Joe & The Juice New York Reviews
This place is so awesome, it was my first time going to this location and it was fantastic. Everyone was super super nice (especially Victor & Christina), the environment was awesome, music was great, and everything was clean. Best coffee I’ve ever had, sucked it down so fast that I had to get a second one. 10/10 definitely coming back :)
My daughter was waiting for a while to try a a popular matcha drink from here we finally made it to New York and found this location the coffee and matcha was delicious here and the service was great, the staff just needs to make sure the bathrooms are well stocked add the toilets are not clogged for the customers.
right across Bryant Park - so convenient and you can take your order TO-GO to enjoy it outside at the park and during nice weather! I got the chocolate flex shake but made plant based. The flavor was just okay. I was also looking forward to a specific drink based on the menu pictures from a few months ago but I guess they no longer exist. My order came out in a timely manner and the staff was nice. But they ran out of straws but didn’t tell me until after ordering. Just okay in my opinion.
You're looking at $30 meal per person here, a protein shake, a juice, and two sandwiches that still leave you hungry. The sandwiches themselves are great. They come on a thin toasted bread that's unique to this place. They're definitely delicious. They're just way overpriced. Same for the shakes - they taste good, they're just way too expensive for what it is. No complaints on service, the decor was cute, but it was definitely too loud inside.
A nice little to-go spot for juices and coffee! My friend and I tried their ginger shots and lavender iced latte. The ginger shots had a fresh, zesty kick that we really enjoyed with a little apple flavor. The lavender iced latte was good, though not the best I’ve had — it could use a bit more balance between the lavender and coffee flavors.
In general I love Joe & The Juice, but this one I find it not so well organized. Lots of empty unused space, few tables, no restroom and in general it feels like just a take-away place. The service was not so accurate (we ordered large and we got it regular). One more thing, the trash bins were overloaded. I am sorry to be negative but I hope it's something to take into consideration to improve.
Came here after seeing so many people hyping up the food and how great it is. Let’s just say I was super underwhelmed and it was overrated. I got the very famous tunacado sandwich and the green prince juice. All I can say is the tuna mousse need more creaminess and flavor like vinegar or red wine vinegar. I liked the juice a lot and my boyfriend got the steak sandwich and it was alright as well not a whole lot of flavor going on there as well. I don’t think I’ll be going back ever again unless there’s a way I can request the tuna to be creamier and not so dry
Their smoothies do bop. And their staffs are nice and professional. But they are “severely” understaffed for the amount of inflow. I feel for them because I’ve been in their shoe before. But facts are facts. They need an extra staff or two. If you walk into Juice Generation anywhere in Manhattan you will see the double the amount of staff in shifts. This will definitely improve the overall customer experience
We came visiting from Toronto so ended up paying 80 dollars CAD for two sandwiches and two drinks. The service was absolutely horrible, the guy taking the orders was very rude and it was extremely shocking. We got the avocado sandwich and the steak sandwich, the avocado didn't even come with the pesto and was completely bland. I ordered a matcha latte and it didn't come for 30 minutes and gave me an americano instead. I had to reorder and then they forgot about it so I had to reorder again. I never write bad reviews but this place was so hyped up and it was such a big let down. Spending 80 dollars for something i couldn't even eat was awful.
I used to loved their juices, every time I came to the city I would definitely stop here, right in front of Bryant park. But this time my strawberry banana smoothie tasted just like milk and strawberry flavor. Nothing good, besides my avocado sandwich was all black inside, don’t know if the avocado was already bad. Plus all the staff looked so mad and with a very bad attitude with all the customers. Not coming back for sure.
I’ve written a review about this place before. This is my last one. The customer service here is awful. I greeted the cashier twice, looking him dead in the eyes and he did not respond. I said it again and added “How are you? “And it looked liked it killed him to speak. I’ve been here dozens of times and it’s the same dead pan, zombie like attitudes that is displayed. I’m going to another location moving forward.
The viral tunacado is overpriced and honestly not good. It tastes like something you could make at home, nothing special, definitely not “wow,” and totally not worth the hype. On top of that, there’s nowhere to sit, and the staff is not welcoming at all. I do not recommend this place, it felt like a total rip-off.
What a pitty! The food is ok/ good but that s the only point. The music runs at 85-88 d, u just couldn't order or understand the guy. He said he would lowered it and he did a bit. But that was just bad rap all'the way. It was cold. Nobody was staying inside for that reason I guess. The service was bad and unfriendly. A tru feeling of when the cat is away mice are dancing.
