Use cash it’s the cheapest option, it’s so good btw probably one of the best shawarma platters! My friend had the chapli kebab platter and i tried that too and would say the shawarma platter is on the same level.

Yeah skip Adele this place is real shawarma and small lines. Only thing Adele got better is the spicy rice.

Food truck with fantastic chicken shawarma. Excellent price at $12 cash, shawarma, rice, fries, and salad. Shawarma is flavorful and the 3 sauces are top notch. You will not be disappointed or hungry after this plate meal!!!

I ordered the Beef Chapli Kebab and Chicken Chapli Kebab, 2 Way Combo Platter, with the White Sauce and Kicker Sauce. The meats were great and had a nice herb flavor, but what really stood out to me was the rice. Oftentimes with a meal, rice is just filler, but their rice was so flavorful! It was so aromatic, full of spices, and not too mushy or too dry. The quality of everything was very good, the portion size is large, and the price is very reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience at Shawarma Bay. I tried the Two-Way Combo Salad (Chicken & Beef) and the Two-Way Combo (Chapli Kabab & Fish), and both were exceptionally delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and clearly made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Chapli Kabab and Fish combo—it truly stood out and was outstanding in taste. The hospitality was equally impressive; when the staff learned that I am from Pakistan, they kindly offered a complimentary soda, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, great food, excellent service, and warm, welcoming people. Thank you, Shawarma Bay, for a fantastic dining experience.

Shawarma Bay is a true standout in Manhattan. I mostly order their Beef Chapli Kabab platter. The kababs are incredibly juicy, perfectly spiced with that authentic crispy edge, and packed with genuine Peshawari flavor. Served with fragrant rice, fresh salad, and flavorful sauces that complete the meal beautifully. Generous portion, outstanding quality, and very friendly staff. Easily the best Chapli Kabab I’ve had in NYC. Highly recommend.

Had their 2 way combo platter, 2 days back to back during my visit to NYC! It was absolutely delicious! A lot of people will talk about the meat (which were great) but for me, the rice was the stand out - perfectly spiced which complimented the meats very well. Service was really friendly and quick as well. Waited no more that 10/15mins during both times. No long queues, but as good, if not better than others.

I stopped at Schwarma Bay on 6th Street and was blown away. We ordered the chicken shawarma and the falafel, and both were exceptional. The portions were generous, everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell they put real care into their food. The workers were also super friendly. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the falafel had that ideal crispy-outside, soft-inside texture. Definitely one of the best food trucks around, a must go if you are in the area!!

The lines by some of the other carts was extremely long. Decided to try these guys out based on a coworkers recommendation. I was not disappointed; fresh delicious afghan fare at a reasonable price.
