Walkin, but system was down for ordering at the counter. I had to place my order in the and wait. The manager was very nice when she saw that I had been waiting awhile and at that point she made me feel like my order was a priority. Not sure if it was, but I appreciate her making feel like it was.

I came there and ordered an 10 piece wing everything was missing out the bag no ranch, no fries, and I receive little tiny wings, I paid my own money for this that i worked hard for when i came back the first girl I spoke with seems as though she had an attitude and didn't want to talk to me. I asked to speak to someone else and a second girl came I didn't get her name but she was very respectful and sweet, she was a muslim girl she tried her best to help me with my issue even do I didn't want any more food I just wanted a refund she still tried to help me and offer me everything she could. As for the first girl maybe she neee better training because her attitude sucks and it wasn't okay for her to be on her phone while talking to me

Served my child a completely RAW sandwich! I will be contacting corporate immediately. Completely unacceptable.

Two weeks back some friends and I decided to get some food at this Wingstop location. After getting back in the car with our food, I was about to eat my sandwich when I flipped it over and found mold on the bottom bun. I’m not one to get angry at simple mistakes for fast food, I’ve worked in fast food before and get that sometimes things can get chaotic and mistakes can be made. However, this is far beyond a simple mistake. This is gross and dangerous negligence! Imagine if I had not turned over the sandwich first and just started eating. I went back and informed the staff, and they made me new food but the experience has ruined my trust at this Wingstop location. I will not be returning anymore and I would suggest people refrain from coming to this Wingstop location.

The drink machines both have nats/bugs flying around it and it’s FILTHY! The service is horrible. It takes 15 minutes to drop 6 wings and fries. I waited 60 MINUTES for my order of 6 wings and fries, which I ordered in person to take out. To top that off, they forgot my fries and so I had to go back in the store to wait for them to drop another order of fries in their oil. I waited another 10 minutes. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Periodt!

I was really excited to try the new chicken sandwiches until I received this soggy over cooked mess. Even the fries were too salty to eat. I usually get traditional wings and don't have any issues so I'm going to stick to that. The name says Wingstop not SandwichStop.

To make matters worse, I ordered 25 wings, and most of them were just crumbs of chicken instead of actual wings. One of my orders was for 15 original wings, and they only gave me 9, clearly assuming since it was takeout, I wouldn’t notice or come back to complain. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning."

Ordered online, went to pick up the food, drove back home just to be missing half of my order. Came back they made me wait 20 min for the rest of the order then the other half was already cold. They actually didn’t care much about the situation so probably just a normal thing. This ended up taking 2 hours of my time. Please check your order before leaving the store.

Worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. We ordered pick up, got there at the recommended time and was told the food wasn’t ready yet. Waited, got the food and it was cold already! Soggy wet cold fries. Room temperature wings with barely any meat on them. Waste of time and money.

ALWAYS a SUPER LONG wait!!! No customer acknowledgement when you enter the store or even stand at the register. Music is ALWAYS blaring so loud, that when you do actually make contact with someone who works there, you have to yell. Only go if you call your order in close to an hour ahead, but STILL be prepared to WAIT!! 🤦🏾‍♀️

Attempted to make an order for pick up over the phone. The lady who answered was obnoxious and rude. I was attempting to find out if the only way they take cash was in person. She continued to rant "we don't do that here" and then hung up on me. Thankfully the customer service at the Bear location was much more respectful and pleasant when answering my questions. No food or atmosphere ratings because I never made it into the building or ordered any food from them.

You'll be waiting for 45 minutes while being hassled by the parking lot security for tickets. There's usually 10 people waiting inside and the workers will only address you every 10 minutes. The food is OVER SALTY and over cooked.
