I always have a great experience at this Chopt. The team is unfailingly friendly and quick, which really matters when you're short on time for lunch in New York. The ingredients are always fresh, and you can taste the quality in every bite. My latest order was a steak wrap - the tender steak was cut into just the right size pieces, and the mix of arugula, tomatoes, and cheese was spot on. Honestly, this Chopt never disappoints.

Delicious first Chopt visit! Placed my order on one of the 5 kiosks - super easy process. There’s a display screen showing you where in line your order is. There’s clearly marked shelves for pickup and delivery order but for in-house they just called out my name. The warm grain bowl was delicious! The chocolate chunk cookie had good flavor and texture but was wildly small for the price especially considering it is prepackaged and not baked fresh on site. I wish the bowls included more than 4 toppings - I added on 4 more at $0.89 each. While the bowl got pricy fast, the food quality was excellent as was the quantity of food. I’ll definitely be returning when I want to splurge on a hearty yet healthy bowl.

My first time ordering and one of the employees came outside the counter to help me and explain in detail and with such patience how to do it. The have so many choices to choose from i couldn't make up my mind so i decided for the Mediterranean tahini warm bowl and it was the bomb i definitely recommend to try this place.

Chopt team has good work ethic in this location. They’re multiple companies in the near vicinity which depend on them, with sometimes 50-100 people ordering at a time. Sometimes with such large amount of orders, they can run a few minutes behind, but they are organized and work to meet the demand. They show which orders are in progress on mobile and large screen inside. Love the mobile ordering system. At this location, ingredients are fresh (which some other NYC locations don’t have as fresh ingredients) with diverse options. Kudos!
