La Linea New York Reviews
Always a good time !!! Drinks are strong ! Love their espresso martini and passion fruit drink
La Linea has been a staple of the Lower East Side for 30+ years, and it’s easy to see why. After the pandemic, the energy dipped a bit, but since they brought on N’Digo behind the bar, the place feels alive again. She’s not just a great bartender—she’s stunning, with a model-type beauty that makes the room light up the moment she’s behind the bar. On top of that, her cocktails are consistently on point, and she brings a welcoming, upbeat vibe that keeps people coming back. Every time I stop in, it feels like the old La Linea with a fresh spark. If you’re looking for good drinks, good music, and unforgettable energy, N’Digo is the reason to come through. 5 star+++
Went to eat and have drinks but they do not have food , so kept it moving. The bartender was nice enough to let me use bathroom. .
La Linea is a super cool chill place drinks are great and a even greater bartender name Indigo who creates a happy space
This is a great spot to come have drinks with friends and has the ambiance to come with a date. The staff is super friendly which is so important for the vibe!! The music was hitting all the spots too!! Great happy hour
This place has been here 30 years and caters to the LES area and visitors. Happy hours all the time Monday to Thursday and on week end until 9pm. Djs on Fridays and Saturdays. Some Thursdays, dj. Friendly staff, cozy lounge seats in the back, and comfy stabdard bar. Small, cute, and intimate. It is located by the nexus 1st and 1st Ave in NYC. A must try for the les og vibe. Cocktails, beer, wine, and frozen drinks are served. Great for groups, dates, or if you just grabbing a drink after-work. Food is not served here, but you can bring your own and for events like your birthday or celebration.
Cool spot to hang out at. I went there during the week and it was not crowded at all. Very reasonable prices. The bartender girl was very nice (and sexy). Drinks were small but tasty. Didn't care for their music playlist but you can't have it all.
Love this place. Been coming since Atleast 2008. Chill vibe. Amazing DJ’s starting around 7/8. Drink prices and strength are always top notch. Real cool after work or slide off date spot
Went last Friday before the vibes are nice; good sj. Went again on a Monday, and it was quiet. They have happy hour. They don't have the crepes any longer
Really nice vibes, and a place you can make your fun if you want to. It's a nice space for a group of friends if they're trying to vibe out, pregame or just enjoy the night. The DJ was pretty good and had a good range of music from club pop, reggae, a bit of electronic music, and just the good old throwbacks you just can't help but vibe to when you hear it. The staff is phenomenal as always and the bouncers are really cool people, I felt no animosity or a form of "ism" so I definitely recommend it
I have been coming to this establishment for years: PRE Pandemic. The music vibe was always the Number 1 factor that stood out. It STILL does! But, I MUST add that Barmaid "SHADES" plays a good part of my experience there currently. 👌🏾 She is really great at what she does. It's a pleasure to meet her and just everytime I go there. KUDOS. She is #dope
Great little bar with hip-hop/rap music. The music was not too loud where we can still talk with each other and other locals. The bartender was great and full of conversation, he also made great cocktails. Very reasonablaly priced drinks for house alcohol. We visited on a Tuesday and it was a great vibe. Although there is no DJ so they cannot control the music as each song plays fully which was a little strange. Would visit again!
I been going there since I was 21. It’s so fun, I love the consistency of this place. Definitely a casual hangout spot, love that there is no cover all night. I only usually go on Saturdays, so I can say for sure if you like hip hop and a touch of reggae you’ll enjoy yourself there. Only thing I wish they had was hookah, but the place is already small so I can’t imagine that anytime soon. It’s small but there’s still room to dance, almost like a house party vibe!
This spot is a LES staple. All the people who actually grew up there know this a a great spot to turn up. The issue is the bar tender is awful. She made the worst drink I’ve ever had in my life. I wanted a mojito and she said they were out of mint so i got the next thing on the cocktail list a caipirinha. I’ve had caipirinhaa before and while they aren’t my go to they are pretty good. This drink was near undrinkable. It was legit one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. My friend got a margarita and it was equally as terrible. Now she seemed like a nice girl and gave us shots on the house (also terrible something with a maraschino cherry in it ) but i think she may be lacking in her bartending skills
Went on a Friday right after work with friends. It was just us because it was still early. We ordered NON- well drinks.... so I don't understand why my drink came back tasting so cheap. We sat on the back and it just smelled musty. Will not be going back.
So this place is alright if you like to hear the same type of music for 20 minutes straight. Another thing, one of the bartenders, the older man, overcharged EVERY SINGLE DRINK we ordered. How do I know? We ordered 2 house tequila shots, the older man charged $23 for both. 15min later the other bartender, the younger girl, charged us $17 for the SAME house tequila shot. That is absurd.
