Loco Coco New York Reviews
Love love love this place. Taste so good and Arielle excellent customer service. My new breakfast spot! 100% recommend!
Cute and cozy atmosphere. Lots of different choices and amazing food. Love their acai bowls and smoothies!
Loco Coco is my absolute favorite spot for smoothies and bowls. I've ordered something to my work, home and even hair dresser. Can't be without the blue smoothie for long !
The consistency here means I'm never disappointed. Five stars doesn't do justice to what this place offers. They offer affordable options with minimal wait times. You'll notice higher prices, but timing your visit helps. The feedback matches the experience.
Absolutely love Loco Coco. My go to is the yellow smoothie but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Every ingredient is super fresh, organic and vegan. The açaí bowls are great and they have a lot of dragonfruit flavored bowls as well. Any topping you could want and superfood add ins! There is a gluten free option for the granola as well. They have to-go snacks and vegan yogurt as well. Free delivery if you order directly through their website. Highly recommend!
I have been a weekly customer for months and I can honestly say Loco Coco has the best bowls and smoothies in the area. Highly recommend the Nut Butter and Loco Bowl as well as the Booster Bowl. They have a great assortment of superfood additions as well. Shoutout specifically to KAI who works here… excellent service, super thoughtful and great to connect with. Rest of the team is awesome and make this spot that much better!
Best Smoothie Bowls in the city!! Amazing consistency and crazyyyy flavors. Its the best bowl Ive had in my life and I hope they open more locations! I need this place to be everywhere!! My bowl contained Activated charcoal which is super good for skins health and toxin removal for body!!! So happy this place is aware of health!!! 1000% Recommend
Lately, I’ve been REALLY into açaí and pitaya bowls. Like, 2-3 times a week for lunch into em. Loco Coco has been my favorite location so far! Their bowls are always picture perfect, a decent size, and most importantly: delicious. The vibe of the shop itself is modern and cute, but seating is limited so I wouldn’t recommend meeting a bunch of friends here or anything. I’ve gotten the Original Loco and Purple Rain bowls, and they’re both fantastic.
I went there to try a new thing because it was very different and unique concept. My friend and I order dragon fruit base with pineapple as our bowl (it cost extra to have freshly cut pineapple as bowl). The staffs is so nice and friendly. We also happen to met the owners, they are so nice and asked question how do we heard from this place. The owner was so nice to us and told us if we wanted extra granola on side and it was no extra charge. Since the place is small, so it can get crowed when it get busy. It's took awhile to get out fruits bowl but it was so worth the waiting because the fruit was so delicious.
Loved everything about this place. We came at 6:30 pm on Saturday after an more then an hour walk that we took and they've already closed (I've already asked Google to correct the weekends hour because they close at 6pm) but a very nice lady let us get in after I explained that the Google hours were probably wrong but we really want to buy something. So check on extremely nice and welcoming service! All the fruits were fresh, the smoothies and bowl we took tasted amazing. Yes it takes some time to make things, but I always prefer freshly made food so I don't mind to wait for it. Thank you Loco Coco, we would definitely come back!
I would visit there twice if it wasn't for the rude and slow service. We ordered a acai cup and a smoothie and we waited for 20 minutes. We asked for the wifi and they didn't tell us even though there is wifi for guests. But the food was AMAZING, tasty and filling. It's a great place for breakfast.
A good quick stop for a nice sweet treat! The açaí and pitaya bowls are great. You can make your own or get their signature ones. I enjoyed the OG. They have a variety of types if you like more fruity, more chocolate/vanilla. And you can also make any bowl a smoothie. It’s a small space with no bathroom just make an order and keep moving along! I was very thankful and enjoyed my bowl.
Pretty good bowl. Pictured is the Emerald City bowl, purchased with MealPal. Bowls are normally $11 It's very small- there are two seats, but there can be so many people it would be uncomfortable to eat inside. They also have music playing a bit loud for my tastes, and the blender can be very loud since it's such a small shop. I went around 12:30, and there were a lot of people. There were 5 employees there, but it looked like only one or two were actually preparing the bowls
This place had such cute photos and I was excited to come. But I found that the staff was a bit disorganized, they kept asking what we ordered over and over and asked us to pay twice. Also, there are only two seats at a small bar. Not the best place to go for a sit down acai bowl. On the upside, the fruit was nice and fresh and tasted good!
The acai bowl itself is very yummy and refreshing but this particular location was a disaster. Employees were cleaning the glass with crumbs flying on customers, orders are made out of order, toppings incorrectly put in wrong bowls and the wait was awful. They did a good job preparing the bowl but waiting for it be prepared was brutal
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I ordered 2 smoothie Bowls from the Columbia University location online to be picked up adding up to $40. When I went to pick up my order the store was closed but i was still charged. When I tried to call the east side location no one answers. This Place is a scam. $40 charged and no one to speak to or email to get a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!
The Nut Butter and Loco açaí bowls I ordered were delicious and so refreshing—no complaints about the product itself! However, the delivery experience was disappointing due to messy packaging. My bowl splattered significantly inside the bag, leading to wasted food. To prevent this, I highly recommend securing the lids with tape or switching to more secure containers, especially when using third-party delivery. Thank you!
