This place is an underrated gem! The staff/owners were very kind and took very good care of us. They have a really good deal ~34 per person for AYCE hotpot/malatang. They have a really good selection of meats and sauces. They even have some ice cream that comes as part of the AYCE. Very hospitable and I hope the best for this spot!

Fantastic place for hotpot! The sauce bar is well stocked and the menu is very complete. The staff are very nice and the service is amazing - fast and friendly. The ambience is relaxing and chill, very laid back and calm. They just opened and everything is clean and new. The time limit is 2 hours which is WAY more than enough. We will be coming here A LOT 😊

Amazing!! All you can eat for $34 a person. We got the Korean ginseng chicken broth and the coconut curry broth. I preferred the Korean ginseng one but both were great!! All you can eat also included snacks, fried rice, and ice cream. Great service and delicious food. Super super happy!!

My husband and I have never tried hotpot in a restaurant setting - just at home versions and with friends. We came across Spice Lamb while looking for an Indian restaurant and so glad we followed our instincts! The food is FRESH and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. At no point was a request refused. We tried the curry and the ginger chicken soup broths then later switched to the Tom Yum. All ingredients… awesome! I think my husband preferred the lotus root and the handmade noodles. I loved the fish tofu, the red dates (in the chicken ginger broth) and the Chinese cabbage best. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area! Did I mention it’s an all you can eat place?

I’ve been here twice already, and both times have been excellent! The quality of the meat is top-notch — the beef tongue is especially amazing. The broth is rich and flavorful. If you’re into spicy food, I highly recommend the Spicy Chongqing or Tom Yum broth if you enjoy that spicy and sour kick. You can even finish your meal with their creamy ice cream — a perfect way to end! The prices are great too — excellent value for all-you-can-eat hotpot. The place is clean and well-maintained, and even in the summer, it stays comfortably cool inside, which is a big plus. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and attentive, which really enhances the experience. And for me, a huge bonus is how close it is to home — no more trekking to Chinatown for quality hotpot! 100% recommend this place!

Absolutely love this hotpot place! Just steps away from Columbia University, such a gem for students. The ingredients are super fresh and high-quality, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The self-serve station for broths and sauces is convenient and well-stocked, and the best part? They give you a plate of fresh watermelon at the end, which is the perfect finish. Great value and great taste. Highly recommend!

The first hot pot buffet in the Upper West Side is conveniently located. The dishes are very distinctive and I tasted the authentic flavor of Chinese hot pot. The interior is clean and spacious, and the service is excellent. It is definitely the best choice to satisfy your craving for hot pot.

Service is great and price is reasonable. Since it is near Columbia, it is convenient to commute as a student. Hopefully we will have more food options to choose in the future because this is a very new hot pot place. We removed some of the spicy seasoned oil from the soup before we started eating and it is delicious.

This place is a gem. Try the hot pot, the soup is tasty (specially the spicy one) and the meat and vegetables are super fresh. The service is also amazing, they are constantly cleaning your table and asking if everything is okay (so sweet) plus you can order through an iPad which makes it more efficient. It’s a relatively new place but I’m sure the word on how good the experience is, will spread fast.

Amazing service! Cathy was incredibly hospitable to our large table that we had for our friend’s birthday. The food was delicious - so many great vegetarian options!

We made the visit anyways, thinking we could always hop over to the incredible Palestinian restaurant Ayat if we weren’t impressed. However, the thought never crossed our minds. The service is awesome, maybe too friendly and helpful. The food and drinks come out immediately, literally a 2-3 minute wait time for the broths to be on our table boiling. The self serve sauce station is a little old school and dated but I did appreciate the option to pick the sauces I wanted at the amounts I wanted. The fast service, excellent food make this place a go to and a favorite on my list. Get the spicy chonking and coconut curry broths!

I came with a friend to get the AYCE hot pot, and everything was delicious. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful, the service was very fast. We came on a Wednesday night and we had the entire place to ourselves, and they played good music the entire time. I will definitely be coming back!

The broth was incredible, especially the coconut curry. Only thing we wish was different was more variety of meat. Hopefully they will add to their menu! Definitely will be returning soon.

I'm really happy to have an AYCE hotpot place in the UWS! The staff here were all really friendly. There was a mix-up with a reservation issue, and the staff were very apologetic about the inconvenience, and happily accommodated us the next day. They're newly open, so we think there was just a sudden influx of new customers that they weren't expecting. The food was delicious-- we got the spicy soup base and tomato soup base in a split pot. We only put in one order of all our ingredients, but the server reminded us that it's AYCE and that we shouldn't be shy about ordering more, which was really nice. They were much less busy on Sunday evening, so noise level was very good for conversation, and you don't feel like you need to rush for other customers to come in. The selection of meats and veg is great, and the sauce bar has everything that I normally use for hotpot sauces! We're definitely coming back with friends! Thank you Spice Lamb! :)

When I called the restaurant they said this is their version of basil chicken, and had the audacity to say they cut up basil leaves and bell red pepper so small so you can’t see it. Made no offer to ameliorate the situation. Just told us to take it up with Uber Eats
