Bin 71 is a great place to have a glass of wine and dinner. They have a large wine list of reds, whites, rose and orange. Their food also is great - especially the meatballs. The place is very easy and everyone is always friendly. For me, it’s an Upper West staple.

Chloe and Issey rock. Attentive service. Intimate neighborhood wine bar. If you fancy a cup of coffee, they've got a coffee machine. Hungry? There's food options. There are coasters (use optional) where you can share if you're single or not. Fun times! Credit accepted.

Very solid wine bar and a perfect “locals” spot. Hard to walk by and not pop in!

Really cute spot with some excellent wines! Indoor/outdoor vibes in which was really nice for happy hour. We also enjoyed some cheese but will have to be back to try more of their food!

My go to wine bar. Good selection of a wide variety of wines. Lots of delicious small and large plates. Very few snacks though. Charcuterie and cheese, salads, meatballs, burrata pesto, grilled cheese, all are great. Every seat has a different experience but all are cozy.

Great vibe even in the afternoon at 1pm, amazing selection of wines - 3 different glasses all great and the bartenders had great recommendations. Awesome spot and really chill

Easily one of the best neighborhood wine bars on the UWS! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the wine selection is always excellent.

They say great service can make any experience awesome, and that's what happened with us last night at Bin 71. We had booked Parm for dinner but got to the area super early, so we thought we'll just get a drink and chill at Bin71 till then. We met Rebecca when we entered and were sat at the bar. Rebecca from the word go was the sweetest. My wife wanted to try rosé and Rebecca got us to taste at least two different Rosé and walked us through the rest of them patiently and so kindly we ended up getting a bottle. We also ordered the burrata pesto toast. The place was dimly and cutely lit, decent space and everyone seemed to know each other. So the vibes were very cozy and homey. Overall it was a great experience, thanks to Rebecca!

Four of us met for wine and lunch. Great selection of wines, charcuterie board was tasty, tho small. Everyone enjoyed their meal; I had shrimp, white beans over arugula. Delish.

The wine, atmosphere and food were all SPECTACULAR. We were blown away by the food, especially the portions. The service was also amazing. It is seat yourself, and you have to really assert yourself to a table, but it’s worth it! Ps the Kale Caesar was AMAZING! Homemade dressing and fresh greens

A wonderful place for a patio glass of exceptional wine while people watching. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and stayed for hours. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. We would certainly go back!

Stopped in for a quick beer and a snack and was very pleasantly surprised! A nice collection of 5 craft beers on tap, and the food was lovely. Got a smoked salmon and horseradish creme fraiche crostini, and it was great! Light horseradish flavor adding to the smoked salmon without overpowering it.

Bin 71 is a solid wine bar and restaurant where the food genuinely shines — well curated small plates and bites that pair beautifully with the wine selection. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing and it shows. Service was a little inconsistent and could be more attentive, and the atmosphere, while comfortable, is fairly understated for a wine bar. With more warmth and energy in the space and front-of-house, Bin 71 could easily be one of the best spots on the Upper West Side.

This is a great place overall. Fun and friendly without a doubt. It did seem to be a bit clicky however at bar. Being new to the area, I found people to be a bit reticent but overall helpful .... The place seems easy and fun whether it's 25 degrees outside or 90 degrees outside... Food while not being out of the ordinary is very good and the drinks are even better. I loved the friendly and fast service. This is a great meeting place for a first date as well as your 50th date.

Cute wine bar inside but no space, so we sat outside on a pleasant evening. Had the Hanging Vine Pinot Noir which was above average, as was the lovely service.

Great wine bar with good choice of food. I like that there is a lot of seating options both outdoor street/sidewalk plus indoor. A lot of friends shared positive reviews and it was well patroned which were both green flags for me. There are definitely lots of menu options. The dishes I had were tasty but overall pretty basic flavors. Solid spot!

I popped in for a long overdue glass of Wine with my longtime friend since Covid-19 hit us. It's a little pricey but on par for the neighborhood. The bar is a little tight, so if you want to sit, get there when they open. The wine selection is excellent and my choice was delicious.

Tiny place, the service was good but the dishes were salty!
