Café Cello New York Reviews
My family recommends trying all the pizzas. One slice was enough to fill me up. Great value, great pizza, and friendly employees. Another customer grabbed my order, but it was quickly replaced. I was amazed how quickly they gave out orders. Must try! No tables, take and enjoy lunch in a park.
Nice Pizza with excellent prices, this could be the best deal in town in terms of Pizza quality and price. When we visited around 12:00 PM they had lots of fresh and hot Pizzas. The staff were very direct, not unfriendly, but not extra friendly as well. 4 Pizza slices, two with lots of pepperoni, meat, sausage and chicken cost us around 11$
Saw this place by chance.Went to this place when there was a very long line on the other Pizza Store just around the corner that seems to be a tourist spot. Food-i ordered pepperoni and cheese.Perfect pizza. Flavorful, perfect and really delicious pizza. They have big slices for $1.50.Definitely a bang for the buck. Service-Staff is friendly and happy. Atmosphere-they only have take out. They have bar tables outside. You will eat outside and get to feel how to eat NYC style. Will be hard if it's raining though. Definitely a bang for the buck.If you're a tourist, and on a budget, this is a place to go. I noticed a lot of locals eat /take out at this place as well.
A NYC staple, the pizza slice! Super quick and nice service, unbeatable price and the pizzas are quite tasty. There’s several flavours you can choose from, the classic cheese pizza is very good especially if you add some chili flakes - available on the counter. Perfect spot to grab a slice on the go and go to the City Hall park nearby.
Okay for $4 it's a couple of basic cheese pizzas and a soda. Because it's such a bargain, you have to be fair and not expect the best quality pizza. But a deal is a deal and you can drown your slices in oregano, chilli flakes and grated parmesan cheese to your heart's content. So overall, worth stopping by if you're in search of cheap and cheerful. Standing room only outside the shop.
My wife and I each grabbed a slice here and shared a Dr. Pepper for less than Joe's down the street. They definitely had a better variety of options - we got the buffalo chicken and the supreme. Even with the Dr. Pepper, it was still cheaper than the competitor. The service was fast and the line was much shorter. The pizza itself was good, not great, and my wife felt that the slice of buffalo chicken was not heated very well. Both slices were loaded with toppings though, and we were satisfied with what we got. For a quick slice, I'd certainly come back to 2 Bros.
A staple of NYC! For a $1.50 slice, you really can’t do too much better. Yes, of course the pizza is a bit doughy, lacking in sauce, and oily on the bottom, but hey it’s a cheap slice. Still tastes better than a lot of the dollar shops near me! I only wish there was a little more room inside because sometimes it gets so crowded with people waiting that it’s a bit crammed. Also it was super cold when I went and my hands froze outside in the cold. Still worth it and would go again for the cheap za. Though it’s a truly shame that true dollar slices don’t exist anymore.
The workers are kind nothing bad to say about the people whatsoever but let's be honest you get what you pay for... this pizza was not good at all.... But if you're wanting a quick slice and be in and out and wanting to save some money it will get the job done.
So we happened to pass by 2Bros Pizza because the line was long and the slice pizza had a good deal for two slices of pizza for $3.99ea. Great for a quick bite but not the best pizza. We had two slices but forgot to take a pic of the pepperoni pizza. Mushroom pizza was ok but needs something. Good crust though. Great place for a deal and quick bite but not the best to me.
Idk what happened to the place, used to have long lines because it tasted decent. Now it’s bad, the guy handed me the pizza while the melted cheese was touching the counter??? The pizza crust also felt raw
Pay exact change or they may try to rob you. Paid with a $20 for $5 worth of pizza and was given a $5 bill telling me I only paid with $10 bill. Never have had this happen before but will never come back here and will unfortunately have to vocally announce bills at similar establishments going forward to avoid scam attempts. Pizza itself was fine for low-end nyc pizza.
