It was a great dining experience. I walked in knowing nothing about Sicilian food and walked out happy and satisfied. I had the Norma arancine and the pistachio pesto pasta - both were made with top quality ingredients. Its the freshness and the simplicity of each dish here at Norma that truly embody what Italian food is all about.

Delicious. I've had lunch, dinner, and after work drinks here and each time was fantastic. Pizzas were all exceptional, and decent sizes to be shared. Vegetarian options were tasty, as were the meat options, especially the sausage, and mortadela option. The fennel salad is divine - a must either lunch or dinner. I've had a variety of mains including gnocchi, pasta, and seafood dishes - all very good! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the ambience is busy, a bit noisy at times as tables too close, but best space is at the front (although the tables here too are too jammed packed close together). A great addition to midtown.

I had the pleasure of dining at Norma's during one of the busiest weeks in NYC. UN Week. It was an impossibly challenging day and I needed a moment of peace with a wonderful meal. The first thing that attracted me, were the colorful chairs outside that invited me to sit after walking for hours because traffic was at a complete standstill. The service was so attentive, it felt like coming home after a long day. Each dish was absolutely delicious and the attention to detail was truly cherished. From the outside, the restaurant appears deceptively small. But once you go in, it feels like you've been transported to the magic of Italy. Plus there is a garden in the back where you can also dine. An absolute gem in Turtle Bay.

Food was excellent and the wait staff were super nice. Salad was so fresh and tasty. The panelle were great and really enjoyed the pizza. Highly recommended.

Hidden treasure! Completely hand on ownership. Had a long detailed discussion with the owner whom has a true passion for food, clientele and most importantly quality!! This rave coming to you from an individual that is an owner of a restaurant.

I am an Italian American and part of my family comes from Sicily. We just returned a couple weeks ago from a trip to Sicily and have been craving the food. When we traveled to NYC this weekend and saw the menu (not Italian American dishes, but true Sicilian dishes we ate in Sicily), we had to try it because we’ve been missing the food so much. Norma is the real deal! Authentic Sicilian food and wine that was DELICIOUS. We all felt, for a brief moment, like we were back in Sicily. When we return to NYC in July, we’ve already decided we will be eating here again. Thanks so much for making the food that reminds me of home and my ancestors

Delicious Sicilian style pizza in a quaint and cozy space that has many seats. Their 4 fromaggi pizza and pizza with prosciutto and rucola were both excellent. I got a glass of Sauvignon Blanc which was quite pricey $19 but was fruity and good. It was very empty around noon.

Greeted quickly by a young lady at the front and asked me where I prefer to sit, made me feel welcome! The pizza was very nice. The server helped me with some wine selections and was kind. Food came out fast but I never felt rushed. Mortadella pizza pictured. A+

On my way to another restaurant, I came across Norma's new location and could not resist but to dine in. The atmosphere & menu alone, was unavoidable. Trully beautiful, cozy with that Sicilian touch. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. We git sat right away, but I'm sure the wait will increase in no time. Thus is the best next thing that has happened to the neighborhood. The food was beautifully presented, rich in flavors & simply delicious. Cannot wait to try it all! My fav new spot. Highly recommend it.

Recently opened and larger space than the 3rd ave Norma. Came here for an early Sunday dinner and ordered the eggplant app with one pizza. Perfect size for two. Both dishes were so flavorful and I was speechless. I definitely will come back to try other pizzas! Maybe have the whole pie for myself ;)

Got the swordfish with mint, almonds, eggplant. Really unique and delicious dish. Definitely worth a visit. The octopus carpaccio was also fantastic

We went there for an early dinner, it wasn’t too crowded which was nice. The food was amazing ans easy to share for a big froup. Their bread is so tasty and has an amazing crunch. We ordered the octopus carpaccio which was delicious and highly recommended. I also loved the arancina norma which is a stuffed tomato rice ball 🤤. The only downside that i felt is the place has a bit of a cold atmosphere (but maybe it was because it was less busy that usual).

We visited here for our last night in NYC and so glad we did! A friendly and authentic atmosphere and service was great - thank you Giovanni! The food was outstanding/ even better than when we were in Italy last summer. Best pizza I have ever had and my husband said the same about his lasagne! Tiramisu was soooo good! We also had the special Tiramisu also which was unbelievable . Couldn't recommend it enough.

Excellent quality food and excellent service by Giovani and Luis! Great value! Warm and comfortable. Luis overheard me say something to my husband about his birthday… and, a surprise to both of us , a candle on our Tiramisu came out! Just lovely! Touched my husband who never wants a big deal made about his birthday! We returned a couple of night later and greeted warmly again by the attentive Giovani for another excellent quality dinner. We are so happy to have discovered this restaurant as we’ve explored the neighborhood. It’s really a wonderful value! Thank you Geovani!

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The crust is unbelievably light with an excellent depth of flavor. A perfect amount of crisp without being burnt.

Our dinner at the neighbourhood Norma, Turtle Bay, was a delightful experience! When we arrived Jordi, the Host said we could choose any table we liked. That in itself was a welcoming gesture! After looking around we settled for a table outside because of the good weather. Jordi was very friendly and professional. He told us they had recently acquired a liquor license and explained the special drinks they offered. We decided to try the Aperol Spritz which was refreshing. We wanted to try a few items on the menu and ordered the Insalata di Finocchi ed Arrance – a thinly sliced fennel salad with oranges and pine nuts which was very fresh. For the main course we shared the Fritto Misto – a combination of lightly battered and fried seafood and slices of zucchini which was all fresh and crispy, and the Busiate al pesto Trapanese – pasta with imported Sicilian pesto, fresh tomato, basil and garlic and sliced almonds which was a bit different but delicious! Our waiters Davide and Luis were attentive and kept checking to see if we needed anything more. We ate everything and felt satisfied and stuffed! But when Jordi very kindly offered us some complimentary Cannoli Siciliani – explaining it was small cannoli stuffed with sheep milk ricotta and pistachio we did not resist - it was absolutely delicious! Delicious food, good service and good atmosphere at Norma’s will definitely make me go back for more!

Food and Service were great! Pizza crust has 48 hours fermentation so pizza crust has actual flavor on its own. That is a big deal. Prosciutto plate was amazing. Lasagna also great. Giovanni helped us out and is a woundful ambassador for the location. I'm sorry I live in Chicago and can't eat there more.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Giovanni was superb and the entire staff were very welcoming. We had delicious food - the best since we were in Italy. Would highly recommend - so much so we went back two nights in a row!

Delicious and authentic Sicilian food. The pizza is one of the best in the city but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I have always received great service, a nice atmosphere, and a great meal!

The pizza and pasta were delicious. Real Italian stuff. The negative part was overpriced alcohol (in my opinion). Beer $12, wine above $16, closer to $20 per glass. Considering it looks like a relaxed family place, enjoying a glass of beer or wine with pizza and pasta should not put you over $50 per person for lunch.

The food is pleasant and the staff is excellent, but the music is atrocious much too loud. I don’t wish to be in a nightclub when I’m eating my dinner in Italy they would never play music this loud. It is much too loud. There should be a calm music while you’re eating please change your music to quiet and calm nyc is overstimulating as it is thank you but staff is great food ok
