Dragon 105 New York Reviews
First time trying this place and I really enjoy it! Ordered the general tso chicken combo and it was fresh and delicious. Also like their wonton soup. Fresh food, fast delivery, will be my new chinese spot.
Great Rib Tips!!
I regularly order General Tso Tofu & Vegetable Lo Mein and the quality for me is always consistent. I only wish they would put more veggies in the lo mein but that’s a personal preference. Definitely a strong go-to in the neighborhood for take out!
It’s really nice to finally have a good, healthy Chinese place in the area! Very friendly owners and workers, the food is very clean, well-prepared, huge portions, not overly salty, and fresh. Nothing bad to say at all, I’m really happy they’re here. The only thing I wish is that they had more vegetarian options for their lunch special, but still very happy with this place.
We've ordered delivery a couple times from this place now. They're the best American Chinese food around as far as we've found. Prices are good too and ordering online is easy. Delivery guy has been super nice as well every time
The New KING of Chinese takeout in the Columbia University Area. I tried them all. Everything here is on point and portion sizes are massive. Delivery is fast. Nice polite delivery guy too. I’m happy to support. Hope they stay here long as well. Can’t go wrong with the usuals, General Tsos, Egg Foo Yeung, Chicken Noodle soup (perfect for flu season), and their homemade tea is really good as well. I only wish they remember to pack hot mustard into my delivery bag instead of the duck and soy sauce, but no one is perfect. I just ordered some chicken noodle soup right now.
My husband and I got a delivery menu in our mailbox and decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad we did! The portions were very large, and at an inexpensive price. We ordered the General Tso's, shrimp in garlic sauce and wonton soup. Free and fast delivery was the icing on the cake. We have found our go to chinese delivery spot! Thanks Dragon 105!
the food is really good, great portions and the staff very kind/friendly. my fav is broccoli with garlic sauce, sweet and sour chicken and special fried rice.
Holy moly guacamole!!! My friends, gather round! I haven’t found American Chinese food this good in a while. Nothing around the area comes close to how good this place is. I got the basic General Tso Combo btw. Their fried rice is D LISH. Genuinely impressed. BENNYS across the street should be QUAKING IN THEIR BOOTS.
The General Tso’s Chicken is always the first dish I use as a test for any Chinese take-out joint. This one passed with flying colors. A great addition to the neighborhood.
You can’t beat the lunch specials! Generous portions, and everything tasted freshly made. The wonton soup was particularly yum. Glad to have a new, reliable takeout place in the neighborhood.
Great customer service, affordable food, clean space, taste great! :)

Delicious food and generous portions at a great price!

This place is exciting. They offer tattoos of dragons in the back.
Really didn’t love the General Tso’s Chicken, Fried Rice with Pork, or the Egg Roll sadly. Maybe I didn’t order the right things
The customer service over the phone was great as well as the delivery which was straight to my door. On the other hand I ordered LARGE beef and broccoli with plain fried rice, for $20.41. I let it be known over the phone that I thought that was a crazy price for the meal. She let me know that the order would come in two, one platter would have the plain fried rice and the other the beef and broccoli. When I received my order I couldn’t believe how small the portion was compared to the price. Also, the beef in the meal was super chewy and I couldn’t even eat it, the broccoli was hard and that was the first time I’ve seen plain fried rice in that fashion. I say all of this to say, I am super disappointed and will never order from there again.
I got shrimp noodle. It was tasteless but the quality of ingredients was good!
My daughter and I live in the neighborhood and we see this somewhat new Chinese restaurant. We wanted to try it out, and we was looking at the menu. And we we're trying to figure out what we would like to try. One of the cooks made a very disgusting sound. The man hawk tuah like as if he was going to spit. That for me meant and said everything. So we left the restaurant disgusted, and knew right there they didn't want to do business. And they won't be there long ,with that type of tone.
got general tso’s chicken but than found two pieces of PORK in my food when i clearly stated before ordering to make sure of no pork cross contamination because of “pork allergies”. Really it was for religious reasons so it was extremely unsettling. At least I got my money back.
This place started out good. But the last few times I’ve ordered from here I’ve noticed a huge decline in quality. The chicken is tough and chewy and the wonton soup tastes like it was made with dish sink water.
General tso's chicken should be demoted to Private. It was coarse, tough, and tasteless. The hot and sour soup had a weird bland carbolic taste. Chicken chowmein was boring. Vegetable fried rice was tasteless. Steamed shrimp Dumplings were good. Everything else went into the garbage! Worst Chinese food we ever had! And took an hour and a half to deliver!
