, although the remodeling is very nice, the customer service damages everything.

I went to this kfc for lunch cause I just started working not to far I ordered the chicken strip meal 3 piece and a extra French fries when I get my receipt I saw that they charged me for 3 French fries so I went back to the cashier and said maybe I worded it wrong but I wanted one extra French fries I guess the female was new cause she went and got another female and the female told me she couldn’t refund me for the fries but she can take it off the order so my response was so you can’t refund me my money back for something I don’t want her response was yes I can’t refund you so I canceled the whole order and I don’t think I’ll be back cause this is the second time I had a problem with in two weeks . This KFC is the worst, it takes 20 mins to order from Drive thru and it’s super annoying because you cant move your car once you’re blocked in the middle of drive thru. Then after you finally get your food the biscuits are always hard.

My chicken wasn't cooked all the way. The staff were respectful, polite gave my refund. Stuff happens but still miss the 2 other workers. Their flow was so awesome as a team. Chicken was very very salty as well and taste old.

To whenever owns this place you need to talk to your employees. A delivery was sent to the restaurant from Grubhub tonight and when I got there the order wasn’t ready and this is not the first time and then when I get there they are just starting the order and instead of doing the order all I hear is talking. A sandwich, a drink and a coleslaw does not take that long to make. It’s frustrating and nobody likes it. Do better please and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

I ordered from this KFC on Uber eats & they forgot items. I ordered the famous bowl which the main thing for the bowl was nuggets & I asked for no corn, my bowl had no nuggets and extra corn. I also ordered the 5pc tender big box meal and they forgot my 2 sides (Mac and cheese & mashed potatoes) and they put fries in there instead… do not order from her your best bet is probably going in person but not even. they should’ve never reopened this KFC.

The fries were super refried and tasted old. my mash potato taste was disgusting I feel the acid characteristic of the things are getting rotten… awful! the chicken was ok but i definitely never ill go that place.. the employees were fighting loudly among themselves, really regrettable attention. The unfortunate truth is that the customer service at this KFC location is quite abysmal. Three customers and I were rushed to leave the restaurant because it was closing, two hours before advertised. Staffers moved the chairs with aggression and repeatedly asked us to leave with 6 minutes of entering the establishment. Food however was fresh and a delight.

This place is so slow!! Was the only car and it took 10mins to get cold food. Lady messed up my order. Forgot my straw. Gave me ice when I didn’t ask for it🤦🏽‍♂️ what a mess.
