Update 06.23.22: The food was good. The restaurant definitely needs a remodel and the parking lot needs to be redone. Thankfully the State replaced the driveways; those were terrible. Haven't been to a Schlotzsky's in years. Can't really review this location because of the limited menu, etc. since my visit was after Hurricane Harvey and during the water boil notice.

Love their sandwiches. Always delicious. Can get a little pricey but it's worth every penny.

If you’re looking for a good chain restaurant sandwich, this is your place to get it. I had the deluxe original sandwich with no mustard and added mayo. This sandwich topped with the Schlotzsky’s hot sauce is mouthwatering. Staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. If you’re in the mood for a good, well executed, consistent sandwich, this is your place.

Usually love going here but lately they been getting stingy with the meat and the drive thru service was SUPER SLOW. Waited 15 mins at the door after waiting at the window... Only ordered 2 med originals.. 4 cars went behind me WTH??

The food was usual schlotzkys sandwich. Well prepared. It's curious why in a restaurant with only 4 customers in it, they would give you a table stand with a number on it and then scream the number from the front to come get your food. It's a little pricey for a sandwich, especially with the screaming going on.

When through the drive through. When I got home I realized they forgot my chips that went with my order. Was not happy about it. 🙁

City water issue at this location in Victoria TX. No fountain drinks or tea and restrooms were closed.

Very slow, went inside ordered to go and waited 10-15mns for 1 sandwich. Half the employees were not working. Seemed very depressing inside of the store…..

I have never been to this location so I decided to try it out. I drove past it 3 times according to my GPS. I finally spotted the store and didn't want to have to turn around again after driving 1/4 mile to get around the median. The store had no lights on @ 9:40 pm on 6/20/2025. The parking lot signs are off and the exterior lights also. The inside lights were on and a few cars in the driveway so they were open. I operate 4 restaurants and one in Victoria. The competition is tight here. You have to be visible to your guests!!

I like the sauce and condiments on the original but don't eat pork so I order turkey original with only turkey, no black olives. Today I received what appeared to be the 'Smoked Turkey Breast'. I took it back, the cashier was very nice, the , maybe manager? , was rude condescending and her claims do not agree with the website menu. She proceeded to rip apart the sandwich and did find a couple pieces of red onion-there was not any on the half from which I had taken a couple bites. Then she claimed the special sauce was 'a garlic sauce' and painted on the buns 'early in the day'. There was no red tinge or tangy flavor which makes the 'Original' so good. They remade my sandwich and it was the same. No tangy sauce, just ordinary mayo, hard to tell if it had the 3 cheeses, and a small amount of onion. With rudeness, denial and prevaricating I won't be returning anytime soon.

The employees at the drive through are rude and impatient. They need major improvements with customer service skills. I had ordered chicken avocado Salad and they gave me no chicken. And the employee never apologized. Way better places in Victoria to eat. Highly don’t recommend

Cashier was rude and short. Little blonde girl. Ordered a #10, which most would assume means I wanted the combo since I said the combo number and not the sandwich. At least she charged me correctly, but I wanted the combo. Will never be back here again because of her attitude over her own mistake.
